    I have been to quite a feel pharmacies, Walgreens, Rite Aid and CVS. Since Walgreens closed a few of their locations it became hectic. I would get messages saying my prescription was ready, I'd go wait 40 min only to be told it wasn't ready. I had similar experiences at the others. But when I came to Pax Pharmacy; unbelievable!!! The customer service was incredible, I felt like I was a royal. They were on top oF everything. They are quick, organized friendly and caring. They get all pertinent info from your Dr, they call your insurance AND they try and find you coupons for your other meds from the drug companies themselves! I didn't have to worry and wonder if I was paying too much if they had the correct info or worry about it being ready on time BEST PART EVER THEY DELIVER FOR FREE !!!! My husband once came 10 min before closing and they stayed open and helped him so fast, No other pharmacy has ever done that. I was so appreciative bcz it was an emergency from something bad that happened. I am so in Love with this Pharmacy I'm making it my mad mission to tell everyone and anyone to come to this pharmacy. Once you see the exceptional service you receive here you too will refer people here.

She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

There was no line, so the store associate took his photo and uploaded it to their system. After, we inquired about the free digital copy (which was advertised on the Walgreens website as well as on the signage in store), the associate said they had never heard about it. He eventually reached out to a coworker who confirmed that the free digital copy was in fact a valid offer. Once my friend paid for his photos, he checked his email as the photos are supposed to be emailed upon purchase. Unfortunately they were never delivered, so we asked the store associate if there is anything he could do. He did little to look for alternatives and simply stated that it was not possible to get into the system to resend. The printed photos weren't the best quality (the background appeared a bit gray) so even when uploaded to the passport site, the photo was disapproved. If you are looking to get new passport photos, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

My MD sent over multiple prescriptions Wednesday AM, I picked up everything Thursday. I got home and realized I was missing the most important one which was a steroid inhaler. I followed up Friday w/ my MD & he confirmed it was sent over the same day along with the other medications I picked up. I then followed up with Vons Pharmacy & since I have had ongoing neglectful issues I asked for the supervisor Vera but she was not in. Turns out they never ordered my very needed inhaler due to some code needed by my MD - mind you no one notified ME or my MD. I was then told they would contact my MD but now it will delay the entire weekend and leave me in critical need for my inhaler with no pending date of it being available. She's so ugly. And extremely jealous. I was ignored by three employees who were chatting behind the counter. When I requested assistance finding an item, pointed vaguely toward the back of the store without making eye contact. At checkout, the same employee was rude, did not offer a receipt, and was complaining about other customers.
