Frank and Diane were really kind and helpful in answering our questions about the multitude of desserts and narrowing down what to pick. We got the Monaco crepe, the matcha gelato (the matcha is from Kyoto and the best frozen matcha treat I've had to date), the Beirut ashta gelato (which paired with the matcha gelato) and the mango tango smoothie. Then came back and was given the wrong container of ice cream to go. Instead of 2 scoop strawberry I was given 1 of cookies in cream. The exterior and all the light look really cool, inside is nice and cleverly clean. The selection of flavors is great, so many options and they allow you to have samples if you kindly just ask. More of a Dubai chocolate vibe no shade. Also when I tried a full container of gelato it was stale. I told the guy and he seemed unbothered. I ended up ordering the more 1/2 full varieties (basic vanilla and chocolate) in a waffle cone and it wasn't bad. The waffle cone didn't taste fresh to me either.
