I think depending on the day, some flavors could taste less fresh if they've been sitting there for a while - you can tell because some flavors are going to be very soft and others harder. Flavors were not very intense either, especially the taro flavor. The stracciatella flavor had too many fine chips. I do like the hazelnut flavor - tastes a lot like Nutella. It's good value dessert, though, compared to Wanderlust Creamery across the street. A medium size is $7.50 and they really stuff the cup. read more

Then, a employee named Melissa She was extremely rude she put the hand on air said "just wait" continued to lecture to the other employee. The other employee she has tears on her eyes, seems very sad. So we stepped in and said, "what's going on here ? And Melissa with bad attitude with bitter face expression said i "It's nothing" we decided to engage the conversation and said, "if y'd coach another employee, you don't do that in front of customers. You pull her aside or in the back, NOT in front of customers. It's not good" Meanwhile, we were asking the other employee's name and she was scared to giving out her name to us. Then all of sudden, older lady just showed up from the back, she claims she is a manager of the store. So we explained about the situation, however seems like she doesn't care or she doesn't acknowledge how this customer service is horrible. - FYI WE, Me and my girlfriends have worked over 10 years as a counter manager at High-end store, WE ALL know actually what is going on! Great small shop located in busy downtown area of Pasadena. Business was clean and limited to no seating is available inside. This shop is more on the go. Street parking available as well as garage parking next door which is only $1 for the first hour. The flavors have so much variety and it's so hard to pick! All of the gelato flavors sound and look delicious! It was so challenging to pick what I was going to have. I grabbed a few samples and decided to get the blueberry cheesecake and rocky road which were very good. The cookies and cream was delicious as well. In addition, the mixed berries was so, so good! The small and medium cups allow you to choose from two different flavors!the large cup allows you to choose from maximum 3 flavors. We will definitely be returning. Below are our chosen gelato flavors. Got them in a medium cup for $6.75 each. 1) Roasted Almond and Mixed Berries - I enjoyed my gelato very much! Both flavors were very yummy. 2) Turtle Cheesecake and Cookies & Cappuccino - The former was preferred more over the latter. I got a taste of both... I agree with my daughter. 3) Passion Fruit and Strawberry Lemonade - Refreshing and light per my other daughter. I would have to agree with her, too... yes, I got a taste of both, too. I'm just a sucker for gelato or ice cream LOL. There is limited seating inside. Outside has a small bench. Glad they are still here serving up some great tasting gelato. None of these flavors disappointed. Would highly recommend. Great service and clean, little benches outside to sit and enjoy. When we entered the display was very welcoming with many flavors to choose from and many different colors. I decided for a medium cup, which is two flavors and I got the peanut butter and vanilla. The peanut butter wasn't that great, I didn't really enjoy the flavor and it was not smooth and creamy like I expect from gelato, it was a little icy. The vanilla though was amazing. This one was smooth and creamy, and had a strong, delicious vanilla flavor. Ordered their passion fruit & lemon cooler. Before I picked those two I did sample their blueberry cheesecake, pistachio, & matcha. I had high hopes for the matcha but it was too concentrated in a bad bitter way it might pair good with a creamy vanilla to balance out.
