I've been able to try different drinks during the anniversary sale days and here are the ones I've tried so far and what I've thought of them! Sunburst- Very fruity and refreshing! Kind of tart as well, I would suggest getting less sweet! Tropical Iced Tea- My favorite drink from the three I've tried. It is a lighter fruity drink, I would also get less sweet for this. Not too overwhelming so you don't get tired of the drink fast. Orange Cream Smoothie- This was my least favorite drink here. The cream had an off flavor to me. It was good but I wouldn't order this again. The customer service is always super nice and quick when I come! I'll be coming back again to try more drinks! read more

Delicious coffee! In the past I feel their cold teas weren't for me but I stopped by not long ago and really enjoyed the peppermint mocha. Staff friendliness is hit or miss but the gentleman who helped us nice and answered all of our menu quest without a problem. read more

Between this or Coffee Bean Leaf down the way, I prefer this. It's a small boutique coffee shop and you have probably walked past it many times without notice. But they serve some high quality espresso drinks here. Highly recommend if you are in need of some caffeine. However they do have non caffeinated drinks such as the orange cream, etc. And their non-caffeinated drinks are phenomenal as well! I would never go to Starbucks ever again if ebar was down the street from me and they had more locations. If you've never tried it, I definitely recommend you get to one ASAP. I love all (most) things Nordstrom. Their impeccable selection of both high end merchandise and a laid back atmosphere. Their renowned customer service, their delicious quick-bites in their cafes, but the e-bar... oh the e-bar. Admittedly, I'm a coffee snob and I had actually never had Nordstrom's coffee somehow. This morning on a quick shopping trip I realized I hadn't had my daily dose of caffeine and I felt the nagging withdrawal headache creeping on so I decided to grab an iced latte. Unfortunately that will be my first and last. The espresso is bitter and the drink is so sweet, despite me asking for "just a little agave". I'm bummed. Located right outside of Nordstrom on the 1st floor, with it's own small tables and chairs. I have been to the Ebar a few times now. On my most recent visit, last Friday, my husband and I ended up getting: Honey Almond Latte (Grande Size), $4.55 prior to tax- Although I do not like coffee that much, I thought this drink had a nice honey flavor to it. The coffee was not nearly as strong as another coffee flavored drink that I had at other places and thought this drink was pleasant and wished I had ordered this instead (this was my husband's drink). Eggnog Steamer (Grande Size), $4.10 prior to tax- I like eggnog and look forward to it as a holiday seasonal treat. This drink did not have much flavor of eggnog and mostly just coffee. My husband is the coffee drinker between the 2 of us and even he didn't like this drink that much. But I paid for it and didn't want to let it go to waste so I drank it anyway. But it lacked eggnog flavor and was rather on the bitter side. Definitely would not order this one again. --------------------------------------- (Total= $8.65 after tax) When I first approached the counter, this was about 8:40 pm (normally they close at 9 pm on a week day). An employee was cleaning the counters and the coffee machine. She saw me but did not acknowledge me. I looked at her, so that should be obvious that I am ready to order and not still trying to decide what to get from the menu board. She just kept on cleaning. I spoke up and asked if she was closed and she said no and then just kept on cleaning. I had this confused look on my face and wanted to ask her if I could make an order but stayed silent because I was a little surprised that she just ignored me. Then a male employee came out from the side door and greeted me. I asked him about the seasonal beverage, red tea latte. He was honest with me in that he has only been working at this place for only 6 months and has not tried that drink because it is seasonal. He asked the female employee a question about it for me. She just cut him off and said they are out of it. But he still proceeded to ask for me if that drink is tart or sweet. She eventually answered that it is sweet and then walked out, through a side door. This employee apologized that they were out of this drink and told me that it is sweet (even though I was there and heard everything). He was very nice in helping me try to find another drink suitable for this cold evening and then took care of my transaction (you can pay with your Nordstrom card here by the way) and then made my drink. I think that first employee I encountered with was rather rude. If you are cleaning up, you should still be on the clock. If there is an customer there, you should acknowledge them and take their order or get someone who can instead of just ignore them. Later on that same female employee was all smiles and helped a Nordstrom employee who was in line afterwards. So I am not sure what her problem was when I first approached her. In a previous visit, I had ordered hot chocolate on a cold day. A female employee (a different one) was very friendly and gladly took my order and made my drink. I had actually asked if it was possible to have my hot chocolate split between 2 cups because I wanted to share with my husband (I was sick at the time and did not want to make him sick too). She did so cheerfully and without charging my extra. I am not sure why this other employee could not show the same professional courtesy to me. I will most likely be back to get another drink in the future from Nordstrom because I love shopping at this department store and the location is rather convenient. But hope not to get bad service on the next visit. read more

The coffee here is fantastic! Also, every time I've come, the barista's know their products, including the nutrition facts on their alternative milks. And they are very friendly! One thing that I love about this coffee bar is that they use silk coconut milk, which has a lower sugar content than the coconut milk at any Starbucks! Always great service, yummy muffins, cookies, great coffee. But.... I purchased a box of Almond Clusters on 06/23/23, and they were terrible. The chocolate was inferior, there were very few almonds in it, just a few tiny pieces, and the cost, including tax, was over $22. I thought, I should have known -- I should have just gone to the well known candy store in the mall, where I go way too frequently, and it would have cost half of that. Very disappointing. The box of chocolates had the Nordstrom design brand all over it, so it wasn't as if they were selling another company's chocolates in their store. Nordstrom's Ebar is located near the bottom floor store entrance. A few drinks that I recommending ordering here are their honey almond latte (hot), pomegranate iced tea, and their dirty chai latte (iced). Prices range from inexpensive to pricey depending on what size and type of drink you order, around the range of $3 to $6, with the smoothies and blended drinks on the higher price spectrum. Their blended drinks (coined as 'ice storms') I have yet to try. So, next time I'm at the Santa Anita Mall, I will plan on trying one of their ice storms! read more

It's now open! I visited the mall today Saturday June 13! I really missed the coffee from here, this was the first place I stopped by as soon as I arrived, I needed my coffee boost. I always leave this place satisfied. My go to favorite is the iced almond maple brown sugar latte. but the iced honey almond latte is also yummy it is a bit nutty, I don't know what it is. It it's so addicting, since the mall is now open I had to stop by I had not been here since Christmas. Every time I go I always get great customer service and the baristas are always polite and quick with my drinks and offer if i want a straw or not. Started coming here instead of CBTL. I personally don't like the taste of CBTL coffee and I think the coffee here tastes much better. My current favorite drink is the Vanilla Cardamom Cold Brew (they removed the sign for this drink but it is still available). It's not too sweet and the cardamom flavor is great. You can also never go wrong with an iced latte. Staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I come here often for my coffee fix and will continue to do so. Located on the ground level outside of Nordstrom, they have a good selection of caffeinated drinks. I opted to be original and ordered their freshly brewed coffee. It was delicious! Why does this place have such poor reviews? Pretty standard, imo. They take your order and make it well. And the most recent time , I forgot to ask for my drink with half syrup(regular honey almond latte is too sweet for me), they offered to remake it which was nice but all I had to do was dilute it - which they happily did for me. Awesome pastries. Yummy fruit tart! I like to get their cup of strawberries too although it's ridiculously expensive. I wish they had more seating though! It's always so packed! My favorite go to spot to get Honey Almond Latte while shopping with them. Highly recommend to anyone who loves almonds. I had it both hot and iced, prefer it has hot but it's still good iced. BUT you gotta brace yourself.. Now, you may be wondering why it's just 3 stars out of 5 if I love the drink so much. Well, it's all comes down to customer services. Their "bartsia" is all a bit.. should I say this nicely.. arrogant, rude, mean, unfriendly and demanding. I can't tell you how many times I was rushed to order a drink, and when I had a simple question of what was laid around, the way they respond to me is like a waste of their time. Also, made me feel stupid. Wait time, regardless if there is other customers or not is at least a 10+ min wait. Oh! Sometimes when you order a hot drink, you might want to double check, they would kind of cheat you with adding a lot of foam. I had to ask them to remake drink once because it was 1/3 foam. They were not happy at all. So on my end I am smarter now, if it's hot asked for little to no foam and if it's iced, ask for it to be easy. ... I just reread my review and realized it's sounds more like a 1-2 star, haha. But I just can't let the honey almond latte go. They got that on me, I will keep going back until find another place. I hate leaving bad reviews but the cashier/barista girl is so rude. I work at the mall so I approached her pleasantly however she had the strongest b face and didn't even attempt to smile. Super happy to be able to buy the linzer cookie with raspberry filling at the Ebar when the sit down cafe was closed. They are not too sweet and the texture is perfectly smooth as it should be. Pls do not ever stop selling these scrumtous cookies that are hard to find. read more
