My medication is regularly not ready when I'm told it should be ready, and trying to get an update over the phone is almost impossible because the pharmacy frequently does not answer. When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

I am Very sick for the first time in years. Called to see if the prescription was ready that was sent here (Glenoaks location). Turns out they did not have the medication. First, no one called me to let me know. I found out by calling them before driving there. The person in the pharmacy told me other Walgreens may have it but he could not call them and be sure. So I spent 3.5 hours calling every Walgreens within a practical distance - average wait / hold time 30 minutes each. All told me they could tell me who MAY have the drug I was prescribed but would not call to make certain. I think this is pretty crappy customer service. Not sure if this is a policy but just sucky if you ask me.

Wow! This was my first time visiting this Walgreens location during the evening, and unfortunately,…read moremy experience with the manager was very disappointing. I felt that he made assumptions about my right to have my own professional photos printed, even though I fully own the rights to my personal photos. He refused to release my photos to me, which made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable as a customer. Thankfully, Damian, one of the employees, handled the situation with kindness and professionalism. He remained calm, de-escalated the situation, and made customer satisfaction his priority. He was able to release my photos and made sure I felt comfortable and respected throughout the process. I truly appreciate Damian for the way he handled the situation. Employees like him make a meaningful difference in the customer experience. I sincerely hope Walgreens recognizes his excellent customer service and considers him for a raise or promotion. Was checking out the other day and enduring the long line (they somehow never have enough cashiers) and spotted a small roach nonchalantly climb aboard the credit card machine. There was a bowl of candy directly next to it no doubt infested. Who knows maybe they're in the CC machine as well? Sure - there is a sad, and complex issue with unhoused individuals in the parking lot. But Walgreens corporate needs to get involved with the city and clean this place up. Thankfully, this location has a lot for itself. I was able to enter the lot without issue and easily found a spot to park. Parking is spacious! The inside of the store looks a little dated, but it's got plenty of items in-stock! Lots of make-up and over-the-counter meds. I dropped by for some fiber and other personal products. Everything was located quickly and the line moved along fast despite the foot traffic. All for registers were open, I appreciated that this Walgreens' team had excellent team work. It was quite busy with plenty of foot traffic close to midnight on a weekday. There were at least four team members on the sales floor and registers. The pharmacy also had a line of a few patients and the drive thru was active as well. The cleanliness of the store was just ok considering the location and time I visited. I am happy to finally have made the visit to this specific location to see the whole operational workflow.

At least at CVS, there were souvenirs such as magnets, towels, and stickers. Here at Walgreens, there seemed to be nothing except gear from Pasadena Bulldogs. I asked a worker - and she said, "Aisle 30". However, there is no Aisle 30. Maybe she was blowing me off? I felt like she sent me on a wild goose chase. Thanks. Not. While it seems like it has a huge lot outside, it's in desperate need of upkeep. Mainling the spot markings. Things are so faded that there's basically no markings at all.
