However, last minute, I was advised that my appointment was canceled because the selected nail and lash technicians were unavailable. So, I rescheduled. I rebooked my appointment for that Saturday over the phone, specifically requesting that the owner do my nails. I scheduled services for nails, lashes, toes, etc., and planned to spend a significant amount of money. I booked in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the owner would not be doing my nails as she was having "surgery"- hence another technician would be doing them. I was very disappointed. After checking the schedule through the booking app, I discovered that the owner does NOT even work on Saturdays. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate, and I was misled. Within four days, nearly all of my nails had come off. I kindly reached out for a resolution, but I never received a response. I'm sure I will receive a response below a mediocre explanation yet the pictures say it all. FYI: I did not have multiple discounts. The owner had a promotion stating "Discount after 4th visit". Yet- I paid the price with poor care. Discounts don't compensate for nails popping off. Unbelievable. DO NOT receive service here.

The front desks excuse was that they had someone new up in front. I wasn't sure why they had someone brand new doing a shift by themselves. I asked for a regular pedicure and gel cat-eye pedicure pricing, was told it was $26 and $56 over the phone. They rang us up today for a reg pedicure, $29, and $72 for gel. The pricing wasn't the issue, more so how it was handled and the consistent wrong answers. No manager was brought in and the front desk acted like it wasn't her issue, nor was an apology given. She wasn't the one who assisted, but she decided to give me a response in place of someone else. In addition, I had to reschedule my Saturday appointment for Sunday, called to make another appointment and walked in today apparently not having an appointment in their system. My friend experienced hostile comments from the women doing her pedicure, instating that her feet were in the condition they were due to her paying for regular polish, trying to not only upsell her into gel, but the work had already been done. The service is consistently top-notch, and the owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. Rather than resolving the issue respectfully, she responded by saying, "I will not be booking your appointment, you can go to a different salon." This experience showed not only poor customer service, but also poor business management. Even if a customer sounds frustrated, there is still a professional way to communicate. I've been coming here every three weeks and consistently tip $15-$20, so it's disappointing to be treated this way over a simple request. I am truely sad to have to write a negative review for this place…read more I was really hoping based on their other reviews, that I found my new nail place. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

However, I waited for over 30 minutes, they didn't even seat me at a pedicure chair at the very least. Although the women who did my pedicure was nice, the whole process felt very rushed. I didn't even get to pick a pedicure package. I was provided with basic services. With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package. I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. The environment is not warm or welcoming and they clearly take advantage and rip you off. I will not be coming back.
