Awesome little cafe style juice and protein shake bar. The prices for the shakes range from $2.95 for 12oz, $3.95 for 16oz, and $4.95 for 24oz.. And they all have very creative names. My two ultimate favorites so far are the "Anaconda" and "Kimura"! They also serve healthy sandwiches, salads and rice bowls. The staff behind the bar are quick, friendly and very knowledgeable. Loving their superman punch protein shake so much. I usually have one right after my workout and it keeps me full for quite a bit. Nice little treat. It's super sweet, so I'm all over it. It has a good variety of fruits that I'd like in me, but am too busy, or let's face it, lazy to eat them myself. I mainly just taste the strawberry and slight vanilla protein powder with the thickness of the banana in the shake. It goes down fast and leaves you wanting more, but I think the size small is fine, unless I'm feeling extremely hungry and won't come across food for awhile, then maybe medium. The small kinda made me skip my usual dinner schedule 'cause I was still full, and I didn't feel the need to eat until a few hours after. Prices seem to have changed since the last review. It does run you $4.09 after tax for a size small. Price changes to about 50 cents less if you walk up with your UFC gym trainer. Strange. FYI: My trainer tells me that antioxidants are needed after a workout to rid of the toxins your body produces after a workout to prevent premature aging. Best to take protein half an hour before or after a workout to ensure proper nutrition for the body. read more

Absolutely love this!! No matter the barista, they've all been nothing short of helpful, friendly and attentive! I brought my sister one day when she was using a free day pass and we decided to get post workout smoothies. I got the Praying Mantis (mine and my boyfriend's favorite) and she got the Anaconda which she loved. Please keep in mind that my sister is FAR from being a fan of protein powder, so the fact that she loved it was a huge accomplishment for me. The day after, she told me that she was actually craving the same smoothie and asked me to pick one up for her before I left the gym. The price is pretty much the same as Jamba Juice, but you KNOW that this is so much better for your body. I've told a couple of my friends that if you can afford Jamba Juice or Cold Stone, which is across the street, you can afford this smoothie! read more
