This is one of those places where I wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I originally found them in Marina Del Rey. I was working very hard to avoid going to Starbucks after eating at Sugarfish. I saw an older lady that was exuding a high quality aura walking out of this place so naturally I was intrigued. Both locations I've visited were very clean and very welcoming. The service was very friendly. During my first time they offered to taste testers. First time I settled in pistachio affogato. I really regretted it. I needed a double serving! So for my 2nd time I made sure to order two scoops and two espresso shots. And my goodness just typing this is making me want to get some today. read more

Gelato over ice cream always. This is my favorite gelato place! It's located in Larchmont and what I love is they're open until 11PM so you can stop by for a quick dessert after dinner. The gelato is thick and creamy while not being overly sweet and I always get the same pistachio flavor whenever I come. I love how nutty and authentic the pistachio tastes instead of store bought fake flavor. There's a couple seats inside but not much space so I always take my cup to the bench outside. Service is quick and friendly and you can ask to sample whichever flavors you'd like. read more

We always choose Bacio di Latte whenever we're craving great gelato. This chain never disappoints -- the taste is always perfectly balanced, creamy, and rich without being overly sweet. One of the things we love most is the huge variety of flavors. It's always hard to choose because everything looks amazing. The gelato tastes very natural and fresh, and you can really feel the quality of the ingredients. Every visit here turns into a small dessert ritual for us. Gelato place in larchmont. I had the chocolate and hazelnut, very rich and very sweet. Service was good they let us sample whichever flavors we wanted to try and had options for cups or different types of cones and also had non diary options for my lactose intolerant friends. read more

Yesterday, I took my father to the hospital, and afterward we all went for a walk around Larchmont and stopped by Bacio di Latte for ice cream. I've been here several times over the years, but this is my first time writing a review. This place serves Italian gelato, and every flavor I've tried has been good. My all-time favorite, though, is the pistachio. So yesterday I ordered the pistachio again, while my brother chose the mint chocolate. When the staff was scooping the pistachio, I noticed there were plenty of pistachio pieces in the container, but none were included in my scoop, so I had to ask for a bit more. However, the gelato here is delicious and the staff is friendly, which is why I continue to enjoy coming back. read more

Simply spectacular! The scent when you walk in is irresistible, and the gelato flavors are out of this world. We've been regulars for the past two months, and it never misses. Love the ambiance and the vibe. The smell of fresh made waffle cones as you walk right into the store really captures your taste buds. The enormous verity of gelato flavors all natural and freshly made are beautifully displayed. You can sample until you find the one that you'd like to buy. The service was quick and attractive , even offered suggestions. At Bacio di Latte the name matched the flavor of the ice cream.... We had the cookies and cream, pistachio, cherry yogurt and chocolate pistachio crunch, in freshly made waffle cones ! They were all creaming not too overpowering or overwhelmingly sweet. After dinner with friends it was suggested we go to Bacio di Latte for gelato. This would be my first time trying this establishment. Damn, this is really good gelato. The best I've ever had outside of Italy. It was a Friday night and Larchmont was busy with shoppers and diners. Great energy that evening. We get to Bacio and there was a long line. That's usually a good sign. After waiting about 10 minutes, (some people take forever making up their minds and sampling multiple flavors) it's finally my turn. The nice lady asked if I wanted a sample. No thank you, I know what Strawberry Cheesecake tastes like. I appreciate the offer, but let's think of others and keep the line moving. The Strawberry Cheesecake gelato was so incredibly fresh and flavorful. I've been back for a second visit and tried the Double Chocolate. It was so good and definitely the best chocolate gelato I've ever had. There are over two dozen flavors to choose from that are made fresh daily. You can taste the quality ingredients and love they put into their gelato. Beautiful space with no indoor seating, but there are a couple of benches outdoors. read more

I could not say enough delightful words for this location. First of all, we arrived around 15 minutes before closing and the 2 servers there could not be any kinder and patient when my cousins and I tried a ton of flavors. I'm genuinely impressed by how friendly and lovely the staff were. The different flavors were quite distinct from each other and it was hard to choose just two, so I would definitely come back again. My cousin and I ended up choosing tiramisu and the carmello salato. Both flavors complimented each other quite well. Shout out to Alejandro who helped us out and really made our night! read more

Great gelato flavors and ambience. We happened upon this gelato place after eating lunch around the area. We ordered the triple chocolate gelato and an affogato with Bacio di latte gelato. The price point is a little on the high side but the flavors were really good. Reminded of when we had gelato in Italy. They do sell some flavors in small containers to enjoy at home. The service was friendly and we liked the open, bright feel of the place. Some seating inside as well as outside but not too many so it would be difficult to sit if you have a large group. read more

Good place to grab ice cream but the service was a little spotty. One guy was helping a customer who was ordering a home made pack of like 4 flavors, 2-3 workers were in the back organizing things? I dunno, but no one was helping me or even acknowledged I was there. Eventually when the line got longer, the workers came out to help. I ordered my ice cream and the worker was very nice. Overall the ice cream was good - the chocolate was a bit too intense for my daughter so she ended up eating my husband's vanilla. Overall a cool spot - modern and clean but could use some customer service training! read more

I had a affogato with the basic gelato and it was Amazing! I've tried multiple gelatio spots and this one is by far the best! The workers were very nice and allowed us to try any flavors we'd like. The interior of the store is very clean and welcoming. My only grip is the price; it is more expensive than the average gelato spot, but in my opinion, it's worth it. read more

This place has become our weekly ritual! My daughter is absolutely in love with the strawberry flavor. It's light, fruity, and perfectly sweet. As for me, I can't get enough of their pistachio. Bacio boasts a wide variety of gelato flavors and they have a very nice presentation. The employees were very welcoming and they offer free samples to taste the flavors before you buy. The pricing is normal for LA around $8 or so. Scoop size is average as well and I like that they allow you to split the scoop with 2 flavors without charging extra. I got the Raspberry Sorbet and one of their Chocolate flavors. Perfect mix of sweet and tart! read more

Oh my gosh this is the BEST gelato I have ever had. The texture was perfect and it was rich / full of flavor. I got tiramisu on a cone and it did not disappoint. Price was normal for anything like this in Los Angeles. I also sampled a bunch of flavors which I felt bad about, but the staff was so pleasant and welcoming. We chatted for a bit about this shop and what their personal favorites were. The enviornment was extremely clean and relaxing. I could not get over how beautiful and aesthetic this spot is. My friend was raving a lot about how this spot was one of her favorite gelato places. They have many pistachio flavors which is her favorite so it makes sense. I tried a few flavors I thought I would like but didn't end up liking as much as though like cherry yogurt and maple butter something. I like that it doesn't melt very quickly the consistency is very creamy and evenly textured. I think pistachio and chocolate flavors are good here but everything else just seems okay or tastes different from my expectation. read more

It is indeed a small spot, so if you're looking for a quiet spot to work, this might not be it. The interior decor, though, is quite clean aesthetically and is relaxing to work in. The Matcha Latte, though, let me say if you're in need of an afternoon pick-me-up, this will keep you energized, even without the sugar! A few sips in and a half cup later, I had so much energy I could probably run a marathon if I had the right shoes (and I don't even like running).

The place was somewhat small but wasn't really busy for a Saturday afternoon, and we noticed they had some spacious auxiliary seating areas specifically for Oakobing across the hall. At first glance, the prices seemed sort of high for shaved ice, so we opted for sharing 2 of the smallest personal sizes ($8.5 each). It turns out that this size was plenty. I'm not sure how big the regular bowls are, but I think especially after a meal the personal size is plenty for a satisfying dessert for 2 people. I'm assuming part of the large price difference in sizes comes down to the large amount of fresh fruit that comes on their regular bowls. Still, we very much enjoyed our bowls. The ice is shaved almost impossibly thin, and rather than melting into a pool of water almost turns into a sorbet/ice cream like texture, which is very satisfying to eat. I enjoyed how their condensed milk topping was diluted to form a lighter cream that was more sauce-like than think and drizzle-like. It all lended to making the dessert enjoyably light. I would definitely drop by again, especially if we could avoid the parking costs.

It's fun to eat because you get multiple components on one tray, and you can continually go between eating the mango sticky rice and the shaved ice with mango gelato, mango chunks, and coconut cream. Every part of it was so yummy and refreshing, it didn't feel too difficult to share and finish between two people. They hide mango chunks inside the middle of the shaved ice too, so it's not solely a bowl of ice when you get to the bottom. I will go back again just for the mango sticky rice shaved ice because it is so unique and delicious, but when mango season is over, they stop selling it.
