After getting dinner next door, swinging by next door to get some boba seemed like a good idea for dessert. Luckily enough, there was only one other person in line so ordering drinks went by pretty fast. This location is perfect for visiting since there's plenty of space for parking in this plaza. The store overall is very welcoming and inviting with the decor. I ordered a peach jasmine milk tea with 100% ice and 100% sweetness with boba. The drinks came out fairly quickly and the service was excellent. If I lived in the area, I would definitely want to come back to try the other drinks on the menu like some of the matcha drinks and cheese yogurt. Finally!!! I was in Taiwan last year and ever since I've been on the hunt for the perfect Tieguanyin w/cheese foam in CA. This is it. Amazing! Exactly like I remember it. We ordered a White Peach Tea (add cheese foam, 75% sugar, 50% ice), a Matcha Smash (75% sugar, almond milk, 50% ice), and an Oolong Milk Tea (50% sugar, 50% ice). Overall, none of the drinks really landed, so it's not a spot any of us are in a rush to come back to. They also tack on a 2.9% fee at the self‑order kiosk, and I didn't see any other way to order or pay with cash, so you're basically stuck paying that extra fee. read more

Parking: Located in the Arcadia Landmark plaza, there is plenty of parking spots available shared among the nearby businesses. Environment: There are two sets of lounge chairs situated outside as their outdoor seating area. Inside, there are several chairs and tables as well as a lounging area in the corner. Order can be placed at the counter or on the self order tablet. Menus are located overhead and the restrooms are down the short hallway on the left, in the back. We placed our order and the drinks came out pretty fast. We asked if we could sit inside with our doggos and were given the ok. They also had a doggie water bowl located near the door. What was ordered: - Taiwan Tie Kuan Yin Milk Tea (regular sweetness. There was more milk than tea flavor but still good) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. I wanted to try this place given how it's so close to where I live and it's been awhile since I've visited this plaza. It was a Friday night (roughly 7:30pm) and the store wasn't busy, there was one staff member who basically took our order and made everything herself! I wanted something creamy so the recommendations for fruity teas weren't on my mind. We ended up ordering the Taiwan Tiekuan Yin milk tea with boba and the Baked Brûlée milk tea (both half sweet). If you want boba or other toppings, it's extra. While waiting, the seating area and decor was decent and felt like you can relax. There's very low folding chairs outside with little tables, best if you can't get up from low ground to not sit on these. There's other different seating arrangements so it's like a mix of camping and living room style. The staff made our drinks before more customers entered and wow about 10 people started coming in and lined up. We stayed a bit to relax but decided to walk around the plaza with our drinks. The creme brûlée foam was surprising, I didn't see the staff torch anything but there's speckles of burnt parts on top. The cream looked thick and was smeared on the cup making the drink artistic. The drink under the foam was good, it was decently sweet and had a vanilla taste to the milk tea. Unfortunately, we didn't mix the foam with the drink well. Therefore, when we tried the foam on its own, it was salty! It was creamy and thick but had a salty taste which I had to add water to finish it. I think we need to mix it before hand to get a better homogenized flavor? I preferred the Taiwan milk tea with boba more, I'm glad I got half sweet and the boba was decent and chewy. Came here on a Saturday afternoon and place was empty. I've been on the hunt for avocado yogurt drink/cheese drink. The official online menu didn't have avocado drink but they had it written in chalk on the in-store menu as "oops avocado." First of all no greeting with a smile. When I asked the barista what is in "oops avocado" she looked at me deadpan and was like "umm..avocado...milk tea" as if I was an idiot for not already knowing. Their drinks are honestly good, but would say the experience is far from 5 stars. They do not provide ANY descriptions for their drinks, so you have no idea what toppings there are unless you ask. For example, their best selling Dirty Strawberry uses jelly and popping boba on top of the fresh strawberries. I personally think the combination goes well because of the combined textures, but if you dislike certain toppings, that can be annoying. For example, I also had their new Barley Mochi Milk Tea, and it contained small barley popping boba which I honestly really did not like, and I was annoyed that the cashier neglected to mention this when I asked her what was inside the drink before I ordered. The mochi was alright, mainly because it didn't have as much texture compared to the one I've had at Motto Tea. Both drinks had really chunky ice, to a point that it made it hard to get the toppings through the straw. The boba is too soft, so I'd rather go with their other toppings. I'd definitely go back because I really liked their Dirty Strawberry. It's not in my boba rotation based on how my first visit went, but that might change after I've tried more things on their menu. read more

The interior has limited seating; as I walked in some girls were doing homework in the seats to my left and a group of senior gentlemen were sitting and sharing embellished stories of their youth to my right. Oh, and then there's "laptop guy" near the register. Only one woman was working and she was washing kitchen items in the sink. She turned to see me at the counter and turned back to continue washing. Fine, I was looking over the menu above the register and needed a moment to decide anyway. After two or three minutes she turned off the water, aggressively removed her rubber gloves and slapped them down into the sink and came to the counter without a word, clearly annoyed a customer had interrupted her chore. I ordered an oolong milk tea with boba. "Cash or card" were the only words spoken...until a couple minutes later when I heard "here" as my order was placed on the counter and she went back to washing. The drink itself was okay, not sweet at all. The boba was also okay but a little too chewy and several were stuck together so wouldn't come through the straw. While I really liked the ambience and was amused by the behavior of the worker, I wasn't impressed with the drink. read more

We stopped by after having some dim sum and wanted a nice palate cleanser. We saw some yogurt based drinks and wanted to try the strawberry with cheese foam topping. We also got a messy matcha which is a tea with "tiger" brown sugar. The yogurt drink had a nice tartness with fresh strawberry pieces at the bottom. "Oops" is right. Don't get me wrong, this place has nice interior decor, fair seating space, a very clean bathroom, and kind baristas. However, the drinks were tough. I ordered an iced matcha, and while the flavor was good, I could not get the texture of the drink to smooth out. I done shook my cup somewhere between 37 and 42 times to no avail. I think hotter water when whisking may be necessary. My wife ordered an Oreo latte with matcha foam, which was more like a cup of milk with Oreo bits at the bottom (do not recommend for my lactose brethren). They have such a cute vibe - very chill and fun - the staff was super helpful and kind. And their tea and boba is great too. Came in for a quick afternoon pick me up - I was wanting something of the green tea variety - the staff are knowledgeable and answered all my questions so patiently! I went with their mango passionfruit green tea with regular boba (they also have strawberry popping boba). It came with pieces of mango in it too - it was SO GOOD! They have varying levels of sweetness and I don't like it too sweet so I got mine at 25% sugar and it was perfect! The fruit flavors compliment each other well and are balanced nicely. They have quite a large menu so it was hard to decide lol! Their logos and cups are so adorable - I especially love the cats! They have quaint decor and such cute little seating areas - definitely a great spot to relax, work, or catch up with a friend. They even provided a set of doggie bowls for the furry friends. Came to meet my friend here to grab drinks and chitchat. I definitely wouldn't recommend coming here to study as it seems very tight/packed inside. There was able 2 groups inside the store chitchatting amongst one another and it still felt very crowded. The service was simple and quick, nothing special. I got the Oosmanthus Oolong MT with boba and my friend got the Strawberry Yakult Green Tea with boba. I think they have an extra charge for using credit card. The lady verbally told me my total was $5.79, but when I checked my statement after, I was charged $6. Oops, I came here again. I popped in last November, squeezed myself into one of those cute little camping chairs on their artificial turf, went nuts on selfies, then totally forgot I had ever been here. Deja vu washed over me as I ordered the Oreo Brulee Matcha. Have I been to Oops Boba Tea & Coffee before?  Did I lose time? Am I losing my mind? One sip and it all came back. Not good enough to wow, not bad enough to wish you'd never ordered. The matcha part was okay, needs more brulee and oreo. I've noticed a lot of shrinkflation at boba shops nowadays. The brulee is just smeared thinly on the cup for photos. A small sign at the register says they add a 3.xx% service charge to all orders. I can't remember exactly because they didn't offer me a receipt. I think businesses should always offer as a courtesy. I'll remember to ask next time. Will there be a next time? Who knows. Maybe in 6 months, I'll end up here again. The storefront is enticing. Lots of seating inside to hang out or study. Oof, I've been working from Oops Boba these days but this hasn't been a great spot to work from. The drinks are still solid but the Wifi is SUPER SLOW. Like so slow that you can't even load a page. And the last time I went (on 8/31/23) their AC was broken so it was super super hot inside. My favorite drinks are the taro smash, oops matcha, and oops thai tea.
