This location wasn't as warm and inviting as other Boba time locations. They said they can no longer split a large into two cups which was annoying, considering other locations happily spit one drink. I ordered the new banana matcha and it was ok. Nothing memorable or special to make me want to reorder.

I got the matcha latte 50% sweet and it was perfect. This location is at the food court at The Santa Anita Shops in Arcadia. So it does get very busy on the weekends. I was pleasantly surprised that a boba shop like this one had decent matcha. The ambiance was noisy and loud.

Great service! Great drinks. Located inside the Santa Anita mall by the food court. We parked on the south side by Cheesecake Factory and valet parking. Through the entrance is the food court, it's located in a center kiosk behind the construction area for kura sushi on the first floor. Drinks come with a free boba scoop. With plenty of boba options at this mall, this is a convenient, quick and easy choice. Would definitely return to try more of their menu.

My nephew introduced me to this place. He decided to treat us at It's Boba Time. He bought everyone a large Watermelon Slush, except for his Dad. All but my brother started laughing. My brother received a taste of his own medicine. My prankster brother got punked! This place has interesting beverage choices, but I always order their Watermelon Slush. This evening I saw that they had an Oreo Thai Iced Tea. I love Thai Iced Tea, and I like Oreos without the cream in the middle. I'll continue drinking my Watermelon Slush.

It's Boba Time is never my favorite boba shop. Maybe quickly level, so I rarely ever get it. But it was nearby so I went anyway. Plus they're usually on the cheaper side...but nope maybe not anymore. Got the new watermelon passion drink. It's special comes in the fancier cup. 7 bucks. Pretty much sugar water. Very sweet. Maybe should've stuck with their top 5 item? Strangely number one is thai tea with boba. If you're highschooler or younger probably ok with it. That's why the are located where they are. This boba shop is located in the food court area.

peach lychee fruit tea at 50% sweetness is perfect

Was originally gonna get a boba drink from another boba shop but after I placed my order, the cashier said they don't have any boba. I could never understand how a boba shop runs out of boba... specially when they still have half a day to go. Anyway... I decided to find another boba shop in the same mall & found this place. I ordered the peach lychee fruit tea at 50% sweetness. The tea was good... and the boba was perfect... soft on the outside with a chewy sweet center. Only thing I wish is that they have actual fruit bits in their drinks.

We came here after dinner from Marugame Udon and can't really have caffeine at night so I ordered the colorful lemonade drink which is super similar to the one from Twinkle Tea. Service was quick and it was a satisfying drink!

Been a while since we've been to this it's boba time location at the mall. They relocated to the food court area. It used to be near the old Forever 21 location. We ordered the taro milk tea with boba & milk tea. Both were okay, not rave-worthy. Pretty quick service, despite having a long line. Will come back to try their other featured drinks. Fun fact: Their taro milk tea is a lower price than Lollicup (which is one of the other boba booths near the food court area).

Located in the Food Court area of the Shops at Santa Anita. They have an extensive menu of milk teas, iced teas, smoothies, slush, and shakes for very reasonable prices. I ordered the Galaxy Iced Tea and Strawberry Milk Tea. They were delicious and I really liked the details of the jellies in the Galaxy drink (fruity drink).

I love coming here to satiate my 24/7 boba cravings whenever I'm strolling around the mall! It is located in the food court area and they've got the prettiest drinks ever! I saw some reviews talking about their Blue Sky milk tea, however that was a year ago. I didn't know if they were still making it but the only thing I did know was that I HAD to try it because I loooooove butterfly pea flower tea and I also love jasmine tea so... a drink with both of my favorite teas????!!!! I was so happy when the barista said they still have it!!! I was even happier when I received the drink and took the first sip!! It was like I was literally floating in the blue sky, YUM. Loved that I could taste both the jasmine and the butterfly pea flower tea, and the lychee jelly did not overpower the drink at all. The only reason I'm giving a 4 out of 5 stars is because the customer service was lacking. They seemed unhappy with their jobs and it showed through the way they treat their customers. It was a very unfriendly and hostile service.

This review will be very short because there is one drink that I cannot stop buying because it is sooooooooo good- the Pistachio Frappe. If you are a big fan of pistachio, you will absolutely love this drink. It tastes very refreshing and has actually buts of fresh pistachio bits. It remind me of Thrift ice cream, but way better. Otherwise, their menu has alot of choices and the drinks look good. It is right in the food court.

(+) Jasmine Milk tea with boba (+) Strawberry matcha with boba Its boba time is a boba shop that offers a variety of flavored teas, matcha, milk teas, smoothies, and slushies. This shop is located at the Santa Anita mall, right in the middle of the food court. Drinks: During my first experiences with its boba time, I ordered the strawberry matcha with boba and a jasmine milk tea with boba. Both drinks were good, but I would not say it was the best drink ever. The matcha was weak in flavor. The strawberry puree was the dominant taste. My jasmine milk tea was solid. A stronger tea flavor was nice. I really enjoy the boba. It is the perfect texture and sweetness. If boba is in your shop name, it is critical that the boba you sell is some of the best. Service: Everyone who I have encountered is friendly. The drinks are made in a timely manner. No complaints here. The line can get long during peak hours. Overall, I would recommend its boba time for your boba needs. The drinks are decent but the boba is great. There are plenty of drinks on the menu to satisfy everyones cravings.

Rudest customer service I have ever experienced. This past Saturday 3/02/24, I had 1030am tickets to see Dune at the AMC Arcadia. I was real early (9:35am) so I decided to order a boba since I knew there was one in the food court. I looked online and saw boba time opened at 9am. I placed the order on the website and was given a pick up time of 945am. Perfect! No so much, because when I walked to the boba time kiosk, there was 2 people there but they had a sign at the register that said closed. I walked up to the register and waited for the girl to turn around since she seemed to be cleaning up. I finally said excuse me after a minute or so since she kept her back to me. She was a young Asian woman. She simply looked at me and said, we are closed. I told her I understood but I placed an order online with a pick up time of 945am. And she said again, we are closed. With a real attitude. I nicely said again that I understood but what can they do about my order since I already paid? She said hold on and walked the 2 steps over to the older Hispanic man that was in the kiosk with her. He walked up to the register and said we're closed. I was beyond frustrated but kept my calm attitude since I worked retail for over 10 years and know that these things can happen. I explained to him that I understood but I placed the order online and was unaware they would be closed. But I already paid so if I couldn't have my drink I needed a refund. His only response to me was that they opened at 10am. I said , okay so do I wait till 10 for my drink or did they not receive my order at all? He then asked to see my confirmation on my phone and I showed him. I even showed him how the website said they opened at 9am. He said, well it's wrong. I was so annoyed at how they both had treated me at this point so I told him that i simply went by what the website listed and the website let me place an order and that is not my fault. So do I wait for my drink or get a refund? He said , Fine I'll make your drink THIS time, but next time I won't. I felt like saying , next time??!! There will not be a next time. But I kept my cool because this guy seemed like he would spit in my drink if provoked. I patiently waited. He called out my drink was ready at 10 am And as I take my drink, he shows me that he's on his cell phone and said, I am calling now to get the hours fixed online so this doesn't happen again. This guy just kept the attitude coming. Needless to say, I'll avoid this boba time and keep to my hometown one in Monterey Park.

There were so many bases to choose from! For the bases, I got the Acai, Matcha Chia Pudding and Ube. The Acai was tarty and not too very sweet. The Matcha Chia pudding was delicious! The matcha tasted subtle but the chia pudding was very refreshing! I didn't really taste much of the Ube however. I got the Honey Oat Almond Granola and it tasted very fresh and crunchy! The banana, blueberry, and strawberry were all very fresh. The strawberry and blueberry were a little sore but it wasn't a big deal! As I started drinking mine I noticed it was more like a slushy than a smoothie. Whoever made it really screwed it up and put so much ice it literally tasted like water with some chunks of coconut inside and my friend's was the same. Should we have gone back and asked them to remake the drinks? Maybe. But we had already waited about 10 minutes for the drinks to be made since it was busy and didn't want to wait longer for the staff to redo it. Maybe the employee who made our drinks was new and in training? Anyways we ended up throwing our smoothies (slushies) away and going to Erewhon for smoothies instead. This was quite disappointing because I had always loved stopping by there for a drink on a hot day and supporting a local business. If you are going to visit Tru Bowl I recommend you try their açaí bowls. I may give them another shot with the drinks but for the time being I see myself only ordering the açaí bowls.
