This location is often very disorganized and I find it hard to quickly run in to find the items I need. I've visited this location on different days and different times, but they always seem to have carts blocking the aisles and bins of merchandise on the ground, but I can never find anybody to help me. This is a particularly acute problem now that everything one might actually purchase is locked away to prevent theft. The only time I can ever find somebody is when the staff want to close early and try to prevent you from entering for an urgent item. (Thankfully, they only stopped letting people in after they noticed me enter roughly 20 minutes before closing...) It's usually faster to drive further to another store. Don't waste your time or money here if you have other options. read more

Stopped by this CVS Pharmacy to pick up some vitamins I needed, and I was impressed with the deals! They had a promotion--buy one, get one 50% off--and I was also able to use my $4 digital coupon. I ended up getting a great deal on Fish Oil (Wild Alaskan, 360 capsules, half size). The store was clean and organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The employees were nice and smiling, which made the experience even better. I used the self-checkout, which was quick and convenient. I have been going to this store since 2004. For a few years though I chose not to and I started going to the store in Azusa instead because one of the workers was very rude to me. However, the store in Azusa closed so I had no choice but to go back to this store. Amanda, the supervisor, I believe has always been helpful and pleasant but the rest, especially the cashier in the front, a young female lacks good customer service skills. My concern lies specifically with the level of customer service I received. Could you please specify which line you are referring to? As I mentioned in my previous email, I was able to speak to a gentleman. My complaint is that instead of your associate walking me to the item I was looking for, which was less than 60 seconds away, they simply pointed. Furthermore, your employee did not inform me about a separate line for customers waiting in the photo department. As you rightly pointed out, I cannot read minds. If you did indeed review the CCTV footage, you would have seen your "trained associate" pointing instead of escorting me to the correct area, despite appearing to be free at the time. Oh I go here for the pharmacy staff. They're all so helpful especially Melody and Jason's superior customer service. I was picking up prescriptions and asked if they sold electrical tape. Melody asked Jason and he took off (going the extra mile) and got back in a minute (got me what I wanted 3M electrical tape) and that's what I call service!! And Melody rang me up using the coupons that print out and she used them to lower my bill that would have probably total $20.00 to only $2.00!! That's thee BEST customer service I've had at a pharmacy. They should be national trainers to educate what it means about providing customer service at their best. And they were about to close. Like what pharmacy would do that?? These two are the prime examples of servicing their customers!! Props to you both!! read more

Went to drive thru for prescription and first attempt no one was willing to assist I was told be with you as they continued to call customers in the front counter. Then came back later in day and was assisted but rushed by the actual pharmacist as she was closing 12 mins early than posted time. I would be upset if I was a customer thinking a quick pick up 10 mins before closing would work to see them already closed and beforehand of closing time. The pharmacist that works here is the absolute worst. I wanna say her name is Janice but I could be wrong. I asked her to transfer my RX to a location where I could conveniently pick it up close to my work, she went on and on about how she couldn't do it bc of staffing issues and I would need to wait around 2 hours to get my antibiotics. All she had to do was send it over via fax- 30 seconds of her time, but no. She spent more time on the phone with me arguing!!! And there are ways to speak to people, she was so condescending as if I was asking her to do something out of her pay grade. Anyways. Transferred my prescriptions elsewhere. One time I came asking if they had a medication in stock and they had no idea what I was talking about....how are you working for a whole pharmacy with no education about medicine? Another instance was when I came in to pick up my prescription and didn't know they closed early. Was greeted by a blonde pharmacist and her ridiculous attitude. They should hire a new group of pharmacists if they don't want to keep losing business like this. From the looks of all the reviews, I'm not the only one with this experience. This CVS store always have friendly staff. You will always hear someone greet you the moment you walk into the door. They never look annoyed when you ask them for help. The store is always fully stocked and I never have issues with not finding the items I need. Pharmacy also have nice staff as well. I had an issue with getting medication and this nice gentleman in the front went above and beyond to help me retrieve them as soon as possible. Parking is big so you can always find a parking spot near the front. read more

Absolutely horrible pharmacy service! They didn't fill my prescription because the doctor wrote with a different colored pen, which is fine if it's a protocol they have to follow. But they didn't even bother to call me and let me know so by the time I went to pick it up they're like "oh sorry we close soon and it's too late to verify with the doctor". They didn't apologize for not even calling and weren't sympathetic about not giving me my medication, now I have to spend the night in pain after surgery all because they were too busy to call early enough! Often times when I come to CVS, there are always long lines and sometimes rude sales associates. I honestly prefer to shop at Walgreens because the prices are similar and the sales associates/ cashiers are usually much nicer. But this particular CVS location has friendly cashiers and is conveniently located by the freeway. But there are long lines at times (depending on the time you come). This CVS is overall pretty clean and usually items are adequately stocked. read more

I live very close to this CVS and walk here all the time. Someone always makes sure to greet you when you come in. It's typically well stocked. I've never had any negative experiences. The boxes of popsicles and ice cream in the freezer section is usually freezer burned though, they should try to address that. But overall happy with it as my local CVS! read more

I've been going here for years. Love the staff they are very welcoming and kind, the convenience of the drive through window to pick up my medications, the organization/cleanliness inside the store, their decent prices, and location is super convenient. Love that they also have an app that's super helpful! The staff here really does put an effort in remembering the costumers who come in frequently you won't find that at a lot of places, but I really appreciate that they remember me when I go there. Staff are very nice. That is the only reason you got a star. I have a problem with the management. Whoever is in charge is seriously understaffing them to where patients suffer. I came there in pain from MD office and they told me they couldn't find my rx. I called MD and they checked and it turns out CVS had them. I came back and now they want me to wait 2 hours to pick up my rx. I have appointments to keep today and cannot make it a 3rd time. So now I suffer in pain and I'll be working until the weekend when I can pick it up. I go to this location a lot and have noticed rx staff are always in a rush because of so many patients. The problem is understaffing. Cheap bastards. Employees suffer, patients suffer so CVS can make an extra buck. Goodbye read more

I am another reviewer who switched to CVS because my insurance no longer takes Walgreens. I had no idea how good I had it at Walgreen's. Part of the issue seems to be with CVS' process, at Walgreen's it never took so long to simply drop off or pick up a prescription. At CVS I've waited in line for 10 minutes, then waited while they made sure they had it and then waited another 3 minutes while they type stuff and otherwise process my drop off before I can leave. I appreciate them checking to make sure the medication is in stock, which it always was but there is no reason it should actually take that long to drop off or pick up a prescription. It doesn't take that long at Walgreen's and it doesn't take that long at Target even though they appear to have fewer actual pharmacists and techs. The drive-thru is ridiculous. Twice I've waited in the drive-thru line and the line only got shorter because the person in front of me got tired of waiting and motioned for me to backup so they could leave. I finally switched to the Target pharmacy and even though there is no drive-thru window I save time. Dropping off new prescriptions at Target takes me less than 2 minutes, and I rarely wait in a line. I also save money because a lot of items like, over the counter medicine, hair dye and cosmetics are often lower priced at Target. Target also has an easier to use pharmacy website and I'm not inundated with several calls and texts about my prescriptions. read more

I haven't come across this before and not sure how I feel about it. Cashier refused to check me out because I didn't buy alcohol. I have to use self checkout if I don't have alcohol. But then she offers to help me at self checkout. I hate those self checkout kiosks. There always seems to be a problem and someone has to come over to help you anyway. I mean I guess she would have been there but the whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way. I said okay and left my stuff there and didn't buy anything. Sent my pictures to be printed to this cvs since I work close by BIG mistake !!! I received a email saying they were ready for pick up that same day!! I go to pick them up they could not find the pictures so I was asked to come back tomorrow !! I go back a day later and they tried to give someone else pictures then when I told the cashier they were not mine she got nasty with me .... then she called someone to help her look for them!! The person who came to help said o they were never printed I don't know why !! I said I need the pictures she said well they never printed and that has nothing to do with us cuz u did it online !! This place should have a higher rating. I feel bad for the staff at times; alot of people who don't know how to act right come up in here. The staff handles it rather classy and tastefully. About 30 min ago I witnessed one of their staff try to reason with some women stealing some items, waaay before they got to the door. The staff told them because they didn't want to call the cops on them and that what they're stealing isn't worth it. Also they had footage of it. Of course the people denied it, gave the staff shit and made a scene. Then staff pointed out they could see the item right there in their purse if they take it out then everything will be good. And the people gave them more hassle and one started going over the top with shaking etc. Staff calmed them down and told them that it's their but they wanted them to know that they know what they're up to and if they go out those doors they will have to call the cops. They were stealing, I saw it a couple of minutes in. Yeah they weren't exactly oceans 11 or gambit with it. read more

Beware! This CVS pulls clearance tags. On several occasions I have shopped clearance items only to reach the register for the item to ring up regular price. When I inform the cashier that the item is on clearance they go "check", pull the tag and say that it was not that item. Very deceptive. This has happen to me and other people I know that shop at this CVS. Unacceptable. If you choose to shop here take pictures of the clearance/sale tags. read more

My gf and I came in tonight and we're helped by Paul . He was super kind and patient with us but he kept getting yelled at by a woman wearing a grey sweater. I didn't get her name but she had her long hair down and wore a long grey sweater and was being extremely rude to him in front of all the customers .
