The staff member initially gave me a hard time about it, although I do appreciate that they eventually apologized and checked with another staff member, who helped resolve the issue. The bowl itself was prepared fine, but unfortunately the overall quality of the fruit wasn't great this time. The fruit just didn't seem as fresh or as good-quality as it has been during my previous visits. I'm giving 2 stars because I've enjoyed this place before, but between the long wait, the initial customer service experience, and the quality of the ingredients this time, I left feeling pretty disappointed.
