Wide variety of desserts. Not only do they have sugar cane drinks, but they also have foam coffees and Acai bowls! There is no private parking lot, but plenty of street parking and a parking structure. We got our drink pretty fast. There's butterfly wings you take pictures with. We only had a chance to try to sugarcane drinks, which were not too bad, but we've had better. If I come back, it would be to try the Acai bowls (heard they were really good). The good: I tried 3 sugarcane drinks including one with orange and mint (mojito orange bang) one with kumquat and a new one with pineapple and other flavors (I can't remember what was advertised). They were fresh, delicious and natural. It was refreshing on today's 89 degree day. They had lots of açaí bowl options as well. The place itself is very cute with nice decor, though it's a bit small if you plan to eat there seating is limited to about 7 people or fewer. I was on my way to Tasty Pot for lunch. Upon arrival, I came to find out it was closed due to renovation. I walked back to Vita Cane Sugarcane Juicery & Acai Bar. That is a mouthful LOL. The young gentleman behind the counter was nice and helpful. He shared information about the bowls. Thank you. This shop was nice and clean. A handful of stool seatings are available. Love the wall art! I got 1 Quick Bowl (small) and 1 Green Machine (large). So glad I got a small bowl because it was plenty. I enjoyed most of everything in the bowl, but there was too much peanut butter IMHO. I'll build my own bowl with more fruits next time. As for the Green Machine, I was slightly disappointed. It didn't have enough penny worth flavor. The color of this drink was darker than what I usually see for other Green Machine from Vita Cane. I will try their 50/50 next time. This is a very cute açaí store located on Main Street, which was beautifully decorated with a lot of colors. There's parking structures across the street, but it is also within a walking distance from Sprouts. I was a little overwhelmed by the menu, but it was easier to just choose the bowl size and let them know what size and what base, fruits, nuts, and sauce I wanted. This is my go-to spot for sugar cane juice outside of Cococane in Little Saigon. I've had both the sugar cane juices and their BYO açaí bowls. The mojito orange bang strikes a nice balance between tart and sweet and is just refreshing anytime. I also really appreciate the freshness and variety of their bases and toppings. They have seasonal bases as well, like their mandarin I think recently? The one down side is that they almost always seem to be understaffed with only one person on the cashier and the other making everything for everyone. I came here on a hot summer's day. I parked on the street near Starbucks. I rarely get acai bowls, but when I do, I was so happy to know there is a place in Alhambra. The store was nice and clean, the A/C was good, and the women working there were really nice and patient with me. Would like to start by disclosing that this review is based on customer service and not the sugar cane drinks. In my opinion, the service and products go hand in hand. I've been an extremely loyal customer for more than a handful of years purchasing multiple drinks on a weekly basis even bringing in my own bag. The one time I decided to use an old gift card which I purchased many years ago, I was turned down by owner stating that it was purchased before she had owned VitaCane. It was only worth $5 and she wouldn't take it because she wouldn't of made money from it because she wasn't the same owner at that time told to me with a straight face. Well, if the business was still running as VitaCane and the name has not changed, why was it my business to know that. So long story short, as a loyal customor for 6+ years buying drinks habitually on a weekly basis and bringing my own bag every time, she denied me of claiming the $5 gift card. If you are a store owner of any kind, you would know what to do to keep your loyal customers happy and just eat up the $5. We informed the staff, and one of them tasted the pennywort from their pitcher. She responded that it was fine, just a bit strong. However, my friends and I have had pennywort (rau ma) before and know what it tastes like when it's overly strong. This wasn't just strong--it was spoiled. We asked if we could exchange our drinks for something else, like straight sugarcane juice. The staff member seemed reluctant and had to call her manager, which was understandable, but I didn't appreciate her doubtful tone. After checking with the manager, she swapped our drinks for sugarcane juice, which we appreciated. It was a hot day on Sunday and getting an Acai bowl was a must on our agenda! We parked at a free parking structure near it and it was pretty packed but we were still able to find a spot. The route to get into the place was a little confusing at first but you probably would get used to it if you come regularly. It wasn't busy inside and there isn't much seating either. The inside of the place is fairly small but its design is fitting to its vibe! I ordered a build your own acai and it was the perfect sweetness level. It was not too sweet or lacking in sweetness.
