Love this Starbucks! The staff are always so friendly & quick! The mobile app is my go to for ordering so I love that my order is ready when I get there. Personally I think they make the best drinks at this location cause I have tried other Starbucks in Arcadia & they don't compete. I love a good dragonfruit refresher, frappes, or trying their new drinks here n there. Bring back the horchata drinks with horchata cold foam yummm those were my favorite & im not even a coffee drinker but those were fantastic! Love their bacon Gouda sandwich or egg bites if I'm feeling a lil healthier that day haha with the green truffle Jalapeño sauce packs (which was only limited time) they should really add those in for good. I didn't order any food because my experience at this store was NOT very pleasant! Be wary of a young girl with long blond hair and glasses! She's has been getting my drinks wrong or inaccurate ... this has been several times now. So ... sorry, I am not going back to this store ... MAY I suggest that the management re-train their employees to know and repeat the orders that the customer had ordered to avoid any miscommunication??!! Also, the store was very busy on the weekend. I, totally, understand this. But, it didn't help things when there were three gals lined up elsewhere and NOT near the sign that the store had placed. I WAS polite and kind to ask, only to have one of the gals shot back and said that it was one of the employees who told them to do that!! It took another employee to announce the correction! I had an extremely unpleasant experience at the Starbucks in Arcadia on Oct 26, 2025. I ordered a grande café latte in a venti cup because I wanted to add some oat milk, which is normally available at the condiment counter. That day, there were no milk options out, so I politely asked a female employee (around 20-30 yrs old) for some oat milk. While she poured it, she asked, "Oat milk all the way up?" and then questioned me, "You ordered a grande in a venti cup?" I said yes--and she replied, "I think you're cheating on the store." Her tone and expression were judgmental and condescending, which made me feel humiliated. I've always loved Starbucks for its warmth and professionalism, but this incident completely changed how I feel. There's no policy against using a bigger cup to add milk. I truly hope Starbucks management addresses this, as this employee's behavior goes against everything the brand stands for. read more

Overall a very positive Starbucks experience. Parking is as convenient as it could be. I was right outside the door. In and got my order within 5 minutes. Mini Starbucks employees have a tendency to do something that really gets on my nerves. Right in the middle of your order, they will stop looking at you, look at someone else, and say a sentence or two. We ordered a drip and espresso and they screwed up the espresso by making it cold instead of hot. For the drip they didn't put the lid on tightly and it spilled all over my car. COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my drink from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is small. It does get packed very quickly and easily during peak business hours, so I usually avoid coming here unless I'm in the area. Drink: I ordered a venti caramel latte. The latte itself is very tasty, hot, and sweet. A great drink for a winter afternoon. Keep me caffeinated throughout the day. Staff: The staff here are very fast and efficient. My wife came in to get a Starbucks free tall iced coffee. She is a veteran, and when she arrived it wasn't busy. She had approached the counter and it had taken the staff a couple minutes to notice her, while they were gossiping about who knows what. When they told her the price of the coffee she had asked if they were doing anything special for Veterans Day. They replied with no our store doesn't do that. My wife was perplexed because she had just read that they do. When she asked if they were sure it took them a minute to find and ask someone who told them yes. We came in the evening and had a long drive, but my question is it's been Veterans Day all day and no one came to that location stating they were a veteran or active military? Like from 5am-7pm it wasn't mentioned by any type of management or sent out to all the stores in a memo? We left and when she finally tasted it, she wasn't happy at all how it tasted. It's like they 50:50 her iced coffee with heavy cream and didn't add sweetener to it. We frequent Starbucks quite a bit, but we mainly used the drive through. We stopped here because it was close to where we had dinner. I could be making this a bigger deal than it is, but my wife never complains about coffee she gets Starbucks like 5x a week. This store is not a drive-thru but for COVID safety you can order thru the mobile app and just go inside and head to the pickup counter. If you order in person the floor is labeled with social distancing stickers. There were quite a few people when I was there but everyone kept their distance. Staff is friendly even despite the crowd.
