This review is for the owner of this place and her service, not the drinks. I came here a few times. This weekend I used a Groupon. When I ordered the drink showing the owner a hard copy of the Groupon voucher, she couldn't make it work. She was rude, gave me an attitude and implied that voucher was used. I didn't argue with her and asked her to double check since the app showed not redeemed yet. She rolled her eyes as if she knew she was right. Then her staff helped me and redeemed the voucher when the owner walked away. Of course, it's the owner didn't know how to redeem the voucher. The owner then came back, didn't apologize and pretended nothing happened. The staff apologized to me though, 5 stars for her. She even said her boss doesn't know how to redeem vouchers. Seriously, if you don't know how to redeem a voucher, just admit it and get help. Don't accuse the customers giving you a used one. However, there are too few tables to make it feel like a spot to hang out. I usually get to good to go drink special here, and it's well worth it minus the extra ice they put it. They always give you two drinks one roasted milk tea and one green tea (both come with pudding). It's a great deal overall. The only downside is that they put way too much ice, so you're really only getting about half a cup of actual drink, which is frustrating. I thought my teeth were going to fall out or I'd go into a shock or something. Boba is nice but I'd definitely try a different drink with a very low level for sweetness. This place is super popular though. I was in there between 1-2 hours and many people came in to order to-go and I did hear them adjusting they sweetness lower than 70%. The interior doesn't have much seating so I'd say it's more of a grab and go spot.
