There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is limiting capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They do not allow pets in their establishment unless it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located in the front and the back of the building. The spots are decent. Establishment & Staff: The pharmacy itself seemed very clean, neat, and organized. The staff here are very slow and a bit rude. That's why I decided to remove one star. Recently I visited my doctor and I noticed there is a new pharmacy next to the doctor office…read more Usually, I would go to the chain pharmacy i.e. CVS, Rite Aid etc. But for some reasons, I went into Watsons Pharmacy. What blew me away was the same five medications I was buying from CVS I was able to save $15.20 from Watsons Pharmacy, the lady at the counter was so helpful, per my request she was willing to find out if my insurance company will pay for any brand of glucose strips, unfortunately, my health insurance would not cover it. One of the medications was not available and she offered to deliver to my house which is like 1/2 mile away, I thanked her for the offer but I decided to pick it up myself. At least now I know they deliver, I don't think any of the chain pharmacies offer delivery serivice. Because of some past experiences, I usually don't like to go to the mom and pop store, but I am sure glad I went to Watsons Pharmacy, I will get my medications from there from now on. It saved me money comparing to the chair pharmacies. Keep up the good work saving people money, especially in this economy. Hopefully a lot people will come to know Watsons Pharmacy and buy their medical needs from Watsons Pharmacy.

I found this place on yelps that deliver so I called to make sure they deliver to my house. Called and was told yes. So I told the lady on the phone I will come in the pharmacy next month to get my medicines refilled. Well last Friday was the next month. I went to my doctor and got my prescription. My doctor was in Long Beach. After the doctor I went straight to the pharmacy. Went in the pharmacy not one said hello or how can I help you. I went to the front and asked can someone help me. There were 4 people in the place. One was reading newspaper and there are 2 that gets medications. They both were chatting with each other. The last one was also reading newspaper. She put it down and say what I need. WTF?? No hello or How can I help you. I was getting mad already. I told her I was new and need my medication and my blood test strips. I gave her my medical card to check if my insurance is acceptable and prescription. She then give it to the other girl in the back to check.. Waited 5 minutes then they tell me they except the insurance. and the prescription . I brought my blood test strip and lancets. to get refilled as well cause I don't want to go back to the same pharmacy I went to. I showed it to the lady that was helping me say they might not carry this brand. She said she will check. She gave it to the same girl in the back to see if they can get this brand. I asked the lady that was helping me can I get a box of alcohol prep pad? She said yes. Ok that was good to hear. I told her to send all my Meds together with metal meds. I was going to tell her how to get to my address. She keeps avoiding me to hear how to get to my place on Monday. She even told me she has a professional driver.. I told her I got one more prescription from my metal doctor. He will email them the prescription tomorrow. I called the pharmacy again to see if my doctor send my medication. She said no. I asked her if she can call my doctor and she said NO. it would be faster if I do it. So I called my doctor and talked to the nurse to send my prescription to my pharmacy.. The nurse to me to pick my medication on Monday. but call to make sure they have the email. The next day I called around 1:23 pm and the pharmacy was closed. That was a Saturday. So I waited until Monday and called and they say they received it but I have to wait one more day due to one more medication. So I told them to send me the prescriptions I went there on Friday. She said sure. I was going to tell her how to get to my place again and she avoided that.. She said she has a professional driver. The reason I want to tell her because other places deliver meds or pizza to the other address. It even says it on my address. It said South not North. So around 4:21 pm I received a unknown phone call I waited until they left a message and it was the delivery person that they say was professional. On the voicemail he said he was here to deliver medications and he has it. When I look outside I don't even see him. So I called the pharmacy and tell them your professional driver went to the wrong place.. So I told the woman on the phone to call the driver and tell him to call me again. Waited 5 minutes the driver did not call so I called the pharmacy again. and said what happened to the professional driver she was talking about and the driver never called me. She didn't even apologized to me. So I keep saying what happened to the professional driver.. Then she say there are a lot of pharmacy in my area why don't I go there cause they don't deliver I told her. I got no transportation. She told me I should went to other pharmacy instead. That made me mad and I finally exploded. I asked here where is one near me and delivers. She say she was busy and can't answer. BS, she try to avoid the question. Saying she is busy. I asked her am I a customer. She keep saying she is busy and hang up on me. Damn, I still have to wait for my other 3 meds. After I get my meds I will never ever ever coming back here with poor attitude and treat customers bad. I will tell my family and friends this place sucks and avoid.

My medication is a serious thing but Alma (my rep) brings a human, light hearted and professional exchange to a sometimes complicated process. Today, someone finally answered our call -- a girl who spoke so quietly, she was impossible to hear even with the volume turned all the way up. When I asked her to repeat what she said, she just went silent and hung up. After that, every time we call, we're being redirected straight to voice mail. This kind of behavior is absolutely unprofessional and completely unacceptable -- especially when we are talking about people's health and potentially life-threatening delays.

Don't remember her name but she might be Taiwanese or from mainland China because she had a heavy Mandarin accent. We were heavily pressured into buying a Rx drug prescribed for my mom by her GI specialist. We respect and appreciate the technology that Western Medicine brings. It is definitely an advantage and benefit. But as far as the prescription drugs goes, we all know that it comes with a list of possible side effects that is not only taxing to the human body in general but most importantly, our filtering organs such as our liver and kidneys. So for someone who looks like they have been a pharmacist for at least a couple of decades telling the customer off that their belief in choosing a more holistic approach in healing/correcting the problem is wrong and to be a smart ass is not only rude but unprofessional. Her opinion was so rigid and knowing that Rx medication comes with side effects just makes me shake my head and say, "Unbelievable, you are a saleswoman at heart. Yes, please disregard your sense of human integrity and just sell! Don't care about the potential aftermath that will come later on and exercise your classically trained Western mentality to the fullest that closes you off." Even if you don't agree with the customer 's point of view, still respect their human rights to choose for themselves. I'm sure you would want the same for yourself.
