Been visiting to a lot of Jamba Juices lately and this is by far one of the worst locations at least the worst experience of the day. Walked in with no employees around but heard a welcome in the background and 2 girls walked out from the back. Not much of a smile greeting from the cashier while the other girl makes my drink. I decide to use the restroom and notice NO toilet paper AND NO soap which worries me the most as im guessing the employees don't wash their hands after restroom use. i told the girl there was no paper and soap and she just said "oh ok" and continued to stock bakery items. Not happy with that. If they were busy, I understand but no soap is gross plus there was no other customers. Im also questioning, what on earth were they doing hiding in the back if things needed to be stocked and done? The last time i came here, i asked for a small and they told me the medium was the small. Im going to avoid this location from now on. read more

Been coming for a while diffrent staff and seems like a good change, little upset they have no spinach cheese wrap but manager made sure I left with a food item and im glad he did. Real good turkey sandwich his service was awsome. I dont see mactha shots as a option no more, but new shots to-go are really awsome. I probably frequent this location the most. It's convenient for me since it's close to home, and it's easy to access the 10 freeway. Parking is always abundant, and it's always so smooth to come and go. The drinks are good, and the employees are nice. Sometimes especially on weekends there might be a longer wait. But it's very minimal compared to other Jambas I have been to. I spilled my drink outside once because the lid wasn't capped correctly. Yes, it did stain my shirt and pants from my Pomegranate Paradise Smoothie. I went inside to get napkins to wipe myself down. I assumed it was an accident so I didn't complain. Healthy and delicious!! Jamba Juice offers made-to-order juices and smoothies that are packed with vitamins and minerals. They also serve fresh organic steel-cut oatmeal and energy bowls. It's about $4.74 (I usually get mine with a daily vitamin boost) for a 16oz (smallest sized) smoothie. Yeah, it's a LITTLE pricey. I always give this location a chance because it's close to home but every time there is something going on. Last time we came about 45 minutes before close and they had run out of everything! So they made us some drink called white gummy bear which consists of all there frozen stuff. I only got it because my kids really were looking forward to a drink from Jamba Juice. Today I came in at noon. Huge line and only one employee being the cashier and the server. So poor lady had to charge then run and make the drink. Charge, serve and repeat. Gosh I saw at least 3 people leave and I stood in the line for a long long time. Kuddos to the employee for doing an amazing job but who is managing this place?!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I went in today and order one of their class drinks, "Razzmatazz". If you ever had a Razzmatazz, you know the drink is more tart than sweet, just like the description on their menu! Once the guy making my drink was done with the order, he utter my name (which I barely heard, I only heard because I was watching him from a distance) I got my drink and left. As I was walking back to the car, I notice the drink was more sweet and I assume it was something else. I walk back in and told him "this isn't what I order, it taste like something else". He said, "No, that's definitely a Razzmatazz!" But I say, it's more sweet than tart. Then he proceed to repeat himself, "It's a Razzmatazz!" Okay, I got it. You made a Razzmatazz. But sheesh, can't you handle that a little better? Maybe provide SOME DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE? Instead of answering the way you did? If a customer is unhappy, at least tell me, "I'm sorry, I can go ahead and remake that for you". Seriously, and your store has a bell with a sign saying, "if you like your drink ring the bell, if your UNSATISFIED OR UNHAPPY we will remake your drink for you." Seriously, that sign is a joke. this location is a joke. and definitely wont be back. I'm going to the Jamba Juice on Fremont instead. Probably the best smoothie chain that I've found. Over the years, the flavors have changed but my two favorite smoothies remain on their menu, Strawberries Wild and Banana Berry. Throw in a free boost and enjoy. Perfect for a hot day when I feel that I need a little fruit boost to my diet. Have had good and bad experiences at this location. However, since this is the closest location to my work....I don't have much of a choice. read more

I made a phone order about 20 minutes before I arrived to the store. Once I got there I told the girl worker I had placed an order for pick up and it still was not ready. People that were there ordering in store got their order about the same time as my mobile pick up. Which absolutely made no sense. Such a mess I know times are hard right now cuz of COVID but there is literally no regards for mobile order and in store order. On top of that, the girl worker was extremely rude. Nothing beats the orginal drinks here. I got it light, but it was still pretty sweet. Price is kind of high for a small. Cucumber Orange Cooler - $5.19, 12oz - The cucumber is the more pronounced flavor but you get the orange in the back. Light, refreshing, and not packed with sugar. read more

So I had a jamba jucie card and happened to see this location next to the Target. It tastes pretty much like every jamba jucie. Though the menu seems smaller than I remember but they still serve the drinks that aren't on the menu like the Chocolate Moo'd. Parking: Great! Tons of parking lot parking, though the drivers in the parking lot could use a few lessons, also the walkers in the parking lot that have a death wish really need to stop. Food: Same as all the other jamba jucies I've been too. Bathroom: Broken? It's a little dirty, but the lock on the door for the guy's is kinda missing and a little broken. Just a note is that I've ordered 4 smoothies from this place and every time I get my smoothie it's only 80% filled. I always order the Banana Berry, it tastes every slightly watered down at this location. Maybe a bit too much ice here or dab less yogurt/juice here. As a past employee with this company, the last couple of times I've been to this location I have been disappointed. All the drinks I've seen get poured & received myself are not even close to "kissing the lid" and they are still being handed out to customers. I do understand how it could be overlooked but given how much the prices of the drinks have gone up, the least the pourers can do is fill the drinks up to the top. Despite getting fully poured drinks, there always seems like there is something wrong with the logistic of the store. It varies from the reward system being down (has been for weeks), no lids for either açaí bowls and smoothies and the register not working (taking cash only/no receipts given). I really do enjoy my jamba here and there but it does make it less worth it when drinks aren't what you are paying for. read more

I've gone here for fundraisers, afterschool pick-me-ups, and just because I felt like it. Really like this place! I've seen it get packed once before, and it was a summer night about a few years ago. And it really DOES get packed. But for the other times I've went, there had hardly been anyone there. Maybe I just have good timing, but lines have always been good to me. I had someone nice enough to use their gift card on me, and I ordered the Orange Dream Machine. I don't recall too much as to what it tasted like, but I just remember it being okay. I wanted it a little creamier, but oh well. Love getting the Caribbean Passion with an energy boost. Yum! This is one of my more favorite and convenient places to head to. Really have always liked Jamba Juice beverages.. But .. Pricing - has gone up so much over the years..medium 5.69 and large is 6.19.. Really is a bit steep for a drink! And for that price you would think you would get an entire cups worth of beverage... Ordered two medium drinks and they were not even close to the top..and really would have complained if I wasn't feeling so sick and after waiting in line for already 15 mins I didn't have the energy to ask the staff about where the rest of my drinks were at.. I paid for mediums but probably got a small instead! After talking to a couple of friends about it they had said that at other locations if they under make the amount it's suppose to be, some staff will make more to make sure you get what you're paying for.
