My favorite go to spot whenever I'm craving wheel cakes! They make the best wheel cakes and it comes in so many different flavors. I ordered the custard, red bean, taro, cookies & cream and brown sugar boba wheel cakes. All of them came out really hot and fresh. The owner is also super nice and the store is very spacious with plenty of seating.
Only tried the wheel cakes here but they were really yummy! I haven't seen them anywhere else so I do recommend trying it out if you're nearby. They do take around 20 minutes to come out since they make them fresh, so be prepared to wait. I found the labeling system for the flavors a bit funny / hard to distinguish, but it was still very tasty nonetheless. They do buy 8 get 1 free.
I ordered coffee milk tea without boba. ($6 including tax) Flavor was great. It is quite different from my expectation. I kinda feel earl grey (not sure but maybe. That's how i tasted like) and some ordinary milk tea flavor as well. I think i like this combination. It came out super fast as well. (In 1minute)

The good people at Boba craft open their doors 30 minutes early to give us the goods, and fresh out of the oven or whatever waffle iron they used to cook the wheel cakes, they smell amazing, I'm so glad I made the drive, and I got myself a Boba craft milk tea for my drive back. For the record, the black sesame ones will be my favorite, and salivating with anticipation, and the service was impeccably, gracious and kind, so I thank the owner for that. Do put in a vote for them to open another store in Orange County, they said they have lots of requests for that, so put in your request too.

There are a LOT of options here. I want to try their drinks sometime but i keep coming too late in the day for me to have matcha. My husband got the coffee affogado and he loved it. I had a taste and it was really great - perfect for the hot weather outside! Definitely will come back. It's on main street so parking is limited.

The service is friendly and pretty fast for them making things after you order. The inside is very clean and decent number of tables/chairs. I had the Jasmine MT and Bobacraft MT both with blue boba. Both were great, had nice tea flavor without it being too overpowering. The blue boba was chewy and soft. Hubby had the pink matcha and mango MT, he liked them too. The wheelcakes hit the spot. They were not overly sweet and plenty of filling inside. We tried the popcorn chicken and tempura, not overly oily and were tasty. Will be coming back!
Bobacraft has been amongst the restaurants of Main St for a while; how did it take me so long to venture in? For starters, parking is fairly easy either on the street or in the small garage with a 2-hour limit. On a weekday afternoon, there was ample space. After walking in, I noticed that it was surprisingly stuffy and humid. The a/c was also not running at the time of visit, and the door was wide open. While there may at times be no one at the counter, you can ask for service when ready. Perhaps the most annoying part of the experience, though, would be browsing the menu. The TV screens that have the menu are rotating, and each screen switches (why?) within a few seconds. Not only did this cause anxiety but also result in me frantically trying to find where the items went... which screen do I look for? I wasn't sure what to order, so I settled for their Brown Sugar Boba, half sweet. The boba was just the right texture, and that amount of sugar was also just right so as to be not too sweet. Working here? Despite the stuffy environment, there is Wi-Fi. The music is a tad on the louder side, and there may be constant foot traffic and ambient street noise but overall workable.
this has been one of my neighborhood staples for years!! they have the best strawberry matcha i've had in the SGV (they call it their pink matcha). Their popcorn chicken deluxe is also delicious. And not pictured, but their chicken steak add cheese is SOOO good along with their poutine fries. Definitely check this place out!
Cute little spot conveniently located near other eateries, perfect if you want to grab a drink before or after a meal. My husband tried the Thai milk tea with grass jelly. The milk tea itself was really good, though the grass jelly was just okay. I went with the Jasmine milk tea and really enjoyed it, light, floral, and not too sweet. Nice place to stop by for a quick tea fix!
The service was great, super informative and nice man took our order. Not a lot of seating, but we were lucky to get a table for 5 of us. It was about 85 degrees outside, while cooler inside, it was still a little warm, so we took our drinks home to drink. Over all the boba itself tasted good! The blue one is super sweet, so just beware if you order full sugar it will be more sweet. The chewiness was great. I got a watermelon drink with blue boba with 30% sugar. It was yummy! Just would pull back more on sugar level. I would go back!

Bobacraft Cafe gets all the love from me for being a convenient spot in Main Street that is open in the later hours, offers great service from the owner, and has consistently good food and drinks and snacks. After a late night workout, I was craving a quick pick-me-up. The hubby and I ordered a strawberry green tea and a watermelon green tea. I love that you can adjust the sugar levels and the ice as well. Boba came out quickly and they were able to get that exact level we needed of sweet but not too sweet. There were plenty of tables for hanging out and outlets for laptop working. The space is inviting and clean. The ambiance is definitely photo-worthy. read more

Super fresh teas! I finally came back here after a few years, and the drink we got was so refreshing and fresh. The tea was still warm, and the boba was super fresh with a great texture. Very reasonably priced, and they make the drinks quickly. Solid spot! read more

Bobacraft cafe has a decent selection of drinks and snacks, including wheel cakes and popcorn chicken. The menu does have a few standout/unique drinks like their woodear crystal selection. I ordered their signature Bobacraft Milk Tea with boba (70% sweetness) and their Pink Matcha Latte (50% sweetness). The pink matcha latte was tasty and refreshing. It had some strawberry mixed in and felt like just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. I was disappointed with the Bobacraft milk tea, which tasted watered down and lacked flavor. However, the boba saved the drink, bringing a kick of sweetness and a chewy texture to top it off. If ordering the milk tea, I recommend getting either a regular sweetness or less ice for it. The cafe itself was cute, with an appropriate amount of seating to wait for drinks or just hangout. The cafe also seems understaffed, so hopefully they get more help soon. read more

Place is a little bit messy. I almost walked out because of it. Decided yo stay and ordered drink. Apparently, not enough worker. They are hiring if anyone interested in becoming a " Bobarista " Anyway, ordered the watermelon drinks with blue boba. OMG! Its so good! I'm glad that I stick around. read more
Tried Bobacraft for the first time with a friend. There were a lot of unique drinks on the menu, but since it I wanted a caffeine free option I stuck with the taro milk tea. It was pretty good, but I think the highlight of the cafe are their wheel cakes. They're made fresh with each order so it takes a bit of time to come out, but it's worth it. They reminded me of taiyaki, but since it's thicker there's more filling with each bite. It was my first time having it, but according to my friend, Bobacraft gives way more filling compared to other places she's tried. Overall a chill place to hang out if you're out late and want some dessert. read more

At first glance we were going to pass this place up but I really wanted boba and I was so thirsty so we went in. It was a random Tuesday early afternoon so only one person doing register and making orders. He, the employee was really nice and helpful. I ordered popcorn chicken and fries for food. Uji matcha milk tea and purple (taro)cloud cute detail really looks like clouds on drink-look at my picture. So many choices of Taiwanese goodies. It took a while to decide what I wanted which was good timing to decide while he was making someone's order, I didn't feel pressured. Everything was surprisingly yummy! Even boba was fresh. Some places if there not busy or during week they use old boba. But only go if you have time and not in rush. This place is a gem and will definitely be back. read more
My visit here very positive, particularly due to the friendly service and excellent popcorn chicken with rice. The texture of the popcorn chicken was crispy, flavorful and perfectly seasoned. While the veggies and rice gave a good contrast to the overall flavor of the dish. The interior contributed to my positive experience, being notably clean. First time to try this place and it exceeded my expectations. I like that there were milk alternatives and a non dairy option. You can also customize the ice and sweetness level. I was especially impressed by the mushroom drink. It tasted creamy, coconut, mushroom. But with that combination none over powered the other. The popcorn chicken had a good crunchy coating to it. The fries in the poutine were seasoned well. It consisted of cheese and gravy. I liked that parking was right around the corner. read more

I came by recently to grab a drink after work and it wasn't too busy when I dropped by. Service was quick and friendly and they have a wide variety of drinks to choose from and they also make food here so you can easily have a lunch or dinner meal here from snacks like fries and popcorn chicken to rice plates. They also specialize in made to order wheel cakes which take about 20 minutes to make but look amazing. I have to get those next time I stop by. I got the Mango Green Tea with lychee jelly when I visited and it was refreshing, sweet, and much needed after work. Ambience was inviting and it was brightly lit and there is plenty of seating available if you want to work/study there. Prices are comparable to most shops in the area. If you are in Alhambra, come give Bobacraft a try. read more

I usually order regular milk tea whenever I'm craving boba, this time I was craving it pretty late (roughly 8pm). This place was on the way so my boyfriend went in to order to go. He got me the classic milk tea boba with 30% sweetness and a peach green tea with jelly for himself. The drinks came in a nice hard plastic cup with a lid that has a flip insertion to drink out of or stick a straw. I would say that the boba was a bit hard, it was still soft and sweet on the outside. Given how late we went, it made sense the boba was a bit old. Milk tea was pretty good, I'm glad we got 30% sweetness because it was pretty sweet! The place was cute, bright, and plenty of drink photos to have an idea of what the drink will look like. read more

My coworkers and I have been obsessed with this place recently! The drinks are made with fresh fruit and very refreshing! The service is great always a nice guy making the food and drinks! The place also has a parking garage behind or street parking! Very clean and modern looking. Tried their food the other day and it was delicious! Definitely recommend! read more
A great place for a sweet treat in Alhambra. The interior is clean and well maintained, including the bathrooms. The menu was available on both screens and via qr codes. I was adventurous and tried the snow mushroom (Woodear Crystal) drink with blue boba. The blue boba is just regular tapioca boba but blue, and the snow mushroom was blended into the milk so it just added a little bit of texture. Personally, I found it a bit too sweet for my liking, but the matcha my friend ordered was much less sweet and more to my taste. The drinks are reasonably priced and service was quick, so maybe I would come by again. read more
My favorite is the watermelon green tea- it's so refreshing during hot days. Also popcorn chicken is delicious. My family tried also tofu which we call TAHO in the Philippines. It's a good cafe to hangout and they let you stay long to have long conversations. The staff are nice . It's my new favorite spots to get boba. read more

Nice place to get snacks from. I like their popcorn chicken. The guy who works there, who I assume is the manager, is also a nice guy. There's ample space inside to sit around too, overall I'd bobacraft is a nice neighborhood small eats drink cafe to chill out in with reasonable prices. read more

Came here for the wheel cakes. The wait for 15 minutes (made to order). The wheel cakes were good, not overly sweet. I'd prefer a crispier crust but it was still good as it came out fresh and not. I plan to come back to try their popcorn chicken and other snacks. read more
we came in intrigued by the marukyu koyamen matcha sign outside the window! located on main street alhambra, parking is found on the streets or various structures around the area. their matchad were honestly nothing special, but they weren't bad. the stars of the show were the jasmine milk tea with boba and their wheel cake desserts with custard!!!!! not pictured, but they were so fresh and nostalgic. the filling was abundant and so creamy. their tea was fragrant and the boba was QQ soft and sweet as well. what a combo! when we came it looked like just one older uncle was running the shop so kudos to him. loved that there were tables to sit out and hang :,) would come back for their classic teas & wheel cakes -- matcha could be a little richer (their flavor was too light for my liking) read more

Pretty good handcrafted teas for this part of town. A few tables for seating and a bathroom that's relatively clean too. As far as drinks, my boyfriend ordered a taro drink that wasn't too sweet and I really enjoyed the seasonal watermelon green tea that was very refreshing on a hot day. Since my last visit, Bobacraft has added more food items on the menu. Popcorn chicken rice and pork stew rice are delicious and remind me of bentos in Taiwan. And the tofu pudding original is as authentic as it gets, especially the cooked peanuts!! So yummy and nostalgic. Service is friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm in the area. read more

As far as I know, no & I hope not. However, my last visit was 2 weeks ago. Oh, & they're open 6 days/week, closed on Mondays.
Do I need to reserve the savory wheelcake ahead of time?
No, but you'll have less of a wait time if you pre-order since they're made-to-order, it can take 30+ mins. if they're busy, especially during lunch/dinner rush.
Are the wheelchairs dairy free?
