However, I waited for over 30 minutes, they didn't even seat me at a pedicure chair at the very least. Although the women who did my pedicure was nice, the whole process felt very rushed. I didn't even get to pick a pedicure package. I was provided with basic services. With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package. I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. The environment is not warm or welcoming and they clearly take advantage and rip you off. I will not be coming back. read more

It's peaceful and friendly here like usual; however, my nail tech got lint all over my nails and some parts were bubbly on my nails. She sighed a lot so I figure to let it be. Lovely sweet neighborhood nail salon. I was visiting Glendale from Studio City and desperately needed a pedicure on Christmas Eve day. They accurately told me what the wait time would be (not too long) and my technician (Asha, I think?) did an excellent job, super-skilled. The other customers all seemed to be regulars (always a good sign) and there was so much friendliness and warmth. Plus the style of the salon is feminine and girly, a fun place to spend some time. Took the grand daughters for manicures yesterday, age 5 and 12. My 5 year old was treated like a princess and she had a great time. This is a major accomplishment as she is prone to nuclear meltdowns, and her manicurist was nothing short of fantastic. At the end they gave my girls flowers too. Best part of all? Updating my review... Unfortunately, I do have to say this place is not the same. A few of the ladies are the same, but new owner and a lot of new staff. Its just not the same and I'm sad. I'm not sure if they changed brands or what, but my gel manicures no longer last. Gel lifts and chips within a week when they used to last for 3 weeks. I came here with a girlfriend to get a mani and pedi. I had never been to this salon before, as I just moved back to the area. The interior was beautifully decorated and we were greeted by the friendly ladies who work there. My issues are with the quality of my manicure and pedicure. First, my gel manicure isn't what I expected for $33. I could have probably done a better job myself, which I do a lot of the time, but wanted the experience of going out to get it done. There is polish over my cuticles and over my finger skin next to the nail. The polish will start to lift within days when it is polished over the cuticle like this, as I know from experience. As for my pedicure, the polish was just unevenly painted at the bottom of the nail, and there was a very very short, almost nonexistent foot massage as part of the pedicure, which is usually my favorite part. I really loved the vibe and ambiance of this salon and was hoping for a good experience; however, due to the underwhelming quality of the services, I won't be coming back. read more

I didn't really want to bother with this review but since it's taking more than a month to heal and I vastly overpaid, I am finally irked enough to write it. I had a pedicure with all the bells and whistles. I get callus remover and paraffin wax because I have calluses. That's kind of the point. I guess she was really stressed out about the state of my calluses that she scrubbed a hole into my foot. She wouldn't have stopped when she did but I told her she was hurting me. That's when we both looked down and saw I was bleeding. She gave a sheepish "sorry" and got offended when I asked what substance she was applying to cut. She never answered. I think it was just antiseptic. No further apology. No acknowledgement. No discount. Nothing. The first photo was the day I got the pedi-Jan 28. I couldn't wear half my shoes for three weeks and it's still bruised, the last picture is today. Not pictured is the gel manicure that chipped in a week. I'm giving one star because they were friendly in general but I like wearing my shoes, so I doubt I will go back. read more

I have been coming here a few years now and really enjoy the experience! They have big, throne-like chairs to sit in and feel like royalty, the decor and music and atmosphere is friendly, and the treatments are all so relaxing! I like to get a scrub for my legs - green tea or lavender - and then hot towels wrapped around for a while, but today I came in for a simple pedicure- $22. I have been to other places in town for a little cheaper, but I mean that everything about them would be cheaper- the atmosphere, and the job done. The pedicures I get from Vibe last me months and they're not gels! I don't have to talk if I don't want to, and they offer you a drink if you want! My only thing is that it sometimes doesn't get aired out enough and it smells very strongly of polish remover, but it isn't every time I go in. Overall, this is my go to place in town! Can't believe I haven't reviewed this salon yet! This is my go to salon in Glendale/Burbank. I've been coming here pretty frequently for about 2 years now and I've never left unhappy. The women who work here are all very friendly. Arpi at the front desk is so sweet! Over the years I've had a few different people do my nails and they've all been great. Juliana is amazing at acrylic ombré nails and I had her give me a white-to-nude shimmery manicure for my wedding which I LOVED. Lilit has done a few pedicures for me (regular and gel) and I've been really happy with the result every time. I have been requesting Alenoosh for my gel manicures lately- she is always great, gives recommendations, and is also very sweet and easy to talk to. The nail salon is very clean, organized, and decorated beautifully. They use clean tools (from the wrapped blue baggies) for each client (you'd think it's common sense but unfortunately not all salons do this), fresh towels, and lined pedicure tubs. This is my go-to after work nail salon as they take reservations in advance and have great service with affordable prices! I typically will get a gel manicure with regular pedicure for about $52. If you are getting gel nail services, they don't charge for gel removal either! If they do, I think it's only around $5 or so. Parking is free in a shared lot and they have restrooms onsite. To make matters worse, I now have an infection from my last pedicure. Over the course of many years there has always been at least one tech that is aggressive with pushing back cuticles. I purchased a Groupon for a gel mani and gel pedi. I during my mani process, she fails to file my nails smoothly. Then once the gel mani is done there was a big bump on my right thumb. I asked her to fix it and she filed the bump, applied polish and let my nail looking worse than it did. She didn't even clean my cuticles properly. I have 4 nails that are breaking. The price for a gel mani and gel pedi is about $75. If this is the price they are charging and the service they are delivering, they should all be out of jobs. When I called and asked for a refund, all they could do was "come in and we will fix it." Yeah ok. She tried that once. FAIL. Don't waste your money ladies!!!!! Go somewhere else. read more

I went two weeks ago for the first time. My gel manicure looked really good and I looked forward to my new nail place. Then I went to pay and things changed. I was charged $43 for what is billed as a $33 price. Why? They charge $5 EXTRA for taking off the gel you have on. I have had my nails done many, many times and don't think I've ever paid for my nail polish removal before my manicure. I also didn't know that they charge ANOTHER $5 for matte top coat instead of shiny, even though it is no more work or expense to use one instead of the other. Neither of these were disclosed before I got the manicure, and I was stunned when they added the extra $10 to the price. I would have much rather add the $10 as a tip (I still gave them a $7 tip). I imagine others have been surprised too. As for me, I am sorry not to have a new nail place, but I am not going back. If you go to Vibe, ask about the charges in advance. read more

The place was clean and the lady who did my pedicure was nice but the experience was quite disappointing. I went on a Sunday little before 3:00 and according to Yelp said was closing at 5:00. I was the only one there to get a pedicure another girl was finishing her nails. Ok, so no massage chairs..alright but at least submerge my feet completely in water w/ no bath just water.
