Mango sunset? And a horchata milk tea
    Jon R.

Staff was friendly, drinks were made quickly, good refreshing spot to go to when walking g through the mall. Both drinks were enjoyed.

Another great drink place option in the mall. They have a large variety of drinks that are delicious and refreshing. In a nice and convenient location just outside the food court. The drinks come out fast and are made well. The popping boba was very fun and sweet. They have lots of tea and fruit drinks, as well as some snacks.

I would give this place all my stars! Their service and drinks are always on point. My go-to drinks are either the green tea with lychee jelly, or the matcha milk tea with boba. I come here almost twice a week.. okay maybe five times a week.. and I always leave happy!!! Their boba is also always perfectly made and for the many times I have been here, the drinks never disappointed me. I plan on trying the whole menu but I can't seem to move on from my usual green tea Edit- I ordered 30 drinks on a particularly busy day and they were able to complete it on time, and everyone enjoyed the drinks!! Would definitely recommend. 100/10

Never been a huge fan of Lollicup but I thought this spot was actually really good. Located in the Santa Anita Mall, the drinks are pretty unique compared to the original spot. I ended up getting a lychee drink and it was super refreshing, quite sizable as well. I actually thought the drink was worth what I paid for which was like $7. Totally would get drinks here again.

They have an amazing Mango smoothy. I order it every time I come to this mall. The ordering was easy and the service was clean and fast. Very friendly and professional girls working the counter.

    Coconut Smoothie with Boba

After lunch and walking the mall a bit, my husband was craving something sweet and refreshing. We both agreed on Lollicup. We ordered the Taro Smoothie and Coconut Smoothie (+ boba). Both were perfectly prepared -- creamy, flavorful and just sweet enough. There are so many drink options in the Santa Anita mall, but we seem to always come back to Lollicup for the consistently quick, friendly service and wonderfully fresh drinks.

My go to place for boba in the mall. Fast and always delicious no matter what I get. The service is always friendly and the place is very clean. I usually get the pistachio smoothie or milk tea. But I also love their other smoothies especially on a hot day!

I stop by Lollicup every so often and its a pretty solid boba option! Its location being in the mall makes it convenient if you want to grab and go on the run. I usually get the dragonfruit lemonade. It's refreshing but definitely on the sweeter side so recommend adjusting the sweetness level if that's something you mind! The service is always quick and the workers are pretty interactive with you. Parking: Ample mall parking. Lollicup is located between two mall entrances so you can either park between the food court entrance or the 99 ranch market entrance.

    Brown sugar milk

Very nice and quick service. The brown sugar milk was delicious. It's one of those island food shops that you'll find in the middle of the mall located next to Zales jewelry stores on the first floor within steps from Ranch 99 grocery.

Delicious smoothies, boba, etc. Clean, fast, friendly, professional. Would definitely come back again

**Rating the experience with a toddler* My 3 year old loves boba, and we ALWAYS get taro. He liked this place because he said it was lots of ice. I personally don't like that much ice, so I thought it was ok. The first sip had that nice "taro milk tea" flavor, but overtime the small bits of ice watered the drink down, and it was just ok. The boba was a nice texture, and I had enough in my drink. The store associate was VERY kind, and interactive with my child. He asked him his age, name, and my toddler loved the interaction. It was fairly empty at the counter, so he helped us grab a napkin when my toddler spilled a bit of the drink. We've come here a few times and we're rather loyal when we come to the mall. But then I saw Boba Time in the food court, so I might check it out for our next visit. But this place is good too!

    strawberry slush w/boba

Lollicup is finally back at the mall! Best place to get your slushes and smoothies here. They use fresh fruit and so good on these hot days now. I got the strawberry slush with boba and my mom ordered the mangonada. The strawberry slush was refreshing and it wasn't too sweet. The boba is really good here and it's soft, even on the slush. The mangonada was really good too, if you love sweet and sour. Very reasonable price around $6 a drink and they use real fresh fruits. Make sure you stop by and get a drink while at the mall.

    Matcha smoothie

This was my first time trying this place. I wanted something icy to cool down in this summer heat so I decided to order the Dragonfruit Lemonade Slushie ($6). When I got my drink, the guy was super nice and offered to make me a new drink if I don't like this one. And I ended up changing it cause it tasted mostly like lemonade, no dragon fruit. Only the purple coloring of it (probably syrup). And it was too sweet. I changed it to Matcha flavored smoothie and it was alright. Still too sweet for my taste but it was decent for the price of $5.75 at 24 oz. While the drinks are kind of eccentric, the service was definitely great. Shout out to the guy who changed my drink!

I loved the rose milk tea which feels like a rare flavor to have. A bit heavy on the ice when I asked for light ice.

I can always count on this place for being open late inside the mall. I got the strawberry fields drink, half sweet, and it hit the spot!

Decent drinks but not fantastic. Slow service, not too concentrated yet sweet. I would try some of the other places in the mall.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
