On our first visit, the worker, David, was very helpful in explaining their flavors and patiently put up with our many requests for samples. Both my partner and I got two scoops, and enjoyed every flavor we tried. The line here can get pretty long, especially on weekends, but it is worth the wait. The ice cream - both flavors --- was really delicious: rich, creamy, bursting with flavor from great ingredients. The gentleman who served me the ice cream was very friendly. And the store had a nice, pleasant ambiance with comfortable benches to sit on outside. One thing to consider: a piccolo cup here is not cheap. $8.55 for the smallest size. The best I've ever had outside of Italy. It was a Friday night and Larchmont was busy with shoppers and diners. Great energy that evening. We get to Bacio and there was a long line. That's usually a good sign. After waiting about 10 minutes, (some people take forever making up their minds and sampling multiple flavors) it's finally my turn. The nice lady asked if I wanted a sample. No thank you, I know what Strawberry Cheesecake tastes like. I appreciate the offer, but let's think of others and keep the line moving. The Strawberry Cheesecake gelato was so incredibly fresh and flavorful. I've been back for a second visit and tried the Double Chocolate. It was so good and definitely the best chocolate gelato I've ever had. There are over two dozen flavors to choose from that are made fresh daily. You can taste the quality ingredients and love they put into their gelato. Beautiful space with no indoor seating, but there are a couple of benches outdoors. read more

First of all, we arrived around 15 minutes before closing and the 2 servers there could not be any kinder and patient when my cousins and I tried a ton of flavors. I'm genuinely impressed by how friendly and lovely the staff were. The different flavors were quite distinct from each other and it was hard to choose just two, so I would definitely come back again.
