Happened to notice this place in the middle of the mall as my oldest daughter wanted to get boba but didn't know exactly from where. Stopped here at Lollicup Fresh. The worker was so prompt and took their order. They both got drinks (none for me just watching my figure ), but my other daughter got the Snow Crunch (I believe it was called)... well I tried hers and AHHHH!!! So good!!! It tasted just like snow if were any good lol what is the sorcery they use because it was perfectly textured - not too thin and not loose or runny at all- the flavors of the Oreo and ice cream or whatever they used was so yummy. I almost got my own. My only qualm is I have no idea what ingredients are used (I read and consume ingredients lists not so much worry about calories or macros persay) so I kept my intake to the few sips of a try of her drink but I must say if I were to endulge in a drink again it would be this one. I'd also likely try one of the many other drinks they had posted on their easy to read colorful menus availabe. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! read more

I would give this place all my stars! Their service and drinks are always on point. My go-to drinks are either the green tea with lychee jelly, or the matcha milk tea with boba. I come here almost twice a week.. okay maybe five times a week.. and I always leave happy!!! Their boba is also always perfectly made and for the many times I have been here, the drinks never disappointed me. I plan on trying the whole menu but I can't seem to move on from my usual green tea Edit- I ordered 30 drinks on a particularly busy day and they were able to complete it on time, and everyone enjoyed the drinks!! **Rating the experience with a toddler* My 3 year old loves boba, and we ALWAYS get taro. He liked this place because he said it was lots of ice. I personally don't like that much ice, so I thought it was ok. The first sip had that nice "taro milk tea" flavor, but overtime the small bits of ice watered the drink down, and it was just ok. The boba was a nice texture, and I had enough in my drink. The store associate was VERY kind, and interactive with my child. He asked him his age, name, and my toddler loved the interaction. It was fairly empty at the counter, so he helped us grab a napkin when my toddler spilled a bit of the drink. We've come here a few times and we're rather loyal when we come to the mall. Lollicup is finally back at the mall! Best place to get your slushes and smoothies here. They use fresh fruit and so good on these hot days now. I got the strawberry slush with boba and my mom ordered the mangonada. The strawberry slush was refreshing and it wasn't too sweet. The boba is really good here and it's soft, even on the slush. The mangonada was really good too, if you love sweet and sour. Very reasonable price around $6 a drink and they use real fresh fruits. This was my first time trying this place. I wanted something icy to cool down in this summer heat so I decided to order the Dragonfruit Lemonade Slushie ($6). When I got my drink, the guy was super nice and offered to make me a new drink if I don't like this one. And I ended up changing it cause it tasted mostly like lemonade, no dragon fruit. Only the purple coloring of it (probably syrup). And it was too sweet. I changed it to Matcha flavored smoothie and it was alright. Still too sweet for my taste but it was decent for the price of $5.75 at 24 oz. While the drinks are kind of eccentric, the service was definitely great. You can find the best boba in Arcadia at the Santa Anita Mall! If you are coming from the food court entrance keep left and go past the hall with the restrooms. Right around the corner you'll see this Tea shop! Directly in front of Borders downstairs. It's called Lollicup and they have such a variety of drinks for between $5 and $6. It's a cute little circle booth that's got big electronic screens so you can take a look at every menu item they offer! They have milk tea with boba... Green tea with any flavor like lychee or honey. Several styles of coffee like iced coffee, or their new whipped house coffee. Make sure to stir!! I love their Thai tea with boba or their Tiger Stripes with coffee jellies! You can switch your whole milk to almond milk and I believe oat milk too! But a lot of their items are non-dairy already like their milk tea. And it is clearly marked on their signs!! Love that!! They have specialty drinks made with real lychee, lemons, strawberries and other toppings - they also carry the pudding or custard if anyone likes that!! If you like Oreo shakes make sure to try their Snow Crunch - it will have you saying OMG!! The staff and owner here is so friendly and they make us feel like family. They go above and beyond to say hello and ask us how we're doing. I have never received service this amazing at a mall kiosk. read more

The coffee latte tasted more like milk tea than coffee. Not even a half half (yuan yang), just milk tea. I added coffee jelly so there was some taste of coffee but not really. The brown sugar boba looked as it should but there was no taste of brown sugar. I'm not sure what they used to make it not taste right. I also was not impressed with the ice. This is not Vietnamese coffee. Don't give me half a cup of ice (or was it a full cup?) Finally, the lids!! Lollicup fresh just opened at Arcadia Mall (Westfield Santa Anita). They took over the CoCo tea house. The shop is very simple, neat and clean. Every time I go to the Santa Anita mall, I like to go here to order a honey boba milk tea, and it's always delicious.
