This is a really good and high quality boba tea place . I highly recommend this place. I usually order 4 drinks when I come because I enjoy most of their options. My favorite is thai tea.. taste very refreshing and better than most thai resturant.. heavy on tea flavor and creamy. Its a plus bc boba is free ! My next favorite drink is mango green tea...super good it kept me up all night and that's what I needed. Employees here are nice and consistent with making their drinks the Same. Plus star for that!! They currently have a promotion for these cute little waffles with every drink. The staff are very nice and friendly. Not a lot of space to sit down but we usually take out drinks to go anyway. I ordered the tiger milk initially but I didn't have a great reaction to it, so I ordered something else instead and he was so accommodating in getting me something else. One note: I was trying to work in there to kill time until I went to an event in the area and there was no AC so I got a bit overheated during the 45 minutes I was there. I had their honey lemonade with aloe jelly and that was refreshing. So glad I switched my drink! It might be the times we live in right now, but the drinks seemed steep in pricing to me, but that might've been because I ordered something specialized. Had an awesome experience at Sharetea today! Was helped by Jason, he was super kind and knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the drinks! I ordered a boba milk tea and a mango passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly, and Jason advised me on sugar levels depending on the sweetness of the drinks as well as the ice levels, which was super helpful and kind! I love the current promo of free bubble waffle samples with each drink (the bubble waffles are so good!). Anyway, I had a terrific experience and can't wait to go back! I've been to other Sharetea locations but this one is not consistent with the others. I ordered a taro smoothie w/boba and it literally tasted like a dirty spoon. It wasn't even purple! They offered to remake it with more taro powder and it still tasted the same but more artificial. They were able to give me an Oreo smoothie instead, but boba wasn't that great. This place is the place to go to for convenience. It's quite warm as the AC doesn't seem to be working at the moment. There's a few tables that people are able to relax and do their work. Ordered online for pick up. Our go to drinks are usually milk tea with boba, half sugar, less ice. Size of drink is big enough for the price, I've had bad boba drinks before. However, each time I had ShareTea milk tea, I haven't had a bad drink. Boba is chewy and good sweet flavor. Since we ordered online and picked up, it was very quick. Literally ordered five minutes ago and got our drinks in a few minutes. When you go inside there's a sign for pick up and make sure you show your phone. When we arrived there were some people ordering, not many places to sit but there are seats outside too. There's a lot of parking in the lot and street, but we came during Xmas day so not many people versus weekends. read more

It had been quite awhile since we had been to Sharetea, so we headed over for a quick drink stop. We were amazed at how bad our experience was. When we first walked in we noticed how extremely cluttered the store was. There was stuff everywhere! Also, the tables are all pushed to the side with boxes stacked on them. We get it if you still don't want people sitting in the store, even when everywhere else does again, but don't use the tables as storage out in customer view. Also, the manager/owner was sitting on one of the tables constantly yelling at the staff. If you don't like what an employee is doing, get your bum off the table, walk over to them, and tell them quietly. Between his yelling, the loud music, and the sound of the blenders, we couldn't hear the young man who was trying to take our order. This is likely the cause of most of our drink orders being incorrect. We were so rattled by the yelling and the cluttered mess that we couldn't get out fast enough. This used to be a cute shop with good drinks, but our Sharetea days are definitely over. read more

Service: Service is always great. The owner and staff are very nice, friendly, and attentive. There's usually 4-5 tea mixologists working during the times I come. So drinks come out quite fast. If they mess up on your drink, they'll let you keep the cup that they messed up on and gladly make you a new drink. Drink Of Choice: I usually get the winter melon tea with no ice and no added sugar. The tea is a bit sweet already and is great for any weather. It'll definitely keep your "yeet hay" away! Enjoying the beautiful weather with my family and decided to order some refreshments from @shareteaarcadia @sharetea via @grubhub as a treat. Pictured, my order request on the bottom versus what the ticket read on the drink cup upon delivery. "... or he die[s]." Wow. Just wow. Rude. Unprofessional. Disgusting. Hurtful. Wrong. Ridiculous. I wonder how many other orders went unforeseen by management with what this individual did as some sick joke. I reached out to this business and personally spoke to the Michael, the manager, about the situation. I also requested to speak to Eric, the gentleman who typed this. It is never acceptable to make fun of others at any expense no matter what the circumstances are. Dietary needs or not, that comment was uncalled. Eric doesn't know the struggles or traumas I've experienced. His comment wasn't taken lightly and shouldn't be. I've been working in the service industry for a long time, probably longer than Eric has been alive. This sort of incident is never tolerated. Michael offered a free drink, but I kindly declined. I'm not complaining to get something for free. It's the principle and this needed to be addressed. Eric knew what he did was wrong, but did it anyway. Why? He had no words except for it being a joke. Try lifting others with words of encouragement instead. Realize that your actions and words can affect others in a way that isn't the reaction you want received. It doesn't take a lot of effort to be nice. Kindness goes a long way. Eric, if you are reading this, let this be a lesson. Ask yourself, "Would this brighten someone's day? Would it make my parents, boss, family proud? Does it sit well with my moral compass?" If so, then, by all means continue your actions and words. You represent them. If not, don't do it. Simple. I'm glad I was able to remove the ticket first before passing out the drinks to others. What a horrible message to receive. UPDATE (02/27/2021) - 24-hours later, I received a text message from Cheney, another manager from this business tried to elucidate that Michael was the one who wrote the label, not Eric. In a turn of events, Michael isn't even the manager, but the shift leader. I can't. I am utterly disappointed by how things were handled yesterday and, now, I don't know who to believe anymore... I bet Michael and Eric were laughing about this after I expressed my frustration and concern... Absolutely irked. read more

Located on a busier street but not hard to find at all! The shop itself is quaint but I will say that the Irvine location has better customer service. The milk teas are better than the fruity ones, in my opinion. The fruity drinks tend to have a watered-down consistency but I've personally never had an issue with the milk tea drinks. On that note, I'd recommend trying anything sweet (labeled in the photo) and getting less boba -- they're the opposite of TPumps lol read more

When I walked in a was immediately greeted by staff and by Jason ( who I'm guessing is the owner). Jason and the rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was asked what I would like and since I wasn't sure Jason suggested I try something of the secret menu. Jason was not wrong. The drink he suggested is really good. Just a tad on the sweet side but very refreshing. I definitely be coming back to Sharetea ( particularly this location) just for the service alone. Went to this location with my brother and parked right outside of the building in this 24 minute limit parking spot. I decided to try the QQ Happy Family milk tea and my brother went with the Strawberry with cheese cream (which was one of the three featured strawberry drinks they had on a sign outside). We were told to wait outside for our drinks orders, but my brother ended up going back inside after 6 minutes or so had passed to check on our order since there had been no orders before ours. Our drinks were already ready on the counter when he went to check and then we were on our way. I really enjoyed the QQ Happy Family milk tea since it came with 6 different toppings, including lychee jelly, egg pudding, and beans. The drink itself wasn't too sweet and the toppings gave the right amount of sweetness that it needed. My brother strawberry with cheese cream was not my favorite. It was sweet, but the bitterness of the tea was overwhelming and the cheese cream foam wasn't what I am use to in comparison to other places I've been to. read more
