I rarely do reviews for corporate places but after a few times of coming to this Starbucks location, I really have to give the staff a shoutout for just being consistently friendly, upbeat, clean and positive. Today specifically, David was the superstar of my day so shoutout to David for being so nice! Been having a few study sessions here to get my head out of my normal environment and to be honest this place can get busy and full a lot of times but if you're willing to wait at peak hours, you'll eventually find a seat. They have a fully loaded pastry bar every time I've passed by and it all looks so enticing. The greenery of the plants inside makes this location so aesthetic. And not to mention the comfortable seating and light ambience. So thankful for this local Starbucks location!

Great place to study, work or hang-out. This is a large Starbucks with lots of individuals desks if you would like to work/study. The interior has high ceiling and is one the largest Starbucks in all of LA. Service was fine and food is standard of what you can expect from a Starbucks. The parking lot offers EV charging and is a decent size. Parking is free.

Simply great Starbucks. They are very quick and drinks come out very well prepared. Love that this locale has an abundance of space and sitting areas. Big Perk There are several "stations" that allow you to set up your laptop and work. Extremely clean and the baristas are quite friendly. Almost seems like a Starbucks Reserve Highly recommend if you're in the area.

New Starbucks just opened and this place is awesome! First I noticed how spacious and suitable it is for people who want to study and do their own thing. They have barstools, comfy chairs, sofas, and single desks! I wish this Starbucks was opened when I was in school. Staff is polite and helpful as well. Will definitely be my go to Starbucks

This 5/5 rating is a comparative to other Starbucks locations. This new location has a large drive thru that is efficiently done with a crew of friendly and quick employees. The interior is expensive with a high end cozy vibe with plenty of lounge chairs for individuals, comfy chairs around tables for larger groups, and even desks with outlets for the students. Truly a Starbucks for everyone. If near the area would highly recommend filing your Starbucks quench at this location.

Came to get a coffee with my wife, she's a veteran, and it was my birthday and Emily and her other lady coworker were so friendly and kind it made our day! Went through the drive thru and went quickly.

This is the most comfortable Starbucks! I really enjoy this new location with drive-thru, vehicle charging and living room comfort. Service is fast with a smile!

On a Saturday afternoon in early August, my sister and I drove by to see if it was opened. It's next to Arcadia post office. Inside interior is very big and comfortable like a library setting. There are study desks, sofa with tables and communal table. It wasn't crowded yet. Nice AC inside. The staff was nice and helpful and monitor shows of list of drinks ready. The ice cafe mocha was 6.45 pricey compared to other Starbucks drive thru. Enough parking too.

The used to be Universal Bank location magically turned into a Starbucks with drive thru. Lots of power and USB charging station located on the side of the seats. Music is slightly louder than I prefer. The skylight brings in the natural light and illuminates the place in any types of weather. Outside comes with two electrical charging stations. It's been years since I ordered coffee from Starbucks, as they masked the coffee flavor with sugary flavors. Came in on Christmas to try their Cortado, which was newly released in early January. It's made with three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso (a sweeter, richer espresso) and perfectly steamed whole milk, served in an 8oz cup for a balanced, velvety, and subtly sweet coffee drink. You can also customize and substitute the milk with non dairy milk. It's a game changer! You can taste the coffee nuance's notes, balanced by a subtle sweetness and creaminess from the milk. Starbucks, you caught my attention again!

We come for the coffee and stay for the comfortable seating. This store is spacious with high ceilings and modern decor. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Thanks to Annie for her patience. The menu keeps growing. Ramon overheard us talking about Matcha and was kind to offer a taster of the Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha. See photo below. My order of the Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso is a popular flavor for good reason. The parking lot gets full, but there is parking just a short walk on Duarte Rd.

Ah yes, my NO WHIP Mocha Frappuccino - a bold concept, I know. Apparently too bold for this café. Despite "NO WHIP" being clearly printed on the order label, I was served a drink proudly crowned with a generous mountain of whipped cream. I assume the label is more of a suggestion than an instruction? Or maybe it's decorative. Who's to say. This wasn't a complex, high-maintenance order. I didn't ask for oat milk foam infused with moonlight. I asked for the absence of whipped cream. Somehow, that proved impossible. At premium prices, I expect at least the thrilling luxury of getting what I ordered. Instead, I got a reminder that reading is optional and accuracy is negotiable. If you enjoy surprises, irony, and being ignored, this might be the place for you. If you actually want your drink made correctly, l'd recommend going literally anywhere else.

All milk, barely any coffee. Didn't even mix it- just lazy work. Supposed to be a regular iced coffee

Love that they opened this new location but they're always very inconsistent and sometimes lazy. Look at this venti ice coffee with regular classic syrup and milk. I've ordered this every time I come here which has been weekly and this is the first time they didn't bother mixing it in and it looks like this. Tastes like straight up milk and very pale!

Cool new location with well spaced drive thru and plenty of parking. My drink was not good - it was watery and tasteless.

Parking - Street parking only, no dedicated parking lot. Interior is pretty clean, cafe vibes, and some tables around but not too many. There's a huge table for big groups as well which is nice. There's also a self ordering kiosks which is always a nice sight to see when you visit tea shops. We tried the White Peach Oolong Milk Tea and the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash which seems to be one of their more popular drinks. The white peach is what you expect, refreshing and easy to sip. Very happy with the drink overall. As for the Oops Cheese Matcha Smash, aesthetically, the drink is great for photos. It looks more like a swirl drink than anything. I love the overall texture of the drink. It was also as refreshing as the white peach. The cheese mix with the matcha created a swirling feeling, each sip is filled with both flavoring, highly recommend. Excited to revisit again later on, love their menu options, and it seems like a decent spot to hangout with friends or a group despite the smaller space.

It's crisp black tea, salty & sweet brulee foam, and non-dairy milk with bouncy, perky boba pearls. I sipped happily. I arrived at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) on Sunday (around 11:12AM). Parking is simple since there's a nearby neighborhood with street parking. I quickly found a spot. Customers can order at the self-service kiosk or the counter. I chose the self-service kiosk, and I regret it because I dislike how the self-service kiosk requires the customer's phone number to proceed. Staff communicates well. After ordering, Staff honestly & politely informed me that they'd need 20 additional minutes for their Boba since they recently opened. I was perfectly fine with that since they spoke upfront and honestly. After the 20 minutes passed, the drink took four minutes and 14 seconds. As mentioned, I ordered the Baked Brulee Milk Tea ($6.59) with Boba (additional 75 cents). It's delicious. This chill drink carries a crisp tea flavor. The foam is also zesty with a soft sweetness. It reminds me of a creamy milk tea. In addition, they made wonderful boba pearls. These boba pearls are sweet, bouncy, and playful. YUM! On ambiance, Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) is a wonderful spot to study/work. There's a long wooden table with 9 electrical plug spots, and there's four available electrical outlets. The location also includes customer internet with password; the details are confidently shown on the counter. The location also has a gender neutral restroom in the back, and there's plentiful hand sanitizer bottles in reach. The location felt clean and comfortable. Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City) uses its space well. There's four tables and one long wooden table. There's also two small outside tables. During my stay, it felt very comfy as I listened to its smooth music. Overall, I had a pleasant experience at Oops Boba Tea & Coffee (Temple City). They serve wonderful drinks and boba. If searching for a place to study/work, this is an easy recommendation. 4.8 out of 5

I've been here twice and really like it…read more First, the drinks. They range from $1.99-$3.99...talk about throwback pricing. Reading th menu made me feel like it was 1999 all over again. Price aside, the drinks are good and on par with what you would find at typical boba shops. The food is where this place really shines. They have a large menu, ranging from rice to noodles to grilled meats served on a hot plate. I got the $21 NY steak today, which was a generous portion, served with sliced onions, corn, broccoli and choice of rice or spaghetti. It's not Morton's but, c'mon, $21 for a steak fix these days is a heck of a deal. Most of their entrees are in the $14-18 range. To top it off, the service is great - attentive and very friendly. Free parking lot in the back.

Unfortunately they have discontinued their weekday combo menu making it less worth the drive for us…read moreso we're not sure when we'll next be back. The good news is, their chicken steak is still just as yummy! We ordered: - Grilled chicken steak with black pepper sauce and spaghetti (4/5): Super crispy skin and juicy chicken. The black pepper sauce adds a fragrant touch - much better pairing than the mushroom sauce we got on a previous visit. The spaghetti portion is smaller than at most other HK cafes and isn't as good though. - Baked sole filet with rice and white sauce (3/5): Had high expectations for this dish but it didn't quite meet them. The rice used was plain white rice which isn't what I'm used to at other HK cafes and it left me a bit disappointed since it meant the dish was much more monotone in flavor and there were bites that were unflavorful. The fish itself was generously portioned and easy to eat with the warming cheese and white sauce combo. Wouldn't get again only because I know other spots that do it much better but decent overall. - Beef stew with noodle (3/5): Had expected this to be dry style with the beef stew over softened egg noodles but it came out as a soup. Beef pieces were tender and generous. Egg noodles were a bit overcooked. - Sticky Rice Dim Sum: They were massive and decent in flavor. They were a little mushy I think because it had been steaming a while (which was probably why they were quick to be served) but we didn't mind - Siumai: Generous amount of fish egg on top and was pleasantly meaty. We found parking in the front but also know there's a lot in the back. The restaurant itself is big and pretty empty and quiet. We were glad that service was friendly and quick this visit since the first time we were there one of the servers gave us attitude.
