Sunny Bay is a small pharmacy located in the Optum medical building near Olive Garden on Huntington Drive. I've been coming here for years now for my medications. Everyone here is always kind and attentive, even on their busiest days. It's super easy and convenient to request for refills on their website online. It's never hard to find parking! Pharmacist Bob, tech Michelle and other staff are all the excellent. All staff is held to high standards which are always met. I come from afar but I always enjoy coming in to say hello. I once attempted to switch to a pharmacy closer to my house, which happen to be the worse experience. This is the best Pharmacy I have ever dealt with!! I called 2 days ago, looking for a specific generic of one of my medications and they miraculously had it. Bob was kind, caring and absolutely professional during our first phone conversation. He contacted my current Pharmacy and then called me once it was transferred and ready. I had been getting my prescriptions filled at CVS for a number of years. A year or two ago I switched over to the Sunny Bay Pharmacy in Arcadia, located on the first floor of the Healthcare Partners building on Huntington Drive. I only wish I had switched earlier. The service I get there can't compare to CVS. All the employees are attentive and polite and give expedited service. Additionally, Bob the pharmacist goes out of his way to help with any questions or concerns that I may have on a prescription. They provide good old fashioned customer service....the kind of service that you will never get from a big chain pharmacy. My Mother is disabled and is unable to walk or drive at this time. Staff at this pharmacy is the best. If they don't have something they will order it for you and have it the next morning.
