Very disappointed with my experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Monrovia. I purchased a cake to treat the doctors and staff at my workplace, and to my embarrassment, we found a long, thick hair embedded inside the cake. What made this even more disappointing was the lack of customer service. I emailed the manager, Angelina, with photos of the incident, but she never responded or took any action. Ignoring a serious food quality complaint is unacceptable. I expected much better from this bakery. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location. read more

Saw an ad on the window for a strawberry cheesecake that looked amazing, but when i ordered i accidentally said strawberry and cream and didn't notice until they gave it to me cause it didn't look like the ad. I asked if it I could switch it, but it was an up charge and I didn't want to go through the hassle. In the middle of the day on a weekday, hardly anyone was inside the store and the worker there was not only not helpful but completely absent minded. Charged me for my order and then just disappeared into the back without giving me the cakes and gave a lame excuse that it's been a busy day. The manager seemed to have a bad attitude too. For a store that charges premium prices it was very disappointing. Since this is a franchise, I will choose to go to another location for future purchases. read more

The red velvet bundtlet was the perfect amount of sweetness and the cream cheese icing complemented it perfectly. It tasted just as good as their other locations! Although the cute store is tucked away in the corner of a big strip mall, there is plenty of parking and other stores you can shop at during your visit. Their cakes consistently taste moist and fresh and the workers there are always super welcoming and helpful.
