I wanted to say thank you to the staff at Toyota of Glendora for amazing work on my car. They helped revived my car battery to 100%. Thank you All! What better way to say thanks than to gift a box of Krispy Kreme donuts. My first time here. Shop was clean and cozy. Tables had their hats for grabs. Restrooms are available at the back of the shop. They weren't super busy. A variety of donuts were showcased behind the glass. My favorite is their Original Glazed. Wow, I was shocked to see how much a dozen donuts cost now. It has gone up to $21.99 per dozen. I guess we gotta ride with inflation. I did see a flyer on the window indicating "Add a 2nd dozen for just $9.99". That averages out to $16 per dozen... that's more reasonable, but you gotta get 2 dozens. Anyway, I saw a more economical option... 24 Dots for $6.49. That's more like it. Pack it up! Dots are perfectly bite sized. It tasted almost the same as the Original Glazed donut... I say almost because I find the Dots to be more densed in texture, but still good and the price was right. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Service was quick. Love to return to try their different flavors. I'm eyeing the Cookie & Kreme! read more

Not the best donuts you'll ever try... still very average quality, but they do satisfy that donut sweet tooth craving. Their donuts, even their Original Glazed Doughnut, have a gummy aftertaste, but probably taste better heated up for 15 or 20 seconds in the microwave which I will try next time when I order any donuts from Krispy Kreme again. read more

Krispy Kreme - 3 Count Build Your Own Doughnuts. - Donuts Near Me - San Dimas, California

First time at Krispy Kreme anywhere. My husband had received a five dollar gift card here, and I had a board meeting to attend with eight participants, so I thought, why not? Large parking lot from easy to navigate. The inside was much more spacious than I imagined. It must be fun to watch them make the donuts first thing in the morning. I liked the idea of having some variety, so I chose to buy 16 mini glazed donuts for the same price as a dozen regular sized ones. They were out of plain glazed mini donuts, so I asked Ashley who helped me to give me an assortment of the pink sprinkled, chocolate sprinkled, and plain chocolate, glazed donuts. Believe me, they were a hit at the meeting! Everyone was asking me where a Krispy Kreme was because they thought the closest one was in Ontario. Thanks to Ashley for your patience in explaining to me how the assortment options work! Apparently, new seasonal ones are 50 cents more per donut. It's a bit out of my way, but I do believe the donuts were melt-in-your-mouth fluffy sugary delights that were worth indulging in once in awhile! read more

As an avid donut enthusiast I feel that Krispy Kreme absolutely nailed it in their current seasonal specialty donuts. Of course their OG glazed donuts are always perfect and melt in your mouth I sometimes need to mix it up just a hair. I ordered online for the limited time Harry Potter donuts. The staff were helpful and got me my order right away. A lot of locations didn't have them so I was thankful this one did. The only thing missing was the box for the 12 being themed. The designs were done well. The sorting hat, hufflepuff and gryffindor were filled and the rest were not. A great collab read more

Helpful staff. Came through the drive through. Tried to redeem my birthday reward which was three glaze donuts aside from the donuts we were purchasing. For some reason it was having problems loading. The cashier Jennifer was an excellent employee. She said she was also having problems doing it from her end too but that we could have the the three pack anyways. That was sweet. It made our day. Thank you Jennifer. We appreciate your service. Spacey, upbeat, clean environment, DELICIOUS DOUGHNUTS and great customer service. I go at least once a month!!

Visited store today 4.13.26 at 4 pm. Woman cashier wasn't very friendly, even though there was no one else in store. While eating my donut and hot chocolate, I decided to download the Krispy Kream app. Once done, it showed that I can get a free donut. I went back up to cashier and she said I couldn't use it until my next purchase. I spent almost $30 on six donuts and two drinks. As we left, my husband said thank you and she just ignored him. This Krispy Kreme location needs improvement when it comes to employee time management and handling mobile orders. I placed a mobile order around 7:15 a.m. and arrived at 7:35 a.m., only to find that my order still wasn't ready. I waited over 10 minutes trying to get an employee's attention, but I was completely ignored while other customers in line--who had not placed mobile orders--were served and received their orders first. Another customer who had also placed a mobile order around the same time expressed the same frustration, questioning the purpose of ordering ahead when walk-in customers are prioritized instead. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to this particular Krispy Kreme location. Better time management and organization are clearly needed. read more

Krispy Kreme ought to be named the King of donuts! They are cooked to perfection every time! They have mastered the process that keeps them coming. You won't have to wait long for a hot and fresh batch to be ready. I especially like the seasonal flavors and designs that seem to be available every month. Maybe there is a secret donuts of the month club that I don't know about. We can't eat a whole dozen at home, so I usually buy to take to the office. This way everyone is HAPPY to see me!! I am sure you will agree, no matter what time it is, there is always room for a glazed donut! Here are a few photos of my purchases. Honestly why have a yelp page for a business that deletes negative feedback? Other people should know what to expect if you have a public business. They should know what other people's experiences are. I LOVE Krispy Kreme donuts, don't get me wrong. No complaints about the menu or items. Other locations don't seem to have a problem with customer service but clearly the issue is not with customers here, it's the STAFF & their attitude towards PAYING CUSTOMERS. I think that should taken into consideration and REVIEWED. If you are management, you should be concerned about how your business is run and take a hint from your negative reviews. But anyway, I've already decided to take my business elsewhere because clearly you won't address the problem. read more

I couldn't handle how sweet they were, I know a lot of people like that. I placed my order online the night before to ensure it would be good to go on time and sure enough the box was waiting on my we the end of the cabinets. The store is located inside a plaza. Many stores at this busy plaza but found parking easily. I love krispy kremes original glazed donuts but not sure if it's because I came late in the afternoon the donut wasn't as soft as I've had other times. They are the most delicious when warm but this time was not as great. They have an app and rewards system. So if you go frequently would recommend downloading the app. You can also get free donut on your birthday. read more

Rude, unenthusiastic staff. Especially the younger man with glasses and slightly overweight, hefty woman working there. Felt very uninviting and dismal. Short answers from both people working up front and it felt like you were annoying them just to have your order checked out. Donuts sooooo good! That's a given because Krispy Kreme makes some of the greatest donuts ever! The inside of this location is nice and always clean! I had the misfortune of going through drive though this morning and the customer service was awful. Donate to your local fundraiser! Before I get into the review, just wanted to share that those little $5 (maybe $10 now) cards that are sold during school fundraisers go a long way. They give you buy one dozen get one free, and there are 10 sticker vouchers on each card. Krispy Kreme has been honoring this card for well over a year (maybe more). Back to the donuts. They are great! When fresh out of the store, sometimes fresh baked, they melt in your mouth. The variety is great, and the holiday themed donuts are always fun.
