Ordered at 4:45PM, 3 drinks, was not asked if I wanted a receipt. 6 people that ordered after us got their drinks before us. They did not start making our drinks until we had to ask them about it. We said 2 carribean passions 1 mango gogo. Worker repeated our order to us exactly. Then they made 1 carribean passion and 1 mango gogo. I like the way they make my drinks here. However, their food, fruit, and snack quality/taste is unbelievably bad. The majority of the time, the snacks (I've had the Chocolate Brownie & Cheddar Tomato Twist) taste hard and stale. One time I even witnessed one of the employee's throw out half of the banana basket (ironically labeled 'Fresh Bananas') out while making a drink that consisted of freshly cut bananas - because they were old and half brown. They really need to throw out the old supply of snacks and fruits they have before even considering on serving them to customers. For this, I have to deduct one star. I'm one of those cheap asses that goes to Jamba Juice only during the BOGO deals. Because on a normal basis, it's so expensive! $5.10 for a juicy smoothie. :( So when I do come, I'm always ready to try something on the secret menu. My favorites so far is the White Gummi Bear and the Rainbow Skittles. The White Gummi Bear has a pina colada kind of taste and the Rainbow Skittles tastes just like Skittles! If you don't know about the secret menu, google it before heading here! Parking here is easy-peasy but this location store is kind of small. There are only two tables inside and several outside, but the outside tables are shared with neighboring food spots. If you're looking to get it to go then no problem, if you're planning to stay and chat, you might have a hard time finding a table. read more

Really good Jamba Juice. I always come to the plaza for this. The smoothies and bowls are pretty good and priced pretty well. My got to drink is either white gummie or the mango go go. I'm sad to say I don't normally frequent here as much as I used to. They however have an AMAZING summer BOGO deal (Buy One Get One). When it's that time again, I practically live here. I love jamba juice. I used to come here frequently with my brother. It is a good place for smoothies, juices, wheatgrass, or oatmeal for breakfast! parking is super easy, large parking lot that is shared with other stores like Target, cold stone, UPS..etc. I feel the BOGO summer deals (buy one get one) are great! Saves you half the money! Service is excellent. The menu is huge...but I always end up getting the classics. Banana Berry, mango a go go, Caribbean Passion, peach Pleasure...all very tasty. I was in the area for a delivery and decided to stop in for a drink. Luckily for me, it was after 10AM so there was no line. The place was kept very clean and neat, just like the photos you see on here. I was greeted by a young man who was very upbeat and cheery, I couldn't help but smile back. I ordered my drink and bought two of their sandwich wraps for my brother and I to have for lunch later. While we waited for my drink, I saw their bagels and I started to crave one but I ended up getting the Sweet Street Waffle (can't remember the name exactly) and put my order in. My drink was ready so I started to sip on it while we waited on the waffle. When it was done, he called me to pick it up and in a hurry I knocked over my cup of drink. Needless to say, I made a mess. Another staff came by to see the mess and he reassured my brother that he will clean it up. The first young man came by and said he'll fix me up another drink (at no charge). Despite my clumsiness, the staff was still very pleasant and didn't give me the stank eye. Now that is superb customer service. read more

I hate this place with a passion. They always make my drink watery/wrong/bland. It's strange. I always order Mango a Go Go every time I go to any Jamba Juice, so i know the taste like the back of my hand. However, whenever I order it from here it tastes bland, or just like diluted ice-y mango a gogo. Don't even bother coming here during BOGO deals, they're a 80% chance they'll mess up your order somehow. I ordered it THICK and they gave it to me super watery. 1 Star for being environmentally UNFRIENDLY! As far as I am aware, almost every chain fast food stores out there that has regular monthly coupons that they put online allow users to just pull up their coupons via their cell phone or other mobile devices and present it to the cashier. Well Jamba Juice, in particular the one on ROsemead, since I decided to no longer visit any others, does not allow this! What's the big deal? If you have coupons coming out every month for the same thing, why would it matter that it's printed or shown to you on the phone. I've always been a fan of Jamba over Juice it Up and not sure why. I came here be fore the BOGO deal ended and was well satisfied, except I waited kind of long for my drink. This location is convenient because it has a HUGE parking lot next to Target. There are restaurants all around this plaza as well as shopping places, hence Target. Alright so just like any other Jamba, there isn't a lot of sit down places for this one. Okay so a couple of tips I give to you today are listed as follows: 1. BOGO deal is the BESSTTT! If you are thirsty that day and have no one to go with. Order one drink in the 16oz and have them put it in the largest cup for you. That way you wouldn't have top hold two cups like a crazy person drinking both and hint... you get a little more if you get it in the big cup. Or you can just order whichever size you want and share the other free drink with a friend. 2. Just like the BOGO deal, if you order without the BOGO deal and you're with a friend, you both want the same drink. Order a large and have them split it into two 16oz cups. Comes out to be cheaper. Only works if you both order the same drink though. 3. Secret menu... well I'm sure if you heard of Jamba, you heard of their secret menu. The two that I love are white gummy bear (honestly everyone's favorite) and fruity pebbles. There are tons other ones and you can just simple Google it and it'll pop up. If you do not like Jamba Juice then I think you suck. Yes I am serious. I mean what is not to love about frozen fruit, fruit juice, sherbert, etc.?? Well the munchkin and I love coming to this Jamba and running into random friends (yes it does happen at this location). We both love any number of smoothies that they make. However I have this love of peach pleasure! I really like how you can always tailor your drink ever so slightly subbing one fruit for another for example. It is also fun to order the "power" (large) size and have it split into an "original" (medium) and "sixteen" (small). That way the munchkin and I each get our own, for a much cheaper price than having to order a small and a medium. Their pretzels and confections are often quite tasty but a bit expensive (in calories if not price). However the pricing for smoothies is always reasonable. And yes you can do all of this yourself at home, but seriously who wants to go through all the steps to make it work? This is a convenience I dont mind paying for. Especially on a hot summers day. So get your butt in and enjoy some jamba jamba. read more

This place always is a disappointment. I don't even know why I keep bothering coming here. The staff doesn't believe in customer service. It's always , I mean ALWAYS inconsistent with how they make drinks. I always come here trying to get juice.. but the juice machine is always broken. Jamba Juice is known for selling juice yet the machine is always out of service. I came in around 8:25am on a Saturday and the chairs aren't even set up outside. It's just sitting inside the store. There was only 2 customers in the store. It wasn't busy. It's just god awful here. At least get the juice machine fixed. I come to this location a lot because it's the closest one to my house...and the closest one that's not a Pavillions where they don't accept BOGO coupons :( Anyways, the workers here are usually pretty friendly. My only complaint is that sometimes they don't fill the cup all the way to the top. If I'm paying $5 for a cup of smoothie, I expect my cup to be full. They sometimes leave about an inch empty on the top. And it's not like they didn't blend enough...they're just too rushed to actually pour the rest of the smoothie into the cup. Never had a really bad experience with this Jamba Juice. Everyone who works there is very cheery and friendly, and when they ask how my day is, it sounds as though they actually care, even if they don't really (for which I couldn't blame them). I used to visit often when I worked nearer to this location. It feels a little small when you get in and then other people come in and stand really close to you and then you feel creeped out because a stranger is like practically touching you and breathing on you. That is a little weird. But the service is fast, so you can inch away from the strangers and grab your drink and run away. read more

Like any other Jamba Juice, they serve a whole lot of varieties of smoothies, juices, etc. A few of my favorites.. - Strawberry Dreamin - this is not on the menu but it's like a Strawberry Nirvana but the unhealthy version of it because it tastes extra creamy. - Mango a-gogo- can't really go wrong with mango smoothies! A bit sweet and sour flavor. One of their originals I believe. - Orange Dreamin- oh! I really really like this one too if you want a hint of orange-y flavor in your smoothie. It's a bit creamy as well. - If you are really really into taking wheatgrass shots, you can get it here as well. Not really a fan of it, but my girlfriend would always offer a shot to me when she's there with me. I mean, I can never say no to her. Everyone likes Jamba right. They do things well here, and this location is always friendly. Peach pleasure is my choice of drink, or occasionally Pink Starburst - yes you read that correctly. I ordered a peach pleasure and when i received my drink there was a few green dots. I asked what it was, and she immediately said she would re-make it for me, and that it was probably from a previous drinks that the blender did not get washed it 100%. Honestly NOT coming back here again. The customer service very poor last night and regardless of how my drinks were, they don't deserve a higher rating because of the customer service. I've never been to a Jamba Juice where I felt so uncomfortable and un-welcomed. There was no greetings or smiles for any of the customers that walked in. Refrigerator doors were slammed, containers were tossed. Drinks were gypped! I hope the corporate office does something about this location soon. I've been to this location a couple of times and I have to say, they have pretty speedy service. BUT this depends on who you get to serve you. The first time I came here, I sat while waiting for my drink and just watched the staff in the back making the drinks. There was one girl that was about 3x as fast as all of the other employees. I watched in awe until my drink came. Sometimes, it's the teenagers who provide the good, speedy service. This location has improved a lot in the last year! Love the drinks, the people working there (at least when I go) are respectful and super friendly, and the store is kept very clean. I like the fact that they aim to please here. Story: I ordered an original size Coldbuster (a pre-boosted smoothie with Immunity an Antioxidant boosts) with whey protein (additional 50 cents). The girl at the register asked if I knew it was an additional 50 cents, to which I said yes. Then she asked if I wanted a free boost, and I paused, looked to see which boosts were offered in the free boosts, and said, "No, that's okay, it's already boosted." I paid, waited for the drink, and I watch as the guy making smoothies start pouring my drink into an original sized cup. When I said that I had asked for whey protein (adds a size), he asked if I had been charged for it. I was not. The girl said because I said the Coldbuster was already boosted, she didn't add the whey protein. I think they could tell I was a little confused and frustrated, so they just added whey protein, reblended, and didn't charge me extra for it. Make sure you speak up loudly so the people taking your order can hear you over the blenders, and check your receipt to make sure you're getting what you ordered. But if they make a mistake, they're pretty good about making you happy. Also, check the website for coupons! They're often offering deals on new drinks. read more
