Instead of using the drive thru I like to walk in and place my order in person this way if something is wrong or missing I can correct it right there and then. The cashier and barista took care of our three drink orders and everything came out perfect.

We were heading back to the Bay Area and stopped at this super convenient location being next door to the Costco gas station. Sophia was extremely friendly and rung up our 7 drink order with no issues. The whole team killed it with our order. Super fast and EVERY drink was perfect!!! We even had a cute note on each cup. I'm a shift manager at a store in the Bay and I would be super proud of my partners!! A++ The store was also very clean and well stocked.

My Venti hot coffee was in a single cup (I found an old cup doubled it) It was so full and hot when it handed over to me and when I tried to take it from my cupholder, it spilled allover between my thighs so hot I almost hit the curb. the cup was not covered properly:( and it's not strong enough to hold a hot drink, terrible terrible training. I could go back to complain them. But I had to keep going to my work. Today's Coffee tastes strong not fresh.

Audrey had some of the best customer service at a Starbucks I have ever seen. She was inviting, helped me pick a drink that I loved, and simply made my day. She should be cherished at all costs!

Starbucks, I Hate You! From the moment I wake up in the morning and start having what I call "The Craving"! Why are you the first thought I must have? First, I try to think rational and maybe it will be alright if I grab a cheaper coffee some where else, or I try another coffee shop in hopes to find something new and better, But they never suffice and I am left hanging somewhere in between running from an angry swarm of Bees OR being stood up by the cleaning lady on New Year's Eve because I procrastinated to 11:30pm to look for a date! Your Too Expensive! $8.00+ for a large coffee I drink in 5 minutes or less because I cannot put it down or control myself at all anymore - it's insane ! What do you guys put inside those "Eco friendly 10% post consumer recycled fiber cups anyway?!" I know I'm not alone in all this because too many other people use the terms "Bomb" OR "Bad Ass" to describe their Starbucks experiences. Fitting responses IMO since I always feel like a squirrel that just finished storing all his nuts for the winter after absorbing another one of their star super charged coffee's. * But to make this review fair I will confess must the details of my coffee habit briefly. As with any addiction, It started out slow and I indulged only a couple times a week. A grande or two and that was it, I was in control. (But, how fast the times can change.) Now I'm a veteran adding at least 2 up to 5 extra shots of expresso in my usual VENTI sized, super strong, eye popping, morning ritual! Im afraid my relationship has got out of hand and deserves peer reviews ASAP. That said, whatever Starbucks have been doing, they're doing it exquisitely percise everywhere. Although they can be expensive, out of the way to drive too, and mind boggling satisfying at times... Starbucks is still my go to spot for years for damn good coffee with an early morning attitude! *** Here's to you Starbucks! Anyone else feel the same as I do?! I'm really curious and would love to know your thoughts. What is your go to coffee or tea at Starbucks? * Answer me with reply compliment * and I will update this post with my main go to early morning coffee addiction if anyone is interested. - Happy supercharged morning to you today, I hope you have an awesome productive day!

I stop here almost 2-3 times out of the week, but today this one is by far the worst thing that has ever happened to me.. not sure how but this is a nightmare. Something needs to happen especially at a very busy location

A very convenient and friendly location. There was a pretty long line for drive-thru but if you don't mind getting out of the car like I did, you'll find that ordering and picking up in person is also just as efficient and quick. Shout out to the very friendly staff too. I picked up a nice hot sandwich and nitro cold brew, made just right. Was in and out of there in around 10mins or so, which didn't seem bad for ordering in person!

So sweet!! I'm so happy to see them every morning for my coffee routine

They have fun with their menu here; you can find a seasonal menu every now and then, and have menu items like their Pandan Vietnamese Coffee, which is delicious by the way, to a creamy Dubai chocolate latte, to a sweet citrus peach green tea and smores chai. I told you they are fun, right? They also have the standard fully customizable menu with Americanos, cappuccinos, mochas, cold brews, etc. My fiancé chose Pressed + Flower to be our Sunday morning treat, knowing I am a sucker for anything cold and sweet while the sunshine is out. We got a Cold Brew w/ Cold Foam + Pandan Vietnamese Coffee to sit inside. Originally we were just planning for a quick to-go order but decided to stay to enjoy their ambiance. The interior is decked out to be just like their menu - fun and whimsy. Upon entering, I was immediately distracted by all the shoppable decor items like their huge mugs, candles, glassware, stickers, and crocheted animals. See, aren't they fun? I would've stayed in this shoppable section for longer and bought something if I weren't so coffee-deprived, but didn't end up purchasing a crocheted animal, although I really wanted to. I will save this thought for my next visit to make sure I can take one home. They have a variety of comfy chairs, and tables for guests to chill on and take a relaxing break while enjoying their coffee or tea. There are games in the front of the store if you want to entertain yourself with friends and hang out. The staff we interacted with were both friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be back to enjoy more of their fun seasonal drinks and next time, I'll stay awhile longer to enjoy more of the ambiance they curated here. :)

Don't miss the items for sale from local vendors. Fun to browse!

It was so good I completely forgot to take a picture before eating the whole thing I also ordered a ham sandwich on a jalapeño bagel with everything on it, and it was amazing. I genuinely want to like this café because it's a local small business, and I prefer supporting local businesses whenever I can. Unfortunately, today's experience was disappointing. :/ I ordered a double matcha latte with vanilla, and it cost $10 for what looked like a 13-16 oz cup filled to the brim with ice. It felt like there was very little actual drink, especially for the price. I expected much better value. Another thing I don't understand is why they call out the drink name instead of the customer's name when orders are ready. On a previous visit, someone else grabbed my drink because we had ordered the same thing. Calling customers by name would make much more sense and would help avoid this issue. What really frustrated me today was that they don't put lids on iced drinks before handing them to customers. The lids are difficult to snap on, and when I tried putting mine on myself, I spilled about a quarter of my drink. Two employees saw it happen and didn't offer to help, apologize, or replace the spilled drink. That lack of customer service was disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this place because I like supporting local businesses, but between the expensive drinks, the excessive amount of ice, the confusing pickup system, and the lack of customer service today, I'm not sure I'll be back. I hope they make a few small changes because I think the overall customer experience could be much better.
