I'm an Asian person who has lived at Baldwin Park for about 10 years now, and this Shell Gas Station changed owner / Management recently in 2024. I came into the Gas Station to get Lotto Scratchers on Saturday, September 6, 2025. The Lotto Scratcher Machine took my $20. The person that was there told me to write my name and number on a piece of Receipt paper (probably thrown away)... The person said to come back on Monday because that's when the manager works. It's hard to believe that a store wouldn't have a Manager on duty everyday... No one called me, so I decided to just drive in on Monday, September 8, 2025 at 12PM. The same person that worked on Saturday said the manager wasn't there and that they would come into work in 2 hours.... I asked if they can give me a $20, and when the manager comes in, they can replace the $20 that was stuck in the Lotto Machine. The person there said no, they can't do that. So I went home and waited for a call. No one called. I called the number that's listed on Yelp, and it just keeps ringing and it won't connect. Then on today (Tuesday, September 9, 2025), I went in, i was the 2nd person in line. The lady (ELY); she said she is the manager, and I explained to her the situation. First thing she said was "Oh, they told me they gave you the money already". I told her no, they said they can't do that without taking the money out of the Lotto Machine. So the Manager (ELY) told me i had to wait because there is a line of people that she has to help. Ely is Mexican, and the rest of the customers in the store are also Mexican. So she basically pushed me aside and helped the other customer. I kept telling her that I was here first and that she could just go to the back and get the $20 from the Lotto pile, but she refused. 5 Minutes later, she called for someone named (Silvie, Also Mexican), and she came out and took over the Register while ELY went to the back to get my $20. It took her just less than 1 minute to go back there to get it, and come back out to give it to me. ELY shouldn't be a Manager if she is being Racist!!!!! Instead of having me wait, she could have called for Silvie right away, and made everyone happy. She is not well trained to be a Manager!!!!!. I also asked her for the phone number to the store, and she told me she doesn't remember it. Being a Manager of a store she works at, and don't even know the phone number to the store is ridicules to me. read more

This gas station used to be kept clean and with fresh window cleaning fluid all the time. Now it's dirty they never clean the spillage from whatever is stained in the concrete. And the window cleaning fluid is always empty or missing the cleaning brush. They should at least have the cleaning fluid available for the price of gasoline they charge. read more

This is my favorite gas station ! I always stop here for some coffee or some snacks for the road. Some cashiers have bad attitudes but the best I've encountered was karina she always gives me the best chicken pieces and always has a positive attitude. She's the best out of them all.No one can compare to her. She's the best. read more

Perfect spot, convenient. .. shell and circle K combined... there is also a Subway right next door now so if you feel like grabbing a fresh sandwich.. this gas station has alot of pumps so the wait is short, the only thing I dont like about this place is that I work graveyard so if you go between the time 9:45pm and 10pm they are doing a shift change and you got 3 to 4 employees there and feel like they are just standing around takes them a minute too ring you up because they are counting their registers read more

Do not go to this gas station at night unless you like Horrible management, youngsters in the parking lot smoking marijuana's like it's there hangout and rude employees .My husband is a truck driver and had been at this location quite a few times. At this particular night he had spent $300 on gas and attempted to retrieve a receipt. When attempting to do this for some unknown odd reason they locked the doors and said "It was closed" ummm It wasn't "closed"all while employees hung around doing nothing. Supplies seem to be always be running out and coffee sometimes is not made. So unprofessional, especially when your depending on filling up for gas and trying to purchase something as simple as coffee! read more

This is the second time i have come to this Circle K, and the cashier's are rude and gives the dirties looks i have seen. I thought the first time i came that maybe it was just me but this time my friend was with me and she said what is up with those horrible workers.
