The nail services are beautiful, and I always leave feeling pampered and happy with my nails. I also love the little touches like the massage chairs, warm neck wraps, and complimentary drinks. It really feels like a relaxing self-care experience rather than just getting your nails done. Omgggg Chatgpt recommended I come here for a pedicure and I am so glad it did! Appointment only! So make an appt! Cash recommended... for tip! So come prepared I was greeted with a neck warmer and escorted to a comfy massage chair. Mary was my tech and she was so kind. I am prone to ingrown nails and she fixed them all! Love her! I even see her immediately sterilize the equipment she used! The nail salon smells like a eucalyptic spa. Will definitely be coming back again read more

Probably one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a nail salon. The Owner and Manager's are consistently "entitled" and rude - even to loyal customers. NOTE: The amount of hypocrisy in the messages they respond to reviews on here is incredible. They consistently use the terminology that they "value loyalty" - yet again, if you dare to cancel an appointment (respectfully, with communication), their way of handling, it will be to punish you. So no amount of polite "up speak" or other comments can make up for the fact that this is how they actually handle loyal customers. For some reason, the ownership, which is a partnership between Patti, and her male counterpart, believe that you've committed some horrible offense if you dare to reschedule your appointment. They're one of 1000 manicure salons in Los Angeles, and they happen to be right down the street from some major Studios, so how insane is it that they find it offensive that busy folk in the entertainment industry might need to occasionally reschedule their appointment??! I've been a loyal customer for over five months, having put up with some of the rudeness and entitlement, because there was one Manicurist, who always did a decent job. I even on one occasion them brought them expensive smoothies because I happen to be grabbing one for myself... But did it stop them from being rude when three months later I needed to reschedule an appointment?! No. In fact, they acted as if I wasn't a loyal customer, and as if I had done something atrocious, like missed an appointment, without bothering to request the appropriate change. My reason for cancellation? I had had a serious medical situation come up. I even offered to pay for my missed appointment, but all I got back was that I was no longer welcome to schedule with that particular Manicurist, because her time and schedule is very important. They also then told me the only way that I could book in a future appointment would be online- so I was being punished for having a medical emergency and having the audacity to actually try to reschedule a manicure appointment! I have all the texts to prove this, if annyone out there wishes proof of this. Additionally, they lied, and said that "due to my several cancellations" - when I literally had only had ONE cancellation, five months, previous, again to due to illness. I don't know if this cruel and vindictive behavior that does not value, loyalty and kindness is because the owners are just unkind human beings, or if they're just so overwhelmed with always being shortstaffed that they've decided the only way to handle their personal upset is to take it out on loyal customers. Doesn't matter. I immediately rescheduled with an outstanding manicure salon that just opened literally five minutes from them, and so far those two appointments have been outstanding. Bel-Air Nails. But really, as we all know, there's thousands of good nail salons in Los Angeles, this is definitely not one of them. Thank you. - Kathryn B. read more

This used to be my go-to nail salon, but unfortunately things have changed since the management transition. I initially noticed issues with the regular polish, as my nails would chip the very next day. While I eventually switched to gel and didn't mind it, part of the reason I continued coming was because I live nearby and the location is convenient. What has been most disappointing is that I appear to have been blocked from calling the salon. When I try to call from my phone, the calls do not go through, but they do when I use a different phone. I have no idea why this would be the case, as I have always been polite and respectful. At my last appointment, the owner ended up fixing my nail because the salon seemed extremely short-staffed. When I first came in to have the nail repaired, I waited about 30 minutes before being told to return another day. I did not get upset or cause a scene, I simply came back as requested. Throughout my visits, I have been patient but my nails kept chipping. As a business owner myself, I understand that staffing shortages and operational challenges happen. I appreciated that they eventually fixed the nail, especially since I had experienced repeated chipping that appeared to be related to newer products being used. It's also sad to see so many of the original team members no longer there. Overall, I'm left feeling confused and disappointed by the level of service and communication, especially given my loyalty as a longtime customer. read more

This is an updated review after returning for gel removal, and a full new gel set. There is no doubt that the techs here are top tier. What sets them apart from other places is that they really care about your nail health (won't overdrill/overbuff, very careful with removals, etc). For my birthday, my friend and I decided to get our nails done together, and I thought Organic Nail House was the best place to go. Julie was my tech that day, and she was absolutely lovely. I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. Also, the owners of this place were very nice and cleared up the misunderstanding we had during my first appt. I appreciated the genuine and kind follow up from them, which means a lot to me! I do love the quality of work they do here, and they'll continue to be my go-to nail salon! read more

Organic Nail House is, hands (and feet!) down, the best nail salon experience I've ever had in the SF Valley. First and foremost, the cleanliness is exceptional--it feels immaculate and totally hygienic. They actually sanitize the entire chair between customers, which is sadly impossible to find these days! What truly sets them apart, however, is their commitment to punctuality; appointments always start on time, which is a huge time-saver and so appreciated. The atmosphere is genuinely relaxing. It's a blissfully quiet environment, with a strict "no video/speaker phone" policy, making it a true escape from the noise of daily life. They enhance the experience further by offering complimentary coffee, tea, and water AND hot shoulder compress, which is a lovely touch. Beyond the perfect environment, the services themselves are high quality and completed with true professionalism. If you're looking for quality, reliability, and a genuinely relaxing visit, this is the place. Highly recommend! Shout out to my ladies Jennifer and Gloria, for always taking great care of me and my husband! read more

Long overdue review! My daughter and I had such a nice experience at Organic Nail House. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and welcoming. They were especially sweet to my daughter, which meant a lot to me. The environment felt clean, calm, and relaxing, and we both felt comfortable the entire time. The massage chairs made it even better and helped us fully unwind. We loved the warm towels for our hands and feet. It added such a cozy, luxurious touch that made the visit feel extra special. It felt like a little mommy and me self care day. Also, cash tips are the best make sure to have that instead of using your CC. The only thing is that it is VERY expensive. It is not something we would do all the time, but if you have the extra money and it will not strain your budget, it is truly worth it for a special treat. Overall, we had a really positive experience and would go back for another special day together. read more

I love getting my pedicures here! Everyone is always welcoming and kind and you are greeted as soon as you walk in. You start by choosing your nail color before being guided to your assigned chair. Once you are seated, they offer complimentary coffee, water, or tea. The chairs are massage chairs so you can relax while getting your nails done. They can do your manicure and pedicure at the same time, which is super convenient. I recommend making an appointment online or calling the salon. Shout out to Nicole and Jenny for always going above and beyond! read more

Organic Nail House - inside - Nail Salons Near Me - Burbank, California

What happened to this place? I'm going to have to hunt for a new spot and I'm so bummed about that. The vibe has changed a lot from what it used to be- seems there is new ownership? I came back after a long nail break and today was my third and final visit. The last two appts were a little bit off, all the little things that used to make this my favorite place were hit or miss now, but today was almost insulting. The woman doing my pedicure right away seemed new and unsure about everything she was doing. Cool, I'm patient. But it wasn't really the relaxing vibe I was paying extra for- a lot of bumbling around, leaving the scrub on my legs until it started to itch, cleaning the whole basin while my legs were cold and wet instead of drying them first, stuff like that. I was really dying for some pampering today so all of that stunk, but fine. She barely took any length off my toenails despite asking her to cut them short not just file. The clipper hardly touched them. I had to ask her to go back again and she did and they are STILL longer than they should be. But the part that was insane: during my 10 minute leg "massage" (which was only 8 minutes), she was literally texting with one hand and half massaging me with the other for maybe half the time. I was staring right at her in disbelief. I should have said something but I honestly felt weird demanding she massage me better? I wanted to relax, and that would have felt so uncomfortable. At one point she was just absentmindedly scraping her fingernail up and down the bottom of my foot, totally lost in her phone. I've never experienced anything close to this here. When I paid, the woman at the desk asked how it was, and I hesitated (this woman was right next to me) but said, slowly "um... okaaaay, but" and she cut me off "great! You owe $53"- she obviously didn't care, so I decided not to bother. The polish is nice even if my toenails will have to be cut in maybe a week max. That sucks. I still tipped 15% since I usually tip 25 or 30 because they are usually that good, but now I wish I'd tipped less. Absolutely wild experience. read more

They will confront you via text if you don't tip like they want you to. I don't know who owns this place now, but they will not be in business for long with this attitude. Long time customer here. Over 2 years. Unfortunately, my last experience left a bad impression. My original appointment was deleted without notice, and I was offered a different time afterward, which was inconvenient. After the service, I also received a follow-up text reminding me about tipping. My boyfriend paid for the services for me and my mom as a gift to her for her birthday. We usually tip and I didn't realize that he hadn't tipped appropriately. That felt uncomfortable, especially since tipping is optional and something customers typically handle at checkout. They are already charging more than many nearby places. What if someone wants to support their business, but don't have extra money to tip? I dunno. I just feel like it was unprofessional. Especially to a customer that has been supporting for years. I told them I won't return. They don't care either. Edit: Owner is saying she moved my appointment because it was for 2 people. This is not correct. They pushed my appt time back without even realizing that I made one for my mom as well. This is comical at this point. But I'm low key upset that I've been giving them my money. read more

Hand model here I make money with these hands, so yes, I take finding a good manicurist really seriously! (The job as a hand model? Not so much. It's ridiculous and fun and pays great!) Sooo long story short- I recently broke up with my nail place of almost 7 years for reasons I won't bore you with. (bleeding cuticles and bad communication etc) So many people recommended Organic Nail House and I have to say - job well done! Now I know a clear polish manicure isn't exactly everyone's idea of a "fun" time but what my client wants my client gets. I upgraded to the Dream House manicure for some scrub and extra massage and my nail tech swept me away to a peaceful place of calm forearms and loose hands. So i'd say- worthwhile upgrade. My cuticles left happy and safe. I really appreciated that she took her time! I am so happy to find this spot and as Arnold famously said "i'll be back" 10|10 read more

Organic Nail House - Nail Salons Near Me - Burbank, California

Overall Rating: Solid 2 Stars Despite the salon's impressive 4.8-star rating, my experience fell far short of my expectations. Parking: There is street parking available on a busy street and also neighborhood street parking close by. Be mindful of the signs! Ambiance/Decor: It was a typical nail salon. Nothing over the top to rave about. It was much smaller inside than I expected it to be. Not all of the polishes are organic. Only a couple of the shelves of polish and the other choices were O.P.I. My Nail Service/Nail Tech: My pedicure was a complete letdown. The service was so underwhelming that it felt like something I could have easily done at home. The nail technician's lack of engagement was extremely noticeable. She only became animated when it was time for me to pay. I will say she did my cuticles and polish okay, but that's about it. My feet were still super dry, and I left feeling like I'd just thrown money down the drain even if it were just the "Little House" pedicure. Overall: Overall, for a salon with such a high rating, my experience was shockingly mediocre. The pedicure failed to deliver even the most basic expectation of leaving my feet feeling refreshed and cared for. I would have given a solid one star rating, however, the front desk employee handling the appointments was nice. I hope this review helps you decide on where to have a nice relaxing pamper day in Burbank! :) Overall Rating: Solid 2 Stars read more

I would leave zero stars if that were an option. I've been a long-time customer and have referred multiple people here, which makes this experience especially disappointing. When I recently called to book an appointment, I was told I now need to pay a deposit upfront. When I asked if this was a new policy, I was told it applies only to me because I "cancel frequently." When I asked for specific examples, I was told no records could be provided due to a recent phone system change. That's not a reasonable basis for selectively imposing a policy on a single customer. The call was then abruptly ended. When I called back to get clarification, I received the same unsupported claim, again without any documentation. For context, my appointments are simple and consistent. I've been a reliable, paying customer, so being singled out without evidence--and then dismissed when asking for clarification--is not acceptable. If there is a deposit policy, it should be clearly communicated and applied consistently to all clients. Selective enforcement without documentation raises legitimate concerns about transparency and business practices. At a minimum, I would expect accurate record-keeping and professional communication before any financial requirements are imposed. I hope the business takes this as an opportunity to review how policies are implemented and communicated, because this experience does not reflect well on customer accountability or trust. read more

I visited organic nail house for a pedicure recently only because I had a very good first experience a couple of months ago with Liz. This last time is unfortunately the last time I will be coming here. I got a dream house pedicure and was pretty disappointed. This pedicure costs $52, so I would expect it to be perfect. The massage was the only decent thing about it, and that was just okay. The nail tech was not thorough at all in any of the other components of the pedicure and did not listen to my requests in terms of nail shape and length. At the end of the visit when it was time to pay, the lady at the front who was taking my payment, asked how everything was. I told her I wasn't really happy because the polish was sloppy and there was polish over the skin and cuticles. She did ask if I wanted to have it fixed, but I was on a tight schedule and it was just an awkward experience. She then asked how I would like to leave gratuity; cash or card. This was very upsetting, as I had just told her I was not satisfied with the services. Please stop expecting gratuity for sub par services. Especially since you're already charging an outrageous price. This is just wrong. I feel that I could've done a better job myself. Do not recommend! read more

I had the most Godly nail experience ever at Organic Nail House. The tech connected to me on a cosmic level. They seat you on a throne, then take you to another world of nail heaven. Sad to update my review but here it is. We've been coming here for a few years, always pleased with the service and staff. About three weeks ago I texted as I always did, asking if they had an available appointment for (2) pedicures 2 weeks away on a Sunday at 11:30. The answer was no, we have something at 9:30. I'm like wow, you're already booked two weeks from now? The response: the 9:30 was taken just now. I texted, just to be clear you have nothing at 11:30, you had something at 9:30 but now that's gone and we are talking two weeks from now? Oh, they texted back yes we have something for (2) pedicures on said date. Wth? Ok I texted we'll take it. We arrive, it's my sister and I always for years now, and they're super busy, they'll have to put one of us at one end of the salon the other at the other end. Ok, whatever, but it's a first. In the past almost immediately after I sit a super nice lady comes over and asks if I'd like a neck warmer. This time it's a guy I've never seen before and it's near the end of my pedi when he walks up and asks if I'd like one? Ok sure. I'm wondering who is this guy? When I sat down I told my technician I have a full card and would like to use it for callous removal. Sure, she says and I take my card out. When we are through I hand her the card and a tip. When we go to pay (my sister is treating me ). He gives her a total with callous removal which was about $18 more. Oh, I said I used my full punch card for that didn't she give you the card? We'll have to confirm that he said. Awkward and rude tbh. No, I'm lying I wanted to say. Long story short, we moved further away and had decided we'd keep coming to ONH because we've been so pleased. Apparently the shop has been sold and the new owners aren't practitioners of excellent customer service so we'll find a place closer to home. read more

I've been searching for a nail salon I love, and this one had the highest Yelp rating. It's appointment-only and time slots usually fill up days in advance, so you have to call ahead. The first time I went was a lovely experience. I was offered water and a neck-warming heating pad, and the salon was meant to be quiet, relaxing and serene... no loud music, talking or calls. I liked the screens playing HGTV shows so that you can just zone out. The second time I went, I asked for a chrome gel mani. I don't think my nail tech knew how to do chrome, as she asked a few people before confirming with me that she could. She then told me that I had to pick the base color (I don't know.. whatever makes the chrome work?). We tried a few together before it seemed like white would bring out the shiny blue the best. She messed up a few times and had to start over, and I was in the salon for over 2.5 hours when I had to go back to work. I know that people have to learn, but there was no apology and I just wish she'd told me that she didn't know how to do chrome nails, or recommended someone who could. The color started to chip off within a few days, which was disappointing because these weren't cheap. I took this picture about a week and a half after my visit. I decided not to return... I'll keep looking! read more

There has been an ownership change and the place has lost some of its sparkle. Newer techs are pleasant but not exceptional enough to warrant the prices. Exceptional service in a tranquil & immaculate setting! Love Organic Nail House and all the fabulous nail technicians. I have been a client for a few yeas now and they are simply the best and never disappoint. Service is pampering, consistent & super clean. My nails look great & my manicures & pedicures last longer than anywhere else I have been. I love the over all vibe of this place.(I believe there is a no cell phone policy - which I love) On arrival you are warmly welcomed and shown to your chair. Upon sitting down you are graciously offered a beverage. My daughter and I always go for the camomile tea which is delicious and enhances the spa vibe. There are several new edition magazines and there is 1 tv (usually on silent or very quiet mode) I catch glimpses occasionally bc it's usually on HGTV or similar channel. All in all coming here is such a treat. Plus It so nice to be able to unwind and truly enjoy your nail services in peace. It is always so tranquil and your never subjected to hearing another person loud cell conversations or technicians talking. Additionally, all the technicians are always so caring, clean and gentle (esp with my younger daughter whom occasionally suffers from ingrown toenails) They always take excellent care of us both and never skimp or rush even on a child. Lastly, the bathrooms are immaculate with fresh clean linens to dry your hands. It's a lovely touch and I appreciate the cleanliness. I do not reviews often, but I had to today because Organic Nail House is truly is the best nail spa! But call for an appointment before you go because they do book out (and that is bc they do not rush you through your services) but when you can get an appointment you will see it is well worth the wait! I'm definitely coming back again for a pedicure with her, along with the callus treatment. As for the manicure, it was okay.. she asked me to pay before doing my nail color that really thrown me off because I never experience having someone to ask me to pay up first before doing the color my nails but I figured maybe she don't want my nail to mess up but I'll definitely give it another chance for manicure. read more

I've been a loyal customer for over five years, and it used to be one of those rare places that truly had heart. I looked forward to every visit--not just for the service, but for the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the people who made it feel special. The former receptionist was exceptional--gracious, attentive, and made every guest feel genuinely seen and appreciated. It was the small but thoughtful touches that set this place apart: a hot beverage offered to every client, curated TV programming that created a calm environment, a warm neck wrap, and above all, a sense of human connection. That experience is gone. Change of ownership I believe. Over my last two visits, the shift has been impossible to ignore. Service has declined, the environment feels cold and transactional, and the new receptionist--unfortunately--lacks even the basics of customer service. A serious training in hospitality and client care would be a good start for her. It's disappointing and so sad to see such a meaningful experience reduced to something so forgettable and overpriced for what you get (or rather no longer get). I won't be returning. read more

Horrible service and very overpriced! I would give this negative stars if I could. Amazing service, very fair pricing, very clean salon with detail oriented technicians.

My favorite nail salon, by far. I'm very sensitive to smells and it doesn't smell like a salon in here AT ALL. Very well ventilated, very clean, very quiet and every nail tech has been very professional and kind. They have Spiritual, which is a vegan, cruelty-free and 12-free brand of color. Also tons of OPI! Their color selection shelves are always very neat, organized and clean. They take good care of their space here. Their prices are great - $25 for a basic pedicure at the time of writing (May 2023), and so many nice extra services that you can add on to that if you want to make it a truly indulgent spa day. They have a clean, spacious bathroom. Pretty much always some house-based tv programming on the TV - renovation, hunting or just plain educational touring - but with the sound off so you can chill. This is a very sensory-friendly place for me. It's easy to make an appointment on the phone and usually we have no trouble calling in the day before for a weekday appt. Weekend appointments may need a little more lead time. read more

This was the most relaxing mani / pedi experience I've had so far - the 5 star rating is well deserved. I've actually had this bookmarked for years due to its ratings so I was excited to finally get to try it out. Appointment only so I called about a month in advance. Street parking is fairly easy. Surprise bonus: it's pretty close to Porto's, incase you've got a craving before/after... The place itself is small, simple, and the experience was soooo zen. Quiet inside with big screens playing renovation shows. They are very punctual, I started exactly on time and ended at the exact minute my service was complete. Bought the dream house combo as a self-care gift to myself for my birthday and it was great! This included a regular mani / pedi, scrub, lotion, massage. In addition to an incredibly relaxing session, each chair is its own massage chair you have control over AND they bring you a heated neck pillow. Super relaxing, so much so I almost fell asleep. Also received a complimentary water, tea, or coffee. Honestly the price point was very reasonable and for being my first since before the pandemic, it was so worth it. It's now 1.5 weeks later and everything still looks perfect. Will definitely be returning, even moreso after discovering they have a punch card perk! Didn't catch the woman's name for my mani but had Lucy for my pedi, both were awesome. It was the perfect Friday after a work week self-care activity. Highly recommend :) thank you! read more

Honest review: Today was my first time at this nail salon. Still in search for a good reliable nail salon in the area. Unfortunately I would give this place a mediocre review. Pros: they give you a nice heat pack in your neck. Smells amazing. They use few organic products during your service. They generously use their hot towels. They give you water as well. The ladies are pretty polite. Cons: my mani lady nicked 3 of my fingers causing it to bleed. Okay, i would understand if it's just once, but 3 times ?! She didn't apologize either. They also only use some organic products, but the polish is still the same as where you'd see anywhere else. Based on my experience having been to many different salons, I can tell the ladies who serviced me were not very experienced. Their technique is nothing special With that being said is it worth $82 for gel mani and regular pedi? I don't think so. Definitely not with them Charging extra $22 for gel nails. I would come back for just the pedi tho. Also they charge you $2 for using credit card... read more

Finally a nail salon that provides quality. I'm tired of going to salons where I made an appointment and then everything is going good then a walk-in comes in and the technician hurries up to finish. I just moved to Burbank and I was looking for a new nail salon to go to that was walking distance. I saw the amount of reviews so I decided to come and check what the hype was about. They only do appointments and your slot is your slot. It is consistent and the same amount of time given to you each appointment. I recommend getting the home sweet home. You get to choose two additional services. I usually do the paraffin, scrub, and I add the callus removal. All the ladies that work there are very good. I usually get anxious when nail techs are cutting my nails but at organic nail house they are very careful and don't rush so you can rest assured you want get cut. Prices are on the higher end than other salons, but you really get what you pay for. And if you want quality and be spoiled I recommend coming here. read more
