Gelati was clean and relatively accessible. The service was ok. I had to find someone to get some gelato. The flavors are not Italian. I was looking for a good stracciatella - not so much. More of a Dubai chocolate vibe no shade. Also when I tried a full container of gelato it was stale. I told the guy and he seemed unbothered. I ended up ordering the more 1/2 full varieties (basic vanilla and chocolate) in a waffle cone and it wasn't bad. The waffle cone didn't taste fresh to me either. In my 27 years of living, I've never experienced such excellent hospitality and kind mannerisms from any food service before. I did not expect the server, Riden, to be so patient with me for asking 20 samples of different flavors. He will also explain what his flavors are and what flavors have been trending. It was life changing. His words and behavior where my mood has improved significantly. I brought my two friends, Shirley and Vik, who just got laid off from their job and I decided to take them here because of tragic news. After sharing this news to Riden, he kindly offered the most genuine words of affirmation and gave us the gelato for free. Of course we tipped him but that wasn't enough to express our true gratitude towards him. They allow samples so we tried a couple. This isn't a Bacio di Latte nor Fatamorgana. There's no stracciatella or fig, and the quality isn't like the aforementioned, but Gelati's gelato is still creamy & delicious. I got the cinnamon & pistachio flavors. The pistachio was good with pieces of pistachio nut, and the cinnamon was a one note flavor and the flavor wasn't too intense. I think it's a little pricey at $6 for one scoop, but I think if you find the flavor you like, it's not too bad. Will likely return because of proximity (walking distance) & the friendly service! The ingredients do not taste cheap and as such, fot the quality, the specific flovor profiles themselves, and the care in creating the gelato, it makes for a reasonably priced, if not CHEAP compared to its ecsquisite taste. The gentlemen working there are very gerenerous and respectful as well. As for the flavors, read the menu, and know they taste as good as they sound. If you need a reccomendation beyond that, I would do a twoo scoop then, one scoop of Spumoni and one of French Strawberry. PLEASE GO AND ENJOY, this is a foodie must.
