Either way, this place has friendly service a nice chill atmosphere and a good variety of delicious beverages. And they actually have food items here too. I was in the area and needed to use Wi-Fi and get a little work done and found this place. It was quite crowded and it seemed like a lot of people were studying here. New cafe in Arcadia! Plenty of seating and outlets, although parking can be difficult. The drinks were interesting. I came twice to try two different lattes. I will say, the drinks are super thick, which is not really my cup of tea. I'm not sure how they get so thick, but it was really throwing me off. My order total was $30.94 for 5 items. Matcha Sweet Cream Top (3/5) - $7.50 The matcha latte was standard, nothing crazy. It had a nice flavor, but I can't say it was one of the best I've had. I got regular sweetness, but probably could've done 75%. Vanilla Lavender Latte (4/5) - $6.75 Got this one with 50% sugar. I'd probably go with 75% next time. There was a nice balance between the coffee and lavender flavors. White Peach Oolong (2/5) - $5.00 This one wasn't bad, but the flavor was extremely subtle. It didn't really taste like anything. A pretty faultless cafe -- almost to the point that I'd like to gate-keep it! Clean and minimally decorated, the cafe is quiet (music is turned down low) so it is a perfect place to work or study. There is plenty of table space and outlets. The barista was very kind when taking my order. I ordered a the vanilla lavender latte and it was soooo good! The espresso is smooth yet just strong enough. I got 50% sweetness and it was perfect, not too sweet while the lavender flavor was still present. An added bonus was that it was a pretty drink. My only note would be that the internet is quite spotty -- disconnecting several times (but reconnecting immediately after). That can be difficult, but with how great the spot is it will not deter me from coming back or from getting a 5/5! Plenty of street or lot parking. read more

Cute little cafe in Arcadia. It was spacious and clean, and we were able to find 1 hour parking around the corner near the postal office. I do recommend the Gula Aren coffee. Tasted strong and just the right amount of sweet. I think I did like it a lot more than the matcha. Color is good and the cream top was a bit on the sweeter side, but for some reason not a lot of matcha taste at all. Maybe just did not use enough or overpowered by cream ? Tried this cute new café in Arcadia and loved how peaceful it was. I went around 8am and there was no wait at all, which made it even better. I have been coming to this coffee shop for coffee. I always order Mocha Nutella latte and vanilla lavender latte. I recently tried the nutella croissant. The mocha Nutella has a strong taste of chocolate, but not overpowering the taste of the coffee. The scent of the lavender is also strong for the vanilla lavender latte. They also warmed up my croissant without me requesting. There is a parking structure in the building, but it is usually pretty full because people go to the gym will also use this parking structure. read more

My boss stopped by to grab us some drinks from here! I took a look at their menu & was between the strawberry matcha or the yuzu matcha tonic! I told him to ask the cashier which one she recommended & to go with that. She said the strawberry matcha because it was sweeter & the other option was more savory! Tekosu is officially my new favorite coffee spot! It's super convenient--about 7 minutes from my work--so it's the perfect stop to grab a drink before heading in. I tried it for the first time recently and ended up going back four more times that same week... that's how good it is. The drinks are incredible. I had the Biscoff latte and Gula Aren Latte, and they were amazing--you can actually taste every component, especially the espresso, which I love. They only offer one size, but it's honestly the perfect amount. The space itself is beautiful, with a clean black-and-white aesthetic and tons of natural light that makes it feel really calm and inviting. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Also, their pastries are a must--especially the oatmeal cream-filled cookie (if you're lucky enough to catch it in stock). I've been craving it ever since. Minimalist vibes are in effect with a quiet time atmosphere. Limited seating so be prepared to sit outside or just hit the road. Their drink menu is deliciously interesting and I ordered a couple of drinks to start off with. My first drink was the recommended Nutella Mocha Latte that came topped with cookie crumbles. After my first sip I totally understood why people love this place. The second drink I had was the Yuzu Tonic and topped with a citrus garnish. The flavor in this drink really came through with the espresso chasing it. Both drinks were solid. They also offer pour overs, cortados and the espresso shots that I enjoy but unfortunately they only serve them in paper cups. For me that's just plain wrong. Stopped in last weekend for a pick me up. I got the gula aren latte and my husband got the yuzu espresso tonic. The gula aren latte was amazing- with the caramel notes and the cream top it really tasted like flan. I got it half sweet and it was still definitely sweet enough. The yuzu tonic was very citrusy and refreshing, perfect for a hot day. The interior is very clean and sleek, and it seems to be good for working or having a a chill coffee date. A lot of people were occupying the tables with laptops - seems like an excellent study spot. Employee was really nice taking my order. 4/2 came around 10am Tons of parking near by! It is a fairly busy area! The shop is so beautiful from the inside out! I will say the place is very dark when you walk inside! I learned Tekosu means" just come already!" I ordered the biscoff latte a special Nutella mocha latte. The staff were very sweet her smile was very contagious! The drinks looked beautiful! A new coffee/matcha shop that seemed to be another hyped up place. Was pretty tucked away and there was plenty of street parking when I went on a Wednesday morning. The interior was spacious and authentically pleasing. Staff was super friendly when placing an order as well. I ordered the matcha with cream and opted for almond milk. I kept it at normal sweet, just to try it first. I tried to order the spicy chicken salad and sub for avocado since I don't eat meat but for some reason they were unable to do so. The salad was pretty decent and the matcha was not bad either. My friend got the smoked salmon avocado toast and gula aren latte. You could easily overlook and walk past this little cafe on the main st, even as you're looking for it, like I did. Walked down the little alleyway and saw the sign and actually came through the back. But a nice hidden gem! I tried the gula aren latte since it was house speciality and really liked it! We came in to check out Tekosu Cafe to grab some matcha and it was pretty good. The location is quite clean and set up very nicely. The spot can't be seen right away from the street but there is plenty of street parking. The inside was busy and almost to capacity. There were plenty of patrons studying or just hanging out and enjoying some drinks. Service was adequate and the drink we ordered was made quick. We shared a Matcha Latte with oat milk and up charge was .50 cents for the substitute. The drink was balanced with sweetness and ceremonial grade matcha. Was excited to see a new coffee shop in the 626 and finally had time to make it out there to try! It's located on the side of a busy street but free street parking was quite easy to find. It was quite crowded in here so the line was quite long initially and it took them quite a long time to make our drinks. The shop is on the smaller side but there's plentiful tables to sit and chat. We opted to try the Gula Aren latte since it sounded more unique with the Indonesian brown sugar and we were very happy with our decision. We did ask for half sweet and it was perfect. The drink has this caramelized brown sugar taste with a bit of smoky aftertaste as well and I'm always a sucker for a cream top. Would say the latte prices are definitely getting more and more expensive but I would definitely come back for this unique drink. read more

Ordered the coconut matcha and omg... probably the best matcha I've had since getting really good matcha in Japan So smooth and balanced, not too sweet. Tekosu is a new-ish coffee spot in Arcadia and I had a wonderful first visit! We loved our drinks (the Gula Aren Latte and Creamy Biscoff Latte), their oatmeal cream pie sandwich cookie was to die for, staff were so welcoming, vibes were sleek and chic, it was surprisingly quiet inside given its central location, and I LOVE that they let you adjust sweetness levels. I'd come back again for the oatmeal cream pie cookie just in-and-of itself (but the lattes were excellent too). The cookie part was thin with a beautiful crispiness to it and the maple cream was divine. Not overly sweet with complex, complimentary flavors and the perfect ratio of cream to cookie. It was huge too - took me three sittings to finish it off! One of the best cookies I've had in quite a while - I hope they keep this one in stock lol.  I got hubby the Gula Aren Latte (hot) and had to sneak a couple of sips for quality control lol - it was lovely and I'd get this for myself in the future. It had a wonderfully roasty sweetness to it with the rich coffee and brown sugar flavors complimenting each other very well. I got it at full sweetness (hubby has quite the sweet tooth) - it was definitely too sweet for me but it would be flawless at maybe 50% for those who don't like as much sugar.  For myself I chose the Creamy Biscoff Latte (iced) at 50% sweetness and it was fantastic - would definitely get this again. This latte had a delightful balance of beloved Biscoff flavor with their delectable espresso and comes with a velvety thick cream top for the perfect finish. At 50% sweet it was just right for me (I don't consume much sugar daily so 50% would probably not be sweet enough for the sugar lovers out there).  The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with great suggestions for my first visit. Prices are on par for the area. They had plenty of seating and a choice of inside with the clean, minimalist aesthetic and tall windows for people watching - or outside on their little cafe tables in the pedestrian terrace area.  Personally I'd probably stay inside - the area can be a tad sketchy (very close to the train station) and there were several homeless people nearby yelling and carrying on. Parking is on the street or in the nearby garage (all free but time limited so be sure to read the signs). I found a spot on the street easily but it can be a little tight. All in all this is an excellent new addition to the SGV coffee scene and I'll definitely be back - please stock up on the oatmeal sandwich cookies for me haha! read more

My sister and I stopped by before a wedding. Parking was easy (street parking). There's also a parking lot across the street for a medical office. Service was so friendly and welcoming! I first noticed the delicious looking pastries which I'll definitely try if I'm in the area next time (I gave up desserts for Lent). I ordered the Matcha Sweet Cream Cloud (75% sweet with oat milk) which I thought was pretty standard. Definitely a matcha that'll be easy to recreate at home.
