This is a particularly acute problem now that everything one might actually purchase is locked away to prevent theft. The only time I can ever find somebody is when the staff want to close early and try to prevent you from entering for an urgent item. (Thankfully, they only stopped letting people in after they noticed me enter roughly 20 minutes before closing...) It's usually faster to drive further to another store. She was speaking very fast and when I tried to ask her to slow down she continued to talk over me and even faster. It was like trying to communicate with a 16 year old girl. This has never happened to me at a pharmacy ever. It was as if she was only telling me the instructions because she had to. After she finished she told me everything she said was on the bottle. She also never iterated that I should spread out the two pills I'd be taking daily. I proceeded to read the instructions but still managed to take the medication wrong. I believe it was because of this incident. This was unprofessional as we are talking about medication here. I then called to ask if how I took the medication was ok and I know I the call was answered by the same woman doctor. She had no answer for me and again was rushing the conversation. Rather that she needed to call my doctor? This has never happened to me before. I believe a Pharmacist doctor should know the answer to these kinds of simple questions. She told me she would need to call my doctor and call me back. She did call back with decent news which was great. My only advise here is no matter how busy somewhere gets that the pharmacists take their job more seriously and take time in explaining how medication should be consumed properly. Also, it is unhealthy for her to be moving or talking that fast. No one should have to receive their medication this way!

He eventually reached out to a coworker who confirmed that the free digital copy was in fact a valid offer. Once my friend paid for his photos, he checked his email as the photos are supposed to be emailed upon purchase. Unfortunately they were never delivered, so we asked the store associate if there is anything he could do. He did little to look for alternatives and simply stated that it was not possible to get into the system to resend. The printed photos weren't the best quality (the background appeared a bit gray) so even when uploaded to the passport site, the photo was disapproved. If you are looking to get new passport photos, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

I came into the Gas Station to get Lotto Scratchers on Saturday, September 6, 2025. The Lotto Scratcher Machine took my $20. The person that was there told me to write my name and number on a piece of Receipt paper (probably thrown away)... The person said to come back on Monday because that's when the manager works. It's hard to believe that a store wouldn't have a Manager on duty everyday... No one called me, so I decided to just drive in on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 12PM. The same person that worked on Saturday said the manager wasn't there and that they would come into work in 2 hours.... I asked if they can give me a $20, and when the manager comes in, they can replace the $20 that was stuck in the Lotto Machine. The person there said no, they can't do that. So I went home and waited for a call. No one called. I called the number that's listed on Yelp, and it just keeps ringing and it won't connect. Then on today (Tuesday, September 9, 2025), I went in, i was the 2nd person in line. The lady (ELY); she said she is the manager, and I explained to her the situation. First thing she said was "Oh, they told me they gave you the money already". I told her no, they said they can't do that without taking the money out of the Lotto Machine. So the Manager (ELY) told me i had to wait because there is a line of people that she has to help. Ely is Mexican, and the rest of the customers in the store are also Mexican. So she basically pushed me aside and helped the other customer. I kept telling her that I was here first and that she could just go to the back and get the $20 from the Lotto pile, but she refused. 5 Minutes later, she called for someone named (Silvie, Also Mexican), and she came out and took over the Register while ELY went to the back to get my $20. It took her just less than 1 minute to go back there to get it, and come back out to give it to me. ELY shouldn't be a Manager if she is being Racist!!!!! Instead of having me wait, she could have called for Silvie right away, and made everyone happy. She is not well trained to be a Manager!!!!!. I also asked her for the phone number to the store, and she told me she doesn't remember it. Being a Manager of a store she works at, and don't even know the phone number to the store is ridicules to me.
