Having said that, this particular 7-11 is cleaner and better organized than most. The staff has a very low turnover rate. Many of the employees have been in the store for years. The stock is kept organized and appears to be tended on a regular basis. The coffee is always fresh, no matter the time of day. No, it isn't Starbuck's or Peets but it is decent coffee.

She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

Very unfriendly neighborhood pharmacy.. Area has lots of parking space and local residence are not even allowed to park after business hours. And the city of Duarte and its officials are enjoying the misery the their constituents and at the same time making money by writing up citations. So i suggest we drive to a more friendly pharmacy like Walmart who allows even RV to park over night. Our community is very decent and clean, no graffities, vandals, or NO unpleasant eye sore situation you see in some places. That is why its hard to understand why the CVS corporate office and the City of Duarte allows this to happen. No crimes are happening in this area why not allow residence to park after business hours.Near the CVS complex to my knowledge the city of Duarte is instrumental in the building of several units of houses, that to me is positive move but the problem is the city did not provide enough parking space. They should know better that kids will grow and more cars will be purchased by the new home owners. Again let's favor a more friendly corporate policy by going to Walmart, plus compare prices you will save more money at the end of the day read more

This CVS Pharmacy is conveniently located right across from the entrance to the 605 and 210 freeways. There's plenty of parking, and it's usually not crowded from my past experiences. I came here to get vaccinated, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. Booking online was simple--I just logged into my CVS account, selected the vaccinations I needed, picked a time and location, and that was it! The best part was that my vaccinations were free, and they mention that they cover most insurances. When I arrived, I checked in at the counter and was told to wait for 5-10 minutes. During that time, I browsed through the skincare and beauty section nearby. Once I was called, the vaccination process was quick and efficient. The pharmacist asked which arm I preferred, explained potential symptoms, and answered all of my questions. After the shots, they asked me to stay seated for 10-15 minutes to monitor for any reactions. As a bonus, I received my vaccination records and a $5 off $20 coupon! Overall, it was a seamless and positive experience, and I highly recommend this CVS Pharmacy for vaccinations. read more

CVS is always reliable and convenient. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually has everything I need -- from prescriptions to snacks and household essentials. The pharmacy team is efficient and helpful, and they make refills and vaccinations quick and easy. I also appreciate their extended hours, which make late-night runs stress-free. Prices are fair, and the rewards program adds a nice bonus. Overall, CVS makes everyday errands simple and smooth. read more
