She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

There was no line, so the store associate took his photo and uploaded it to their system. After, we inquired about the free digital copy (which was advertised on the Walgreens website as well as on the signage in store), the associate said they had never heard about it. He eventually reached out to a coworker who confirmed that the free digital copy was in fact a valid offer. Once my friend paid for his photos, he checked his email as the photos are supposed to be emailed upon purchase. Unfortunately they were never delivered, so we asked the store associate if there is anything he could do. He did little to look for alternatives and simply stated that it was not possible to get into the system to resend. The printed photos weren't the best quality (the background appeared a bit gray) so even when uploaded to the passport site, the photo was disapproved. If you are looking to get new passport photos, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

However, the store in Azusa closed so I had no choice but to go back to this store. Amanda, the supervisor, I believe has always been helpful and pleasant but the rest, especially the cashier in the front, a young female lacks good customer service skills. She was unfriendly and I did not feel valued as a customer. I miss the store in Azusa, the staff was nice, friendly, and helpful.

This location is often very disorganized and I find it hard to quickly run in to find the items I…read moreneed. I've visited this location on different days and different times, but they always seem to have carts blocking the aisles and bins of merchandise on the ground, but I can never find anybody to help me. This is a particularly acute problem now that everything one might actually purchase is locked away to prevent theft. The only time I can ever find somebody is when the staff want to close early and try to prevent you from entering for an urgent item. (Thankfully, they only stopped letting people in after they noticed me enter roughly 20 minutes before closing...) It's usually faster to drive further to another store. Don't waste your time or money here if you have other options.

I would get messages saying my prescription was ready, I'd go wait 40 min only to be told it wasn't ready. I had similar experiences at the others. But when I came to Pax Pharmacy; unbelievable!!! The customer service was incredible, I felt like I was a royal. They were on top oF everything. They are quick, organized friendly and caring. They get all pertinent info from your Dr, they call your insurance AND they try and find you coupons for your other meds from the drug companies themselves! I didn't have to worry and wonder if I was paying too much if they had the correct info or worry about it being ready on time BEST PART EVER THEY DELIVER FOR FREE !!!! My husband once came 10 min before closing and they stayed open and helped him so fast, No other pharmacy has ever done that. I was so appreciative bcz it was an emergency from something bad that happened. I am so in Love with this Pharmacy I'm making it my mad mission to tell everyone and anyone to come to this pharmacy. As for the second item, it is reasonable. I also had the opportunity to purchase some 12 hour cough syrup (the brand is Delsym) . From what I could see on the package or bottle, it basically has three times the dosage of a typical cough suppressant that only lasts 4 hours. I will give you an update on the prices of the items mentioned above the next time I am in the pharmacy section.
