There are 3 size options - small, medium (+$3.75) and large (+$8.75) There is the option to select ratio base toppings on cup - 1/2 or 3/4 base or just base with no toppings. When I walked in, there was only one server, and he was helping a mother and daughter. There was no line, so I thought I'd be in and out in no time. The server was patient with the young girl and engaged them in friendly conversation. However, as they moved along the toppings, the server chatted at every step, which made the process feel slower. I started getting impatient and thought it was taking way too long. The server didn't acknowledged me, and eventually I got frustrated and left. My first instinct was to write a negative review. I didn't. After reflecting on it, I realized I've been here many times over the years and have always been happy with both the food and the service. This time felt slow, but it really wasn't the server's fault, he was simply trying to provide thoughtful, attentive service. The real issue was me who was in a hurry and lacked patience. Had I not been rushed I wouldn't have left or felt frustrated at all. Running a retail business is tough, and I am reminded that a single bad review can hurt a small local business.
