A hot drink on a cold day
    Julian J.

My local Starbucks. Nothing too fancy but it does the job. Most of the baristas and cashiers I've talked are nice and friendly . Some people have off days which I won't knock them for that. I get it. This Starbucks is fairly clean each time I come in , whether it be morning , noon, or late night . The parking is plentiful which is always a good thing . They have some outlets where you can charge your phone or laptop . I've been recommended some drinks by the baristas when I wanna go for something different and they're usually always good . My usuals are always consistent in flavor . I usually get a matcha latte with soy or if I don't want anything with caffeine I get a hot chocolate with soy. They open pretty early at 5am which is good for when I'm just being an early worm.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other establishments. Drink: I ordered the nitro cold brew. I love Starbucks cold brew, and the nitro variety is even better. It's smooth, unbelievably creamy, and has the characteristic cold brew sweetness and low acidity. It's a testament to the idea that something simple can still be great. Staff: The staff here are very fast and friendly. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Pretty standard Starbucks that's close to LA fitness. Service was good and I got my drink very quickly, about 1 minute. Got the mango dragonfruit tea drink and it was amazing. Had it with coconut milk and would say it's solid. A good Starbucks.

Met Jess, Alexa, Joseph, and Hannah. Wonderful genuine, comforting, quick, and at the same time very kind and awesome service. Hannah has amazing tattoos. It was neat that we found something in common that we have and enjoy. Hannah is so wonderful she totally made my day. We kept it quick, but it's nice to genuinely relate to each other fondly. The chocolate brownie warmed, and my iced Carmel Macchiatto was very good. Their triple filtered water is always refreshing. There is 1 unisex restroom, luckily, with no number code to enter, thankfully. It is very spacious and clean inside and outside the Starbucks, with a bunch of parking in a very huge parking lot, being next to a Vons and a bunch of other great neighboring places in the plaza.

I ordered my usual and I asked for light ice but I did not get easy ice. Ive had better experiences in other starbucks and Ill probably avoid this location for a while. However the store is clean the only thing that ruins it would be the smell of urine in the dining area because of the homeless. The customer service was alright I felt pressured to tip more than 15% because of the cashier staring at me. The drink was not good and I always get the same drink at every starbucks. I dont know what they did different but it grossed me out a couple sips in.

Came in to pick up a refresher drink. Staff are very friendly. They are practicing covid safety protocol. Drink is always great as how I like it to be. One thing I noticed about this store is that staff are willing to spend time to do a little chat with each customers. I asked one of the staff, and she told me that they are trained to socialize with each customer. Good job! We all need to socialize a little, especially during covid! I will come back again for sure!

This is NOT a Bacon & Gouda Breakfast Sandwich . . . No bacon

Ugh so disappointing. Second time this year I've ordered a Bacon Gouda Sandwich and I've been cheated out of my bacon. Shame on me I should have learned my lesson the first time. Even more annoying is that it's overpriced.

    Using my free $3 giftcard from T-Mobile ... yay! Mahalo! #getthanked #tmobiletuesday

Thank goodness for T-Mobile Tuesdays...yay! This week, T-Mobile gave the first 500,000 subscribers a $3 gift card to any Starbucks! Mahalo! I went to this Arcadia, Los Angeles, location to redeem my $3 gift card for a Peppermint Mocha... since it's a seasonal drink! It's a refreshing pick-me-up! This particular Starbucks has free parking in the shared lot. It's a cozy, rectangular-shaped store with all of the basics - free WiFi, quality products, convenient restroom, and efficient service! The service is actually more than efficient - the staff here are friendly! Bri, Maggie, and Robert were manning the fort while I drank my Peppermint Mocha. Robert even offered me a free cup of iced water! He was gracefully concocting the various beverages without missing a beat! He apologized appropriately to customers whose orders had a glitch and took time out to chat with familiar patrons. Robert even praised staff by asking them if he had told them that they were doing a good job - and if he hadn't told them yet, he meant it. Wow... I wish I had a boss like Robert! Anyway, If I'm in the area again, I wouldn't mind returning here! The vibe is chill and gives you warm fuzzies at the same time!

Every month CarCadia happens here in the parking lot. Tons of cars get together for Cars and Coffee. I usually end up ordering stuff via mobile as I am walking around checking out the cars. I wait a few minutes then grab my drinks and go. This time, I completely forgot I changed the name on my account since I frequently place orders for the Mister when he is putting in extra time at work. Service here is friendly. My double shot on ice always tastes good. Bathroom is clean. However it is gender neutral and the toilet seat was left up for me. If you stand to pee, please put the seat down. Even if you use your foot, just put it down. They dont have paper towels, they used the air dryers which I hate. I am more of a dry and go. I don't have patience to sit there and wait for my hands to dry.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
