Vincent was a great help, he had really good customer service. We had rewards points for the egg custard tart, it was nice treat with the Vietnamese coffee. My wife got a latte and she enjoyed it. Bakery was bright and clean and plenty places to sit down
So happy that they brought back their seasonal sea salt strawberry green tea! ($5.25) The moment I saw the email, I knew I had to get it. The last time I had it was in 2019. I ordered using the kiosk which was easy. The wait for the drink was quick. No complaints. It tastes just as I remember.
I tried their so called viral strawberry matcha bun and disappointed with this bun. Please see pictures
This was my first time at this location and unfortunately my go-to order of the sea salt caramel coffee with no sugar fell flat. It was too watered down and didn't hit like it usually does. I tried the viral Vietnamese coffee with sea salt cream and that was made well but definitely had way too much ice and not enough drink. Service was quick and staff was nice.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 10am. There was a lady who came in with her dog. Now, I know service animals are allowed. However, this dog did not have a service animal tag. Instead, the vest the dog was wearing stated "Best Friend" almost like the owner was trying to trick others into thinking it was a "Service Dog" vest. The dog was walking around the bread and even sniffing the bread. The owner saw and even tried to swat her dog away from some Strawberry Halfmoons that the dog was sniffing. As someone who is allergic to dogs, what if they are the person who touches that bread next? What if the allergy is very severe? I walked around the premises to check if there were signs on the windows/doors talking about no pets, only service dogs. Only one entrance had the signs stating this. The other doors did not. As someone who is allergic to dogs, I do not understand how someone can just bring their pet into an establishment that serves food. The dog even went up to some customers and was sniffing their shoes. I even watched the dog go up to a little girl and try to take her doll. **4/1/26 UPDATE** To Katherine (the business owner): Yes, I know you allow SERVICE DOGS. However, this lady's dog was not wearing a vest stating it was a service dog. Also, I think service dogs know better than to try stealing little girls' dolls. That lady's dog was NOT a service dog. She was trying to TRICK people into thinking it was with the FAKE vest it was wearing. Please put more signs up around the different entrance doors.
85 has recently started selling taro rolls--two for $2.40--and they are so good. They're similar to Porto's cheese rolls, but filled with a taro filling instead. I have honestly never seen this anywhere else. Every time I have visited this location, they were sold out, so I was thrilled to finally try them today--and they were absolutely worth it. Worth, worth, worth it! I actually like the taro version more than the cheese one. For cheese rolls, I still prefer Porto's since they have a stronger cheese flavor and a creamier filling.
Got a sweet bun. Tastes delicious and yummy!! Service is fast and quick. Place is well maintained and well structured.
They have a large selection of bread, drinks, and cakes. A few of my favorite are the taro marble bun, coconut twist, milk pudding bun! They also sell loaves of bread and egg tarts. The sea salt coffee is my favorite. It sweetened Americano with sea salt whipped cream! The sweetness can be adjusted too. Delicious! Parking is easy and located in the rear in the structure or there is street parking. *Tip: Come early for the best selection of bread!
We decided to stop in at 85° to get boba. We ordered a green tea with boba, a mango green tea with lychee and a soft jasmine tea with lychee. I tasted all three and they were quite good. The front of the store was clean and the line moved reasonably well. I'm only giving this place three stars, because I had to go use the restroom and it was just filthy. The door was stuck and the lock was very difficult to close. The floor was covered with all kinds of stuff, paper stuff, and there were no paper towels. I hope I never have to use this bathroom, although I did let them know what the counter that it was a mess and there were no paper towels.
I went to the Arcadia location for some pastries. Not too busy. Friendly and helpful staff. Store is clean. The selection is good. Parking garage is behind Rating: 4 Stars
I bought a whole tiramisu cake from this bakery for a friend's birthday since it's his favorite dessert. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The cake had no tiramisu flavor at all, there was no coffee taste whatsoever. The only thing that resembled tiramisu was the cacao powder on top. The white cream tasted old, and the cake itself was dry, which makes me believe it wasn't fresh. The cream didn't taste like mascarpone at all, it was more like buttercream, which completely changed the texture and flavor you would expect from a traditional tiramisu. I've tried a dessert from this bakery before, and while it wasn't amazing, it wasn't bad either. I decided to give them another chance, but sadly this experience was not good. I wouldn't consider this a reliable option for special occasions.
On a Saturday morning in mid June, my sister and I came here for pasties. The parking garage lot is behind bakery. Inside has an interesting layout. Rectangle area of baked breads and it's kinda cramped with spacious tables area. The line was short to pay for pastries. Nice ambiance in the seating areas with music in the background. The garlic cheese bread is my goto bread and it taste good.
I'm here with my mom and got some pastries for breakfast. There's a great selection of pastries. The cashier was extremely rude when I tried to scan the points. She said that it won't scan if I did it that way in the rudest tone. Not friendly at all my receipt says Kaitlyn but I'm not sure if that was her. She's a hispanic woman and I just felt so unwelcomed by her and how rude she was.

Mookcake I tried Taro Mochi Pastry. The mouth feels of the mochi was very soft and chewy. I like it. The exterior pastry was not particularly good, but not bad. Overall, it was not too sweet. I always liked 85 degree bakery and cafe. This time I went to the one in Arcadia, CA. 1. The seating area is huge and plenty. I like the fact they not only have tables and chairs but also 1-person sofa and coffee tables. 2. The breads and cakes are neatly displayed. 3. Service was quick and the cashiers were nice. A boy cashier just left all my bread like this, no tape? Some bread dropped out when I was walking to the parking lot. Dude even after paying that guy let me get the receipt by myself, and all the bread still in the tray. If you don't wanna work just leave . Manager should hire better staff read more

I recently stopped by this location to grab some breads and drinks. I do like this location, the atmosphere and layout seems better than the other location near me. The store was clean and everything was fully stocked. I also saw egg tart gift boxes on sales! Good for gifting. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to service. The cashier was so short with me. When I asked questions, she would give short responses and just want to end this service and leave. The cashier was also rude to the customer behind me too. It's a shame since this location is so nice. Plenty of parking spaces in the structure. read more

This was our first time at this location, but since we are fan of 85 degrees bakeries, we knew that this wouldn't be a disappointment ordering from here. The parking is actually either below or above where this bakery is located. Then you just walk over to the shop. The set up of pastries is to your left as you enter, which other places are usually to the right, but they have the same pastries you love. Once we selected our delicacies, there wasn't a line to pay. The service to ring up and pay was quick. We noticed a larger room where customers can enjoy their drinks and food ordered. This place is much larger than the one I usually go to. Overall, this is one of the better bakeries, so enjoy! read more

Originated from Taiwan, 85 Degrees selling coffee, tea, smoothies, cakes, and bakery products. This is one of our favorite bakery brands. This location is small and cozy with limited quantities of bakery products. We usually like to go to the one in West Covina. Service was friendly and satisfactory. We have tried various of their sweet and savory bakery and they all very delicious! Great for simple breakfast or snack on the run. No weekend morning is complete without a stop at one of the iconic 85 degree locations in Sunny SoCal. Although not exclusive to SoCal, 85 has certainly left a mark on the greater SGV where I reside, and I remember grabbing an afterschool snack at this establishment on more than one occasion. A strong showing for the Arcadia location in general, the only complaint being slower restocking of baked goods and cleanliness of the tables on busier days. Regardless, I will be back! read more
I came in on a Sunday to buy some pastries and coffee. What a delightful bakery I found! It's located in Arcadia-~ on the border of Arcadia and monrovia. It's clean and spacious and they carry pastries, cakes, savory items and coffee drinks. We got a taro filled pastry, a chocolate croissant which was definitely the BEST croissant I have ever had, another pastry filled with delicious cream custard and a croissant with almonds and cream. They were all so delicious and well made!! The cashier was nice and friendly! Parking is easy and convenient! We will return! It's a gem of a bakery! read more

This was the first time trying this type of coffee, it was strong and just the right amount of sweetness. The blueberry muffin was good but could have been a little sweeter. I love 85C Bakery! Growing up in Arcadia, 85C and JJ Bakery were my top 2 favorite spots to get bread and fresh pastries in the area. I love how they make fresh bread that you can grab and go through a tray, with options such as Vietnamese coffee and Boba to start your day. I love the Matcha Bread as well as the Taro Bread, along with their filling Custard Bread. Overall , 85C continues to remain top notch in terms of its quality and taste. My only complaint is that sometimes, they don't have the pastries I want, simply due to late afternoon hours causing most of the pastries to be taken. read more
