Kimmy took so so so much time making my hard gel nails properly shaped from ANOTHER Salon, so that they didn't break and just look gorgeous and healthy and did so much cuticle oil and just so lovely and I feel so feminine and pretty! they just look like a proper gorgeous manicure so much time we spent with care. I've visited this salon a few times. The pricing is fair, and they do take their time, which I appreciate. That said, the overall experience wasn't very welcoming. When I come in for services, I expect to feel greeted and comfortable discussing what I'd like done. Instead, communication felt unclear and I didn't really get that "spa" feeling I was hoping for, especially for a special occasion. Overall, you do get good results for the price, but next time I'll probably go somewhere with a more professional, client-focused atmosphere. For reference I had gel x removed and gel polish on my hands. For my feel French tip with gel polish. $120 read more

Been coming here for a long time and always have a great experience usually getting a pedicure. Nice relaxing atmosphere with updated massage chairs that always work. They have many different services as well. My wife has been coming here even longer and refuses to go anywhere else. Everyone that works here is always attentive and nice. read more

I've been to this nail salon twice already and they've done an amazing job both times. The other reviews are accurate, they do pay attention to detail and take care of your nails nicely. My acrylic nails have lasted me over a month with no lifts! Pedicures are done so beautifully and they really pay attention. I would definitely visit again. read more

I have been a long term client. As a business owner, I understand times are tough. However to be charged 15.00 to remove the powder they put on themselves 2 weeks ago? because they don't have a technician to do dip on nails and I am doing gel instead . I tried to reason with the young lady. Telling her it did not make sense. I was a regular customer and they were losing business. It had no impact on her . She wanted those extra 15.00 dollars. read more

I'm giving this place 5 stars because from the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. I saw Peters work on Yelp and I immediately fell in love and had to have him do my nails. Peter is a perfectionist which makes sense based on the pics I saw of his work. He took his time yet was quick and did a beautiful job on my nails. The salon is nice and clean and it felt refreshing to be in there. Kim did my pedicure. I got the Luxury pedicure package and I just have to say she did an awesome clean up job and has great hands for massage. I will be coming back here again and again as I finally feel like I got the best attention and They did an awesome job on me today! The prices are reasonable and comparable. I previously gave this salon 5 stars based on how amazing Peter was doing on my nails. Hence my photo from Halloween. I got so many compliments. However this past time I went for Christmas themed nails and he kept saying he can't do any designs. Shocking when he did so well for my Halloween nails. I got the vibe he just didn't want to do them since i know he has talent. Thought I found my forever nail salon but since he "can't do designs" then okkkayy never mind. I even showed him a simple green triangle with some Rhine stones and he still said he can't !!! Definitely confused ??? Since he couldn't do the Christmas designs, i decided to just get glitter nails. He didn't put a base color underneath for whatever reason so my nails are like uneven colored. The thumb was thicker but you can see how the other nails are kind of see through. Not worth $70 bucks that i paid. read more

I have been coming here to see Peter a few different times because of how nice his work is but I regret it every time because of how BADLY my nails end up damaged when I take off a set. I always appreciated how fast he was at getting me out the door but I realized, the fast work is what's causing so much damage. I will not be coming here ever again and I hope that he improves on proper nail prep. Not to mention everyone loves a good nail set that doesn't lift but Peter must be using cement glue. Because no matter how long I soak, they do NOT come off. read more

Might be a new favorite for me. I stumbled upon this place on yelp when searching for a salon that would be open late. They close at 8pm! The guy working on my nails did an extremely thorough job and took his time even though I was the last customer of the day. When I mentioned my nails were sensitive, he took great care removing old gel and it didn't hurt at all. Also the place is gorgeous, very clean & nicely designed/decorated. Everyone seemed pleasant and I will for sure return. Street parking was relatively easy even on Friday night. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! What a disappointment! Came here and everything was going fine but then half way through my mani pedi they stopped to do another persons nails! No explanation at all! When I asked they said I had to wait another 20 mins (which would have been an hour) for them to finish. I'm blown away. I won't be returning. read more

Came in here today with my boyfriend expecting a spa experience, instead we encountered a bunch of crackling chickens, a group of women with the ring leader yelling across room asking everyone if they knew Kendra & yelling about how she had been hospitalized! I can't believe today was my first time here considering I have lived only blocks away for the past year! They did an amazing job & showed that they truly care for their customers. What has been most disappointing is that I appear to have been blocked from calling the salon. When I try to call from my phone, the calls do not go through, but they do when I use a different phone. I have no idea why this would be the case, as I have always been polite and respectful. At my last appointment, the owner ended up fixing my nail because the salon seemed extremely short-staffed. When I first came in to have the nail repaired, I waited about 30 minutes before being told to return another day. I did not get upset or cause a scene, I simply came back as requested. Throughout my visits, I have been patient but my nails kept chipping. As a business owner myself, I understand that staffing shortages and operational challenges happen. I appreciated that they eventually fixed the nail, especially since I had experienced repeated chipping that appeared to be related to newer products being used. It's also sad to see so many of the original team members no longer there. Overall, I'm left feeling confused and disappointed by the level of service and communication, especially given my loyalty as a longtime customer.

*One positive note: the inside is beautiful and clean.

Omg I'm SO glad I did. Elizabeth did my brows and she was amazing. I'm definitely claiming her as my new brow lady. Marine and the rest of the ladies are so sweet and so is her mom? (I think it was her mom) who did my gel pedicure which came out well. Overall, I love supporting small local businesses, so I'm hoping that this can be my new go-to spot!

First and last time .The nail tech was very…read morenice, but my Gel X nails started falling off the second day, and the pinky nail came off less than a week later. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability. I came in at 5:20 PM and didn't leave until 7:15 PM, The older lady who did my pedicure also seemed rushed, cut me during the service, and overall it wasn't relaxing at all. I paid $150 total for both services, so I really expected better work and more attention to detail. I think the salon should make sure technicians are properly trained and that the quality matches the prices being charged. No one has time to go back to fix things
