This is near the San Dimas Costco in a rather large outdoors shopping center. The ambiance is clean with several bar tables and chairs to choose from. Staff are very proficient and was able to fill my four order s without any mistakes. I really felt that these baristas were well trained and knew exactly how to make a perfect drink. Because this is also a drive thru, parking is kind of limited, but there is plenty of spaces outside the confines of Starbucks itself. read more

Very pleasant, sweet customer service via drive thru here. Pastries are always solid here. I don't go to this location as often as the Starbucks closer to me. However, they have never messed up my order whenever I've gone here. Frappes are yummy for the most part, but I feel like the quality of them has gone downhill over the years. read more

They have good reviews, for a Starbucks. But I'm never coming to this location again. Anytime I've made a specialty request, either they don't do it and I'm forced to very politely ask them to do it. Or, they say "that's not how the drink is supposed to be made"... then they remake it (not necessary) and put the new cup at the END of the line, so I have to wait for it. And then they hand it to me without saying a word. So SOME of the employees have attitude problems. But the last time I came here, I ordered inside, and waited for 27 minutes to get my drink. And as always, no acknowledgment or apology. I've got to assume management is a fault. read more

I was up in the area and decided to stop by this Starbucks store to buy two PSL with Chai for my dad and me. The barista was very friendly. When we got home, we noticed that they had written nice little messages on our cups "Cheers!" and "Sweet Like You!". We loved these messages and they made us smile - spreading a little kindness. I had a wonderful experience when I came here and ordered several cold and hot beverages to bring to my clients. I received my customers' orders for pastries goodies, hot and cold beverages by text message and they wanted several items. I came into this Starbucks location and was very fortunate to have met and get help from a wonderful lady named Saylor (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Nevertheless, I got very willing and highly customer-service oriented assistance from Saylor all through figuring out all the orders from looking at the message from my phone, putting them in, informing her teammates they got a large order and leading them to ensure everything was prepared well, packed securely and making sure I got everything. Truly friendly and great customer service that will make anybody so grateful coming in this location and more so having been blessed to a wonderful experience with Saylor! Update: two times in one month that I've gone through the drive-through at this location, and when being handed my drink, the lid came off and hot coffee spilled all over me and the inside of my car pay attention to how you were handed the drink and grab it with both hands. This is getting to be very expensive with having to get my car detailed. absolutely love that this one is now a drive-through! It used to be across the street and very inconvenient. So when you pull this one up, please know that it is now directly across the street with a drive-through and they are quick and efficient. Inside can get a little noisy with the machines and the music and the people but they do have a nice outdoor area with covered seating and chairs. read more

Shocking Experience - Are Children Not Welcome at This Starbucks? I had a deeply upsetting experience at this Starbucks location in San Dimas when visiting for breakfast with my wife and two-year-old twins after church. My children ( younger than 2 years) like many toddlers, were briefly unsettled and cried for a short period. While I was actively trying to calm them, a young manager approached us and cited a "code of conduct," stating that our children needed to be quieter due to complaints and sounds like we need have to leave. I was shocked when she described my children's crying as "yelling and swearing." Despite my efforts to manage the situation, the manager's response made us feel incredibly unwelcome. To make matters worse, another customer who was clearly bothered by our presence allegedly made an offensive gesture towards my wife as they left. Based on this experience, it truly felt as though young children are no longer accepted or tolerated at this establishment. The lack of understanding and the incidents we encountered were very disappointing and surprising. Kindly, when you hire your kids to work in a place make sure there is someone a adult, someone with manager skills with a customer service skills to manage the team and know the difference between kids, crying and yelling or swearing because kids are crying is not yelling and is not swearing read more

Any Starbucks you walk into will be a reflection of the manager, shift supervisor and of course the DM. I managed a Starbucks for years. And also have been an avid dedicated customer for well over 10 years. Every person that works here - it seems like they don't like their job. Dismissive , no eye contact , absolutely no warmth. I'm sure not any of these baristas or shifts even know Starbucks mission statement. I had to also ask for a few things more than once - sriracha for my egg bites - and a spoon. When i asked for a nitro lid for my drink, the barista had an attitude. Just terrible for business - I sincerely understand life is hard and can be heavy - whoever is running this particular store. This is an alright Starbucks location, not the best. Their music is super super loud so it is hard to study or get any work done. I ordered two drinks. One was a blended refresher and the other was a water with peach juice and dragon fruit pieces. At previous locations they were able to make my drink with no questions asked and the total would come out to about $1.20. Unfortunately when I was ordering the guy charged me $4 for the drink, for a water with peach juice. So I asked him after why it was that much and he said because they need to make it a "custom tea". Not once did he say he could not do that when I was ordering. So I asked when I asked him for a partial refund of what I was overcharged and I was basically told that it is not possible. I think I might have found one of the best Starbucks to just chill at. Most locations have really toned down there size and focused on the drive thru. This location was open across the street with no drive thru and took over this old Burger King building. Super spacious and plenty of parking. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a sugar cookie almond milk latte. It was my first almond milk latte. It was good - I'd get it again. Staff was friendly although we were like literally the only people there late on the Sunday before Xmas and not many cars in the drive thru either. I will definitely find myself coming here more often when I just want to chill with my drink. read more

The service for the Starbucks on lone Hill and arrow Highway is very poor. last Friday I go thru the drive-through and I inform the manager Nick that I received a gift card and when I uploaded, it says zero if they were having problems! he says no and there's nothing he can do about it. Aside from being super slow, which normally isn't an issue cause I get it, you're making drinks and I can be patient, but 45 min in a line is kinda over the top.
