strawberry latte & vanilla latte
Chassidie L.

#40 in my SOCAL COFFEE SHOP SERIES Definitely a spot I will be frequenting. So great to be getting a new, high quality, coffee spot in the 626! Came on a Sunday at 10:30am during their soft opening hours and was pleasantly surprised to see how busy it was. The owners (Nate & Mel) were extremely kind! It was so refreshing to see how passionate they were about their business and offerings. Nate took the time to explain all of their drinks including what is inside them and how they were sourced. You can tell they put a lot of time and effort into researching and sourcing their ingredients to find the highest quality. Some facts about their drinks: they use rara sugar instead of cane sugar. All of their syrups are made in house. They use first harvest ceremonial grade matcha (the highest quality). And they don't charge extra for milk alternatives! My cousin and I decided to try their classic iced vanilla latte and iced strawberry latte after much deciding and we were both happy with our choices! The strawberry latte was fresh, clean, and vibrant. It didn't feel overly sweet or that they just used store bought strawberry milk. You can taste the freshness of the macerated strawberries. And for the iced vanilla latte, so good! The perfect balance of vanilla and sweetness. Plus you can taste the quality of their espresso. For those curious about their Mont Blanc, it is an iced americano with orange cold foam topped with orange zest. The citrus is the perfect pairing with espresso as it balances out the bitterness of the coffee. There is a large communal table, some lounge chairs, and bench seating. Great place to go if you're chatting with friends, playing a board game, or want something quick. I will definitely be coming back!

This newly opened cafe is located in a busy strip mall. They're open daily, except Mon & Tues Hours are: 8am-2pm Parking is easy since there's plenty of parking! Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Inside is very spacious with plenty of seating, as well as outlets making it a great hang out or study spot! Menu had a good variety of coffee and matcha drinks. Love that they don't charge extra for milk substitions (oat/almond)! Got the Strawberry Matcha Latte ($8.80). This drink comes iced only so I got it iced with oat milk. They use first harvest ceremonial grade matcha, which was nice. I like that they make their syrups/purees in house! The matcha was good quality and wasn't too bitter or overpowering. The strawberry puree was a tad too sweet despite requesting it less sweet and giving it a good stir prior to drinking. It reminded me a bit of strawberry jam but not a big deal. Overall, I thought the drink was a little pricey and was pretty good but it was nice that they handwhisk the matcha and use quality ingredients.

New coffee + matcha spot in the 626!! So glad we stopped by! They're only on Day 8 of their soft opening, so it was exciting to be one of their early customers. The owners, Mel and Nate, were both super sweet, and I really loved how community-focused they are. The interior is minimalist, modern, and super clean. There's one large communal table and a few people were already getting work done. I didn't see any outlet extensions, though, so I'm not sure this would be a great spot for long study/work sessions. Definitely a great spot to just grab coffee and chat for a bit with friends! There's a large parking lot and we had absolutely no trouble finding a spot. What we tried: Iced Vanilla Latte -- $7.50 If you're a coffee lover, you NEED to try this. The coffee quality is amazing, and this is easily one of my favorite vanilla lattes I've had in the 626. It wasn't overly sweet, and I loved that you could still really taste the coffee underneath the vanilla. 10/10 would come back just for this. Strawberry Latte -- $7.50 They use fresh strawberries, which I really appreciated. The strawberry flavor wasn't overpowering and, again, you could still taste the coffee! I liked that it felt more balanced rather than turning into a super sweet strawberry milk. Matcha Latte -- $7.80 Definitely recommend getting this with oat milk (no extra charge!) There was a noticeable difference between the whole milk and oat milk versions. With whole milk, the matcha tasted lighter and a little too milky for my preference. The oat milk gave it a thicker texture and brought out the matcha flavor much better. Getting it less sweet was perfect for me. The owners also mentioned they'll be introducing a new matcha powder next month, so I'm definitely excited to come back and try that! Overall, such a cute new addition to the 626. A bit pricey but I loved how they use housemade syrups and real fruits. I'd definitely come back for the Mont Blanc or, honestly, just get that vanilla latte again.

My family & I were so excited to try Yutori! It is in a fairly large parking lot, so parking is no issue & Yutori is super easy to spot. Inside, the vibes are super calm and everyone is very welcoming. There's table seating & couch seating, which is nice especially if you're meeting friends for a little coffee date, & they have a restroom for customers. Everything is super clean & neat. We ordered their Strawberry Matcha & it did not disappoint! Super yummy, & I like that you can make adjustments to the drinks (I got whole milk instead of oat milk). Definitely recommend and will be coming back soon!! Wishing this business all the luck & success!

Yutori Coffee is such a beautiful new addition to the community. I stopped by during their soft opening and had the chance to meet the owners, who are genuinely the sweetest couple. You can tell a lot of care went into creating the space. The interior is clean, warm, and intentional, with light woods, live plants, and a calming minimalist aesthetic. I also love their "no WiFi, by design" concept and the emphasis on actually enjoying the space and connecting with people. The matcha was delicious, smooth, earthy, and not overly sweet. Really happy to support a local spot that feels like it brings something special to the neighborhood.

On a Saturday morning 8:34am in late September, my sister and I came to new Japanese coffee shop in Temple city. Inside has the minimalist style with long table, sofa, and 2 benches with nice ambiance. There were several people inside. The staff are nice and I ordered pecan bun. They warmed up the bun and serve it to me. It was tasty with slices of pecan nuts and I could taste the butter in the pastry. Next time I will try their coffee.

Nice shop with a great ambiance. The owners and staff are friendly, and they're pretty consistent with their drinks. Everything I've tried has been good. It's not on the menu, but a latte with orange syrup is a winner!

My girlfriend and I tried the iced matcha latte with oat milk and the iced strawberry matcha latte. Neither drink was bad, but we have both had better matcha lattes elsewhere for a more reasonable price. Our total for the two drinks, including a small tip, was around $20. I understand that the cost of running a business is reflected in pricing, and I know not every coffee shop is necessarily going to be a perfect fit for me. Still, when drinks are priced at this level, I think there is a reasonable expectation for them to feel worthwhile, especially with something as common as matcha, where there is generally a standard for a well balanced, flavorful drink. The biggest issue for me was the value. There is only one drink size, and while the cup appeared to be around 12 oz, a good portion of it was ice. At that price point, I expected either more actual drink or a noticeably better matcha flavor. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the coffee shop itself was clean with a nice, minimal atmosphere. Unfortunately, those positives were not enough to justify another visit for me. The drinks were okay, but the matcha did not stand out enough, and the portions felt too small for the price. Regardless, we hope the best for Yutori Coffee!

The true hidden new gem that is easily now one of my faves in the area. You can tell they care a lot about their menu and where the ingredients are sourced from, including the matcha straight from Japan. This is easily one of the best strawberry matcha lattes I've had in the area, which has fresh strawberry puree and just the right balance of oat milk without overpowering the strawberry flavor. I'll be back, this place is a cool vibe and easy to get in and out of with a ton of parking.

Iced strawberry latte and matcha latte

Hands down the best new coffee shop in the 626. It honestly holds its own against some of the best coffee spots in LA. First visit, I ordered a simple Americano to see what they were working with. You can taste the quality of the beans right away--distinct notes, a well-pulled shot, and none of that burnt flavor you get at places that don't pay attention to their coffee. Second time I tried the strawberry latte and matcha latte, and both were top tier. Also heard great things about the Mont Blanc, so that's next on my list. The interior is really nice, with some cool ceramics, the owners are super friendly, and parking is a plus!

Went to the soft opening. The decor and menus were lovely, and everything felt well put together with spaces to stand or sit. We ordered the Mont Blanc. This is an Americano topped with orange foam and orange zest. It was so fragrant and tasted delicious. We also got the strawberry latte. It was nice and light with a very strawberry forward flavor without being too sweet. It was very lovely. We also ordered the cinnamon bun. It was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. Everyone from cashier to barista was very nice. Parking is easy and plentiful. It shares a lot with Autozone and supermarket.

Great tasting drinks, especially their specialties (e.g. Mont Blan!). Nice ambience with intentional effort made to encourage conversations instead of screen time. It's a great place to sit, sip, and chat. Yutori seems to use high quality ingredients (bean, matcha) that you can taste. Friendly and efficient service, especially for a soft opening. I'm definitely gong to be a regular and you might be as well once you check them out!

Soooooo good! Where do I even begin?! I was in the area craving my usual boba fix and I am SO…read morethankful I stumbled upon this place. The Hojicha Pudding in the Iron Buddha Oolong Milk Tea is a solid standard. But the Ube Taro Mochi Green Milk Tea?! HELLOOOO. Hella yum! I got both at 30% sweet and 50% ice, and I'm so glad I did because it balanced the pudding and that rich ube taro mochi paste perfectly. I fear full sweetness might be a little much, but I'm an old Asian who believes desserts should be "not too sweet." Lololol Service was friendly, the shop is cute, and I loved the cute lighting and tea wall. I live about an hour away and I would genuinely consider making the drive back JUST for this tea!

The menus are all over the place it made me confused. Do I need to pay for toppings or no? One menu…read moredoesn't list the price for majority of the topping while another said its not free The drinks were alright. I would say average because I feel like putting some tea with milk is very easy to cost like $7+ per drink. They're big portion though. The teas are strong but not as fragrant as I would like them to be. The shop doesn't smell like tea though. I think it's a good place to try. I might come back for other teas but I'm not sure how to order anything from here. I ordered the hojicha latte but it doesn't look like the photo
