Not going to leave a super long review here for Starbucks, everybody loves Starbucks so nothing special about the drinks or anything else... However, what really stands out with Starbucks here was the level of service I received on April 21st, 2026 from Michael in the Drive-Thru and the team putting orders together. Just fantastic service that I couldn't be happier with. My order was right and came pretty quick. Even with a last second change at the window with a couple of cars behind me, Michael was professional and courteous and just the service was outstanding. I can go to five different Starbucks in the neighborhood here, but stuff like this with great service Will keep me coming back here. Thanks again! read more

Service was so slow in the drive thru.. each drink is made and passed out of the window.. is there anyway when The order is spoken through the ordering box someone could start making it? It seems they are waiting until we get to the window before they start making it. Not ok. read more

I had to purchase some gift cards. Sam's was out of them. I was going to go drive thru, but to my surprise it was free cup day and the line was insane. We decided to get off. There was no line to order. The cashier was nice and pleasant. The lady with the pink hair. We placed our order and soon people just started coming in. First time in here. A little too loud to ever consider working here, but nice overall read more

I don't know what's wrong with kids these days teenagers whatever and how they get hired at these jobs. I don't understand it when you can't make a simple order of a coffee correctly not a special coffee just a normal coffee Pike extra cream warmed up and that's all I wanted waited 20 minutes for them to give me a straight black, cold coffee unbelievable man I don't know what's wrong with the children. These days in America and these companies hired nothing but morons And then I waste my money in my time. Unbelievable. read more

This Starbucks lacks customer service! Today, I waited several minutes for someone to get my Grande Blonde roast cup of coffee. The staff was standing around chatting having a great time, while I was the only customer there waiting for my coffee. The place was empty and I cjust don't understand why I wasn't being helped. I had to eventually get someone's attention for my order. The person who responded helped me which took a matter of less than a minute to get my order. Management needs to do something about this location. There are two employees that I see working their butts off every time I go. One lady who has pink hair is always working hard. Sorry I don't know her name and had to refer to her with pink hair. The other person is Lalay. The moment customers walk in, she's at the counter helping. These two employees are great! read more

Employees were nice, the served it fast, and the green tea Frappuccino was fabulous. I highly recommend Starbucks Glendora.

I want to speak to the time and professionalism that I received by Bryan the manager after stepping in to speak to him about a bad experience. Very courteous and well spoken. I have a lot of patience for the inexperienced which I think may have been the case here, but a reminder for anyone behind a head piece careful what you say. Thank you Chris for continuing to make my coffee delicious like today, thank you to everyone there who does continue to provide good service we appreciate you. read more

Drive thru at this location moves at a good pace in the a.m. Paying at the window was a little awkward and uncomfortable this morning. Girl at window had a cold, blank stare. She asked if I could wait a couple minutes for my food order- I had received my Chi Tea already. Getting home, my little guy enjoyed his warm Banana Nut Bread, me- not so much.. Bacon Gouda was completely cold, top bun was so hard, it took a bit of force to break in half. I could have driven back and returned sandwich but, it's my day off. I would recommend requesting a "Fresh" Bacon Gouda Sandwich or just checking your food prior to leaving drive thru. read more

Have you ever been profiled and pointed at as if you were not a customer and are doing something wrong. Well me and my friend were today at this starbucks by none other then the store manager Brian. I entered to order two drinks while my friend sat in the patio with food not from starbucks. My friend was pointed at by two female employees and told the store manager Brian. He walked outside and instead of being polite he stated that patio area is only for people buying drinks. Brian was rude in his tone and could have avoided everything had he just asked if were making a purchase instead of assuming. I later asked if he was the store manager and also asked for his name. He smuggly replied with my name is Brian and I am the store manager. I thanked him for the info and let him know I would contact the district manager. He stated again in a smug attitude go right ahead I don't care. This is not everyone's interaction but to know that a high level manager can act like this and not care. Shows you how he runs his employees and the store. Don't be surprised fair warning on this location. read more

Doesn't seem very friendly and ambiance is dead, not welcoming, no smiles at all. Ordered two tall extra hot drinks that were mediocre. Too much foam, too sweet and very little amount to drink. The roasted tomato and mozarella sandwich was substandard for the price. read more

The service of food in the ambience is really good at the Starbucks. They also have not covered up their outlet so you can plug-in and recharge your battery while you recharge yourself with a cup of coffee, unlike the other fast food chains in the area around the foothills that they have covered up all their outlets so no one could plug-in. They have not lost the humanity. I give kudos to Starbucks and the crew in the managers. Good job. read more

I came in to this Starbucks on Saturday 6/21/25 at 1:30 pm. Every table was sticky and dirty. I asked a barista if she can clean table and it took 20 minutes for her to have table clean. The manager was busy talking/chit chatting with a customer for 15 minutes and not paying attention. The manager and baristas at this location is completely inefficient, rude, and they do not care for customer service. I had a similar experience about a month ago. I decided to come and give this location a second chance. Same issues. Will never go this location again. This location should be closed down or managers and baristas need to be replaced. They are HORRIBLE. I never write yelp reviews for places but I had to for this location and experience. read more

This is an average-by-the-numbers Starbucks location. 4 stars at the very minimum since this is the nearest Starbucks (with a drive thru) by my house. My drink orders have not been messed up at this location so far, so lots of praise goes out to the baristas here. However... deducting 1 star because on a couple of visits the employees haven't been friendly and congenial at the drive thru pick-up window. Resulting in abrupt, dismissive customer service. Other than that, this is a standard Starbucks drive thru adjacent to the Glendora Marketplace. read more

I order from this place way too much hoping it will be better the next time. I always order two shaken espressos, the size I get comes with 4 shots of espresso. I usually come here, On cold Friday nights, and usually long lines..., however they are really fast. Today we stopped to buy my kiddos teacher's gift cards, there was no drive-thru line, nobody in the store, so we decided to go in and browse gift cards. Of course once you are in there like all kids, they want a drink. We placed the pinch drink with oat milk, which is pretty good for kids not for me.... And sweet Jesus, they took long. Once we got it, it was coffee .... I was like whhaatttt! No coffee for my kiddos. They corrected order right away, and everyone was happy! I am bummed out. I mobile ordered a cold coffee from Starbucks , my usual , and it was expensive$9.15. When I drove up to the drive through there was 5 cars in front of me. So I parked instead and went inside. There were two guys working, and they were very busy. When I finally got their attention they blew me off with a " there are only two of us and we're very busy." My drink was done and sitting behind the counter with no lid. And I could not reach it. So I told them so. I was ignored. I stood there 10 minutes- which I know it's not too long- So I told them again "there's my drink, but I can no longer wait for you. Throw it away." Then I left. I'm so disappointed read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - San Dimas, California

I've been coming to this Starbucks location since they opened. I've never had too many issues with them until recently. Their new drink called the "Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso" seems to be something none of their employees know how to make? I'm not sure how that works, but every time I order it, I have to double or even triple check that they made it correctly. The ingredient they continuously or refuse to add, which essentially makes the drink, is cinnamon. Also, it's shaken in there, so the taste is consistent throughout the drink. They keep failing to add this and I had to hold up the line until they basically fix the drink. Up until today, I've pretty much just continued to hope they would just get it and things would work out, but the lady at Starbucks today gave us a lot of attitude when we had to actually park, and walk back in, because it wasn't made correctly still. I expect a lot more from Starbucks, especially paying $6 for a coffee on a day to day basis. read more

Another brand new Starbucks. Opened May 29, 2019. What the world needs are more Starbucks. Yeah right. This area is congested enough with traffic/too many cars as it is and was not designed to accommodate the insane amount of traffic Lone Hill already has. But... let's put in another Starbucks and... let's take away 100+ Home Depot parking spaces for it. Unbelievably Idiotic. What greedy land owners. I despise when plentiful and convenient parking lots (Home Depot) are reduced in size so another company can come in and build something there. Let alone another Starbucks (every city has too many Starbucks as it is). Glendora now has six of them. Absolutely ridiculous. The Home Depot parking lot was nice and spacious before Starbucks came in but.... lets build more retail to get even more people to the area. Build, build, build, more, more, more. Build, build, build. Who cares about adding more traffic/congestion, reducing available parking and all for what, another Starbucks? Totally pathetic! read more

Holy crap...I am utterly shocked at how insanely rude these employees are. Walked in to grab my mobile order (1 drink) and they flat out ignored me for a good 5 minutes. The best part was that when someone finally approached me as I was standing in front of the counter waiting, their response was NOT "how can I help you", but rather "you need a regular mask, I can get you one" because my face was covered completely with my shirt instead of a traditional mask. Not an anti masker by any means, just couldn't find it in the car. The second person came up after the first one ignored me and handed me a mask to which I replied "is that my drink sitting there with my name on it?" He reluctantly handed it to me and I left.
