Then when I bring the meds home, it's either partially filled or 1 is missing. I'm a stickler because I've worked at a pharmacy for the longest in high school so I know how the system works. It honestly shouldn't be like this. They also have a full staff with more than 1 pharmacists. So what the deal? I've been begging my family to go elsewhere but it's so hard to get them to change. I stopped and we walked in to see if we could get it refilled. Well, we were informed by the pharmacist that in order to get a prescription refilled, the prescription needs to be transferred over from the current pharmacy to the new pharmacy. Unfortunately, the current pharmacy was already closed for the day so we'll have to try again next time. Pharmacist was okay. Not the smiley type though. Hey, we're not here to make friends. We just need to get our medications and that is what matters LOL. However, a friendly smile can lift up someone's spirits any time of the day... do try to put it in your daily practice... it will make your heart sing and make someone's day! They'll get you in and out just be patient :) They will deliver to you too if you qualify within the proximity, only pharmacy i know that does this ! Amazinggg, especially for someone like me who works after hours and not being able to stop by pharmacy for pick up during their business hours. Customer service is on point, the ladies are friendly and fast. They'll call you and provide excellent communication, never had an issue here. It took the pharmacy about a day before they called me saying my medication was ready for pick up. I paid standard prices and was in and out of the pharmacy in 2 minutes. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable. This was a much quicker process than going to Kaiser.

I've been here with my parents about 4 times and there are always customers and they are quite efficient. It's not CVS or Savons, it's more of a hole in the wall pharmacy for the local asian people. Since my mom is such a fan of this place (and she doesn't yelp) I thought I should put this place on the map. If not for you, maybe your parents will feel comfortable going here. I'm not sure what language they speak, it's not Japanese (which is what my parents speak). I think they can speak either or both chinese and vietnamese.
