Today I came to 7- 11 to do a DoorDash pick up order and I was told that my order canceled. However, my app showed it was picked up. The cashier told me that I would have to bring this issue up to DoorDash. However, upon investigation for DoorDash actually shows that 711 claimed my order was completed. So I could not get compensated by DoorDash, I never received my orders and 7-11 basically took my money. Would not recommend coming here for your DoorDash pick up orders. read more

Nice little scam. They put an ATM in the store, then refuse to break a $20 unless you buy something. I only needed change for another purchase, so I ended up paying nearly $3 for a tiny bag of M&M's just to get it. The cashier was rude, too. Won't be back. read more

Ordered a pickup and once I got there the employee said someone came and took the order for a delivery. How would someone have been able to take out order if it was placed for a pickup and not for a delivery is my biggest question. I checked out with the mobile app which this store opted into, or the app doesn't let you check out. When I arrived at the cashier to show her my confirmation, she said I needed to pay and they don't do mobile app. I showed her my receipt, charge on my account and she repeated that I needed to pay or I couldn't leave. I had already paid for the items in my hands so after going back and forth a few times I left while she told me I was stealing. The customer behind me stood in awe, I was so embarrassed and did nothing wrong. Needless to say I won't be going here again. Not even with regular payment because this was not the first non friendly interaction I have had here. I work across the street is the saddest part, this was my 3rd visit today. Refused to honor free slurpee on 7-11 day! I've never had that happen to me before. I asked him for 2 cups, the guy gave me 1, I asked again and he gave me another cup but still only 1 straw, which wouldn't normally bother me- everyone makes mistakes no big deal, BUT then I ordered 2 hotdogs, repeated myself 3 times and he still only gave me one. Got my free slurpee today for 7/11! They had coca cola, fanta blueberry, fanta cherry, sour patch watermelon, piña colada, and a sugar-free lime. I really wanted to try their sour patch watermelon but it was broken! It was a bummer because they have it advertised outside that it is their new flavor! Then I also wanted their fanta blueberry but it was very watery so I tossed it. Who wants a watery slurpee? I opted for the fanta cherry and piña colada. It's delicious every once in a while on a hot summer day. They also have $1 hot dogs today! The hot dog was good as usual. I love that the bread is slightly on the sweet side. First of all, this review applies only to the 7-11 at the corner of Huntington and Las Lomas in Duarte, Ca. It is 7-11. It is a convenience store. Yes, you will pay more for most items here than in other "regular" stores, but that is the price for having a place open 24/7 or just minutes from home where you can get in and out quickly. Having said that, this particular 7-11 is cleaner and better organized than most. The staff has a very low turnover rate. Many of the employees have been in the store for years. The stock is kept organized and appears to be tended on a regular basis. The coffee is always fresh, no matter the time of day. No, it isn't Starbuck's or Peets but it is decent coffee. read more

He walked to the machine to print out the lottery receipt and threw the coin on the counter, all pissed. He then went back to the cash register and tell me I earned a dollar. Out of the three 7 Elevens in the city of Duarte this is my favorite. I come in almost every other day sometimes twice a day. Just like any 7 Eleven it has it rush hours. My family stopped off here with the intention of getting snacks and using the restroom before continuing our road trip. Huge mistake. I got the key to the restroom only to find that it was incredibly dirty with backspashed poop everywhere and the flora covered in dirty footprints because it has apparently never been cleaned. Aditionally, there was no toilet paper or paper towels. Everything was so disgusting that we could not bring ourselves to trust food from here and just left. Absolutely awful.
