I've only been twice so far, but both times, I found the salon to be chill, they do a great job and their prices are very reasonable. Definitely found a winner! read more

I've been coming here because of my sister's recommendation, and I'm so glad I did. Cindy is so friendly and always does an amazing job with my nails and pedicures. My Gel-X comes out perfect every time. She responds quickly, is very thorough, and takes the time to make sure the nail size and shape fit my nail beds perfectly. I work with computers all day, so durability and comfort matters to me, and she always delivers! A+ Highly recommend! read more

Oasis became my go-to nail salon when I moved to Burbank in 2019. I moved to La Crescenta last year and I still head over to Oasis based on good value and quality of work. It's not fancy, but it's clean and comfortable. You can opt for being outside too. I always ask for someone who's gentle and I've never been disappointed. read more

My go to nail salon for the last few months, all thanks to Cindy and the rest of the wonderful staff. They make sure you are comfortable before starting. They do wonderful gel pedicures for $40! Meticulous cuticle cutting, scrubbing with add-ons if you want them but definitely not needed. Cindy introduced me to gelX nail extensions and she is WONDERFUL! She loves to try new styles and colors and even surprised me with a chrome color I had wanted at a previous appointment that they didn't have. She is so thoughtful , easy to communicate with and does the best work! The GelX can last up to 4 weeks, no chipping and can be cut short if your nails grow fast. I'll be coming back for many years to come! read more

Was not the worst pedicure but also not the best. Service was nice and wait was quick as I walked in without an appointment. Great prices. $25 for a pedicure. I had to ask her to go back and clean sides of cuticles and round out corners a few times but once I told her, she addressed it. The place is a little dated and needs a good cleaning. The chairs are old and felt dirty. Overall, it was ok. read more

My go-to nail salon for the past year and a half! Everyone at Oasis is so welcoming and friendly. The salon overall is always super clean and tidy. Cindy is my girl and always does my gel manicures; she's awesome! Highly recommend her if you're looking for a new manicurist! I always love how my nails look and she pays attention to detail which I appreciate :) She's mastered the "natural/clean" look if you're a natural girly - like myself! I only wish I knew about this quant little nail salon sooner. I've only been living in the area for over 10 years! Cindy did my pedicure and Jessica did my nails. I don't get gel, just a regular mani/pedi. They took their time, were so kind, and the polish on my hands still looks great after 3 days (with regular polish, it usually starts chipping whenever I've gone anywhere else). I will mention that I took my Seche Vite top coat. Highly recommend this local spot and will definitely be going back! read more

Oh my goodness I'm obsessed with my nails! Such a good job! They were awesome to fit me in day of when I called for an appointment. The only thing that was rough was filing and scraping off my previous gel....I'm used to tj nails using a dremel and it's definitely way less cringy that way...but none the less Oasis is my go to spot now! read more

This has been my favorite nail salon ! I've been coming here for a while & i always go to Cindy ! I'm so happy she was able to squeeze me in & do my nails last min. Super happy about that ! Everytime I've gone in she always makes sure I'm comfortable & makes sure my pedicure is in order & nothing hurts. My gel mani & pedi always look great ! Jessica is so good. So attentive to detail. I walked in without an apt, was sat immediately, and had a lovely conversation. She didn't even give me slack for my beat cuticles that I love to pick. She just gracefully avoided the gnarly ones and moved on to the next nail. Very inexpensive for a gel manicure in my experience, especially in Glendale, so I was pleasantly surprised when I got rung up. Great little nail spot. Will be coming back for sure. read more

Been going here for a about a year because it's close to my place however, I noticed their nail polish never last long. Also they cut down the cuticles so low that it hurts even if you tell them not to. Lastly, they denied I made an appointment when I went in and were absolutely rude, even though I'm a returning customer. Well never again. read more

It used be a good place but not anymore. The manager is extremely rude, she does not have any customer service skills. She yells at the customers and has a rude demeanor. They cut deep into skin and gave me ingrown nail problem which caused medical attention and when I brought it up, the manager said do not attend this place anymore. I do not recommend anyone to go to this nail salon. read more

Parking: There is a lot. Service: I liked this place a lot. Came here to get nails done for my friends wedding. They have amazing massage chairs and service was decent. I recommend that you call and make an appointment before hand to ensure a spot. I made and appointment for 3, and the place was really crowded after we sat down. It seemed like a long wait. Got a deluxe pedicure. Initial impression was not the worst I've ever had but not the best. Callus removal was minimal, nail polish seemed old and/or the woman was not that skilled at painting nails, and she ripped what I guess were hangnails off my big toes super hard. I've gotten a lot of pedicures but never experienced that. Well, it's been a day now and the bottom of my feet don't even look like I just got a pedicure and the places where skin/hangnails were ripped off are red and sore even though I cleaned them with hydrogen peroxide after showering. I feel like I have to monitor these areas or else the skin will get infected. The people who worked there seemed nice enough but I don't think I'd go back. read more

However, last minute, I was advised that my appointment was canceled because the selected nail and lash technicians were unavailable. So, I rescheduled. I rebooked my appointment for that Saturday over the phone, specifically requesting that the owner do my nails. I scheduled services for nails, lashes, toes, etc., and planned to spend a significant amount of money. I booked in advance. Upon arrival, I was informed that the owner would not be doing my nails as she was having "surgery"- hence another technician would be doing them. I was very disappointed. After checking the schedule through the booking app, I discovered that the owner does NOT even work on Saturdays. The information I was given over the phone was inaccurate, and I was misled. Within four days, nearly all of my nails had come off. I kindly reached out for a resolution, but I never received a response. I'm sure I will receive a response below a mediocre explanation yet the pictures say it all. FYI: I did not have multiple discounts. The owner had a promotion stating "Discount after 4th visit". Yet- I paid the price with poor care. Discounts don't compensate for nails popping off. Unbelievable. DO NOT receive service here.

I am truely sad to have to write a negative review for this place…read more I was really hoping based on their other reviews, that I found my new nail place. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

I didn't even get to pick a pedicure package. I was provided with basic services. With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package. I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. The environment is not warm or welcoming and they clearly take advantage and rip you off. I will not be coming back.

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. Came in for a pedicure like normal! Everyone was very friendly. I requested my regular French tip pedi. I had a very strange experience. I was never asked what shape I wanted my nails, and if I wanted them cut or just filed. I did have two nails that broke and were on the shorter side. Usually when I have shorter nails, we add some acrylic to even them out from breaking. Instead, I ended up with nails being cut even shorter. And then shorter, and shorter, and shorter...it seemed every time she didn't enjoy what she was doing with the polish, she just cut away more nail--and she was cutting with a cuticle clipper. In the end, my nails were extremely uneven and tender. None of them had the same shape, the polish was inconsistent, and the French tip extremely thick. Sadly I can't even go get them fixed somewhere else...some of my nails are sooo short now that the only solution is to let it grow out. I made them look a bit better with some filing (last photo). Unfortunately I loved coming here but won't be coming back now. Too inconsistent between really great and really subpar.

I came in for acrylic nails with an almond shape. I asked her twice if she had experience shaping almond nails (once on the phone, once in person) and each time acted like I had offended her with my question. I made an appointment three days in advance but she still made me wait 20 minutes while she finished up on another person's pedicure. I was not offered any water or coffee. When she finally got to my nails, she absolutely destroyed them with the Dremel tool. You can see how much she tore up my nail beds and cuticles in the pictures. She also filed the edges of my nails for some reason (probably because she had no idea how to shape almond nails) which tore up my fingers some more. I was bleeding in two places with one finger really badly cut (see picture). All of my nails were different lengths and different shapes. I mean, it's so bad that my boyfriend even noticed. And the paint job is terrible. The edges are all crooked and uneven. I went online to buy the exact polish she used so I can re-do them at home, that's how bad it is. Oh, and one nail literally has my blood in the polish because when she put on the top coat she dragged my coagulated blood into the polish (see picture, middle finger). During the manicure she frequently stopped to answer her personal cell phone and would stop to watch the Clippers game. It's by far the worst experience and worst looking nails I've ever had and I've gone to beauty schools to get my nails done before. I wish I hadn't paid for them but my fingers were hurting so bad and I was so mad I just had to get out of here. If you can go anywhere else for your nails, do. It's going to take me at least three weeks to grow them out so someone can fix them. I'm so angry about the whole thing.
