I started using this lab over a decade ago when I lived in Pasadena. I have now moved a city over and still keep my prescriptions there, even though it would be easier to move my pharmacy closer to home. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. At this point I feel like part of the family. They are on top of getting your refills and making the calls that need to be made on your behalf. Another perk is their delivery service. Everyone at this pharmacy treats me like family (especially Ani, thanks friend!). All the staff are warm and friendly and greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They're very receptive to questions and take the time to personalize the information to you. The building is cute and clean and I almost never have to wait. Seriously the best pharmacy ever!!! I've been a pasadena resident all my life and I've been to many other privately owned pharmacy's and I must say, THIS IS THE ONE!!! You will never get the kind of service that this pharmacy provides elsewhere!! They staff treats you like family and they're quick and efficient, I've never waited more than maybe 10 min to fill a prescription?!?? Cvs says 1-2 hours??? Uuuhhh, bye Felicia . And frankly, they all seam so robotic! These guys make you feel like your a human being and not just a number. I've had several health issues in the past and the pharmacists always took their time to explain things throughly! I love this service-oriented and family-owned local business. They are so much better than any big corporate pharmacy. Prescriptions are filled so quickly. When my wife had a painful accident and we stopped to fill her prescriptions at Pasadena City Pharmacy on the way home, they had the medication ready in under 5 minutes. In contrast, when I needed prescriptions post-surgery at CVS, it was over 2 hours. The staff staff knows all of their customers--you aren't just a refill number here. If you need an early vacation refill or any other help with insurance or medical offices, they take care of it right away and communicate so well. And,unlike CVS, they don't harass me with endless refill reminders/marketing calls. They have convenient free parking right in front of and behind the pharmacy, so it's super easy to swing by, or they also deliver for free (as long as someone is home to sign for the prescriptions).
