Really mediocre gelato. It's not silky as gelato should be. The texture was a bit harder and felt more airy like traditional ice cream. I think depending on the day, some flavors could taste less fresh if they've been sitting there for a while - you can tell because some flavors are going to be very soft and others harder. Flavors were not very intense either, especially the taro flavor. The stracciatella flavor had too many fine chips. I do like the hazelnut flavor - tastes a lot like Nutella. I had high hopes for the matcha but it was too concentrated in a bad bitter way it might pair good with a creamy vanilla to balance out.
