Do not come here for gift cards. I bought two $100 amazon gift cards and was scammed. The person at the register didn't check my gift cards. The people I gifted the cards to, told me the last digits of the cards were already scratched out. The cards were already redeemed before purchasing and now I lost $200. Employees need to do their due diligence and check the gift cards before selling. This is unfair and unprofessional. Never buy from here and always get gift cards from Amazon itself. This busy location often gets tons of patients requesting refills and other pharmacy, and traffic can be high, but pharmacy staff seemed well trained and prepared to staff the ongoing rush. This location is busy, but they still manage to work quickly while staying polite, patient, and willing to help. Just had my prescription moved to another CVS. Very unprofessional and rude whenever you ask them a question. Go out of their way to make you look stupid in front of the long line. And one time the worker have a nerve to ask me to help them input a good review for them after she gave me the receipt. Don't get me started on the lady manager with glasses. I was there a month back on a Saturday, picking up a prescription, first time at this CVS for that. Now this next part is not the problem, but to give some defense to the lead and lay the ground work: They were very backed up and I was told 20 mins and I would be called over the speaker, after walking around for about 20 I jumped in line, got to the front asked for my stuff and it was ready, good thing I jumped in line, ended up taking about 35 mins, no speaker call, text about and hour later on my phone, that it was ready. Not the best customer services, BUT... The whole time, the guy who looked to be the lead pharmacist was, loudly enough for all to hear, berating and criticizing his staff, while also being real short and curt with the customers. I know they were behind, been there customer service-wise, understand the frustration, and not updating me and all, but I wouldn't be working too well moralistically or in the right mind being treated like that,when they picked up my meds they had to check three places, one they were right the first time, but he barked it was somewhere else and they should know, then barked again when they found it where they were trying to look in the first place. Perhaps the customer service and pace could improve if the guy in charge's attitude towards his staff improved, very unprofessional to treat staff like that in front of customers. It is like going into a grocery store. It is so different from the CVS that I am used to. I feel claustrophobic. The aisles aren't wide enough. It is busy and I have to wait for like 10 minutes to be served. There were only 2 sales associate manning the register. I didn't see one on the floor. I came for passport picture. Everything is expensive now a days as expected. For 2 4x 6 photo costs $18.99 including the tax. They have chips, alcohol, beauty products and the like. Shelves are fully stocked and some clutter on the floor. Ample parking but it gets full too because of the ALDI grocery beside. read more

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is frequently packed because they share the lot with several other establishments. If you come here during peak business hours, good luck finding a spot. I also realized that some spots are smaller than others. So be careful where you park. Staff: The staff here are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum. The store is very clean, neat, and tidy. I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 30 years and has now become awful. The staff and pharmacists are always rushed and rude. They make you feel absolutely dumb if you have a question and if you have to speak to a pharmacist it's a bad experience. Their new automated system makes everything ten times worse. Today, the head pharmacist answered the phone when I called about a prescription question and let him know how frustrating the automated is, he replied "We live in a different world." Went to the minute clinic here very sick on a weekday afternoon and added myself to the standby list for a strep and Covid test. After waiting over 2 hours, the provider wasn't able to see me, and was unnecessarily rude and gatekeep-y about it. He saw multiple people who added themselves to the waitlist after me, and seemed to even have a few extra minutes to spare to chat with them. I get that some people get some sort of pleasure or dopamine hit from wielding whatever power or authority their job affords them, but oof, is that the last vibe I want to be on the receiving end of when I'm feeling sick. I ended up at an urgent care in Glendale that took my insurance where I was seen and treated in under 30mins. I'd recommend exploring all possible alternatives to this CVS minute clinic if you're not feeling well and need care, in any sense of the word. read more

Worst experience ever at a pharmacy and minute clinic staff. I've been waiting in line for over 3 hours and no one is here for their appointment. When asked for an update the nurse asked me to wait more, even though no one was here for their appointment. The worker doesn't even look at me in the eyes and yelled at this other lady who was waiting before me and just stays in the room and purposefully doesn't ask for walk ups to come in. Typically we purchase items such cold medicine, cough syrup, foot care, baby care, incontinence products, sunscreen, lotions, first aide, and even perfumes at this CVS. Just returned home, 09/24/25 7:45pm. We got a coupon in our first purchase and decided to use it on a second purchase. The second purchase item scanned at the wrong price (50 cents difference). Received bad bad bad customer service from a young manager (Alan). And frankly it was up to me to clarify the price discrepancy. The building has two large square columns right at the entrance. This hinders the view of through traffic because drivers cannot see if people are exiting the store and it creates a very dangerous environment. The plaza has never improved this and they should really consider putting mirrors at the side of each column to help drivers see pedestrians and signs to warn the pedestrians not to just come running out. read more

I normally have my prescriptions sent to a Supermarket (that I frequent) near my home . A friend mentioned that I could benefit greatly from a Velcro ankle brace that diminishes the pain from Plantar Fasciitis . I looked over the products on a handful of aisles , but couldn't locate the item on my own. Standing on my left foot felt like I was stomping out a campfire barefooted. I waited in the line patiently at first and I finally saw an opening at the "Pickup" counter and asked the tech if she could point out the item or lead me to the aisle that it is displayed? She had no idea what I was describing or looking for and basically told me they didn't carry that kind of item. I mentioned that she could ask the "consultant" at that counter (w/o interruption of course.) The "Consultant" was really tied up with the customer that slipped in (as I spoke to the Pickup) counter person. I remained standing in the line again and a young guy came up to the counter and politely waved me over after he finished carrying out the trash bags. I told him exactly the same story and tried to explain the item in detail. He Leaned over the counter and pointed out an aisle across the store and guessed that it might be over there? I had already canvassed that aisle and knew that nothing (close to what I came in for) was located over there . All the while: as I waited in lines and gave a detailed description of what I was shopping for ... the Pharmacist walked up from his back desk/counter and directed me exactly to the item I had asked for and described. I hated that I had taken the man away from his significantly most important role in the Pharmacy, but there was 6 other's behind that counter at that time and it took the most skilled and highest paid to take initiative in locating the ONE ankle brace in So. Adrienne, the lady who helped me, was very unpleasant and unhelpful. She tried to tell me that they couldn't contact my old pharmacy and initiate the transfer, when I've literally had this done at least 5 times in the past at this same CVS. This has to be one of the WORST businesses I have ever delt with! They have about 18 different prompts on their phone to make sure they don't have to help you on the phone. The maze you have to go thru just to contact someone at the pharmacy is ridiculous and stupid. When you do contact someone, the have an attitude and lie to you. No one really seems to be in charge. They can't even handle a small issue like having your prescriptions on automatic refill. I would never recommend this business to anyone! The store itself is clean, and the front employees are nice, but they create lines as they stand around trying to make everyone use self check out. CVS is on it's way down, how far do you want to experience their fall? We all deserve better. Shame on them... P.S. Ok so extremely inefficient This AM when I had a scheduled appointment to retake my TB test for my new job in Arcadia, CA. I second all those who sent This particular CVS a lower star rating. I like the City of Arcadia But Not this CVS. While I don't really like writing 1-star reviews, this CVS was way too disorganized here. 'If they knew a certain type of Insurance wasn't allowed here, and I can't pay out-of-pocket,' Why did they ask me to check-in first? They could have reversed order, asked for the type of Insurance I carry then I wouldn't have wasted time checking into my appointment even though fortunately, I found out my current TB is still in effect. I was saved by the bell. Anyways, it was just a chaotic morning trying to get a shot done then being turned away only to find out this Minute Clinic was extremely disorganized. This wasn't nice of them at all~at least made me waste time checking in for no reason. Seriously? The wait time was barely fine because I had some paperwork to finish still, very unprofessional here. After I placed the order at this CVS, more than 3 items were unavailable via Uber Eats, which makes this CVS dishonest about their availability on their items, therefore unreliable. Also, Uber Eats should have a better system for items that are out of stock and care about their customers if they are doing business with dishonest companies like this CVS. This resulted in my cancelation of the order. CVS should not display their items they do not have and Uber Eats should not have wrongfully charged me for the "drivers fee" when I had such a bad and inconvenient experience of not only having to cancel my order of items I wanted but it should not even be my responsibility to pay the driver since it was not my fault CVS did not have more than 3 of my items. The following items were shaving cream and razors, harvest snap peas (original), Hersheys milk chocolate nuggets, (NOT the truffle fudge hersheys milk chocolates), and there was at least 3 more items that needed to be switched or were inaccurate to the order. It was wrong to be charged when there were at least 3 or more items that needed to be changed in my order it makes it completely unethical and unfair on a customer to completely change their order inconveniently and force them to pay when there were so many items to choose from with such an inaccurate, misleading inventory delinquency on CVS's part for not having the items they have listed availability on the Uber Eats App. I should not be wrongfully charged for false listings that I have not even received and wasted my time and energy and money on this frustrating transaction. There was a false pretense of availability for specific items I wanted to buy that wasn't even available and it was "too late" to cancel because the driver already went to the store. So honestly that was CVS's fault for inaccurately keeping a false inventory of items that are "not available". This was a very frustrating experience and I don't recommend this CVS to anyone especially not through Uber Eats not giving any care about the businesses that don't have available items if you "don't report it with in a certain amount if time". There should be a better buffer of time around the holidays since this happened right before a holiday weekend and this transaction was a great display of Uber Eats and CVS's apathetic customer service. read more

I came here for a flu shot thinking that this would be convenient. The line for this is confusing, as all shots need to stand in line at the drop off line. Once you're checked and they tell you to stand on the side, but this causes a congregation of people just standing around blocking the pick up line, and it's hard to distant yourself from other customers. At least the person giving me the shot was accommodating and the shot did not hurt. I would avoid the pharmacy at all costs during rush hour, as a deceivingly short line could end up taking forever. They have a lot of employees behind the counter, but for some reason sometimes it takes forever to fill a medication that is ready (notified by text). I had my medication pulled from the shelf and they did not communicate to each other that someone already pulled it from the shelf, and it ended up floating around the counter. I ended up having to point them to my medication. They obviously don't work as a team here and need to improve their communication and logistics. read more

A simple request of returning an items then re-purchase them to apply discount since they made an error initially on the original purchase, but he literally refused to help and said, "there is nothing that I can do!" This is purely a review for my COVID-19 shot experience. I got both doses 1 and 2 of Moderna at this CVS location, and it was fast and efficient. You'll find the front desk for check in right as you walk into the door, so you can't miss it. Both times I've been here I've had little to no wait to get my shot, although I've always arrived 15 mins earlier than my actual appointment time. The shot itself was pretty painless, although each person's reaction varies. If you didn't already know, you get a coupon at CVS for getting your shot too! It's like $5 off $25. The lady at the front desk where they check you in, along with the other staff members guiding you during the wait and the shot itself were all very nice. I highly recommend going to any CVS location for your shots, as their system is pretty well buttoned up and highly efficient. read more

I love this CVS and Arcadia. The pharmacy stays open till 10 PM. Don't be surprised if there's a bit of a line (because they don't have a drive-through), but know they are well-staffed and wait time is pretty minimal. Add in really nice pharmacists and techs and that's a win! read more

I love this CVS as it's bigger than most traditional CVS's. The Pharmacy and it's staff are super efficient and are open later than most other pharmacies in the area. They even have a private consultation area with a door in which I've rarely seen at pharmacies. The clinicians at the MinuteClinic are wonderful and kind; a huge shoutout to Jonathan Sun, LVN, Art Vasilyan, FNP-C, & Alessa Alarcon, FNP-C for having a great bedside manner. I definitely will count on MinuteClinic when my PCP isn't available. The store itself has way more products including durable medical equipment, CPAP, expanded skincare and cosmetics, etc. (Please note the store itself is open 24/7 but the pharmacy and MinuteClinic are not open 24/7; I believe the pharmacy and MinuteClinic are open until 10pm). read more

Was scheduled, went on scheduled time, check in machine kept saying I couldn't be found. Asked one of the ladies who kept asking me to retry even though it obviously didn't work. So I tried again, same error. I went back to her, and she asked me if I spelled my own name correctly more than once...like lady I'm pretty I know my own name. So she proceeds to try herself to check me in, obviously error again. Besides that, the rest of the appointment went great. It was the check in portion that was moronic as hell. read more

I went to CVS to buy a 50 dollar apple gift card as a reward for passing all my classes. I tried redeeming it right after I bought it to get "invalid Gift Card". I return inside the store asking about it and all they said was call the CVS number. They didn't do anything and basically scammed me of 50 dollars. Also the card was damaged when I opened it which made it very suspicious but in the end I wasn't able to get it refunded because of there no refund policy. read more
