I believe I found my new nail place. This journey was a long one because not every nail place does a great job but here you can find someone who does. I like that with their pedicure choices, they also come with gel and/or regular polish included. When they are doing your pedicures and scrubbing your feet, they use this professional electric device that gets all that crud off of there!! it's impressive lol. They have a ton of nail color suggestions however they may not always have the exact gel color that you might be looking for so I recommend bringing your own polish at times. If you ever have a nail that is chipping or looks like it's going to break make sure to call and they will get it fixed in no time. I think I already found my favorite nail tech so far, and I can't share who it is because then they may not be available when I need them lol. But just know that I'll be back. Thank you M Nails!!
Highly disappointed in this salon. I came in the day before leaving for a big business trip that I needed my nails to look nice for. I got a gel manicure and paid extra for chrome. Not even 24 hours later, the chrome was just peeling off. The photo below is on the airplane to my trip the day after getting my nails done. I've never had this happen before so I called the next day to see if I could get a refund or at least a partial refund. The person on the phone was very rude and insisted that it is their policy to not to refunds and that I could come in and get my nails fixed. The issue is that I was already in Boston and was going to be there all week. And I didn't need my nails done when I got home, I needed them to be nice for my trip. The person kept saying they can't refund me because they spent time on me they can't get back. But what about my time? I spent good money to have my nails look nice and it wasn't a close nail salon - I drove extra because based on their reviews I thought they could do a good job. Now I'm out like $75 after tip and had to get my nails redone on the east coast. A note to the owner: I can understand having a strict refund policy. When it comes to nails, I'm sure people would abuse a lenient refund policy. But in my case, I offered proof of my severely messed up nails AND proof that I was no longer in LA. Those things should have allowed for at least a partial refund. Then if I wanted to give your salon another chance it would have been my choice. Also the person (I believe it was a man) who answered the phone and said he was a manager should not be talking to customers. He had absolutely no sympathy for my situation and offered no resolution. Again, me coming back to get my nails fixed now that I'm back in town does nothing for me. I needed them to look nice last week and that's what I paid for. If you're thinking of going here, I'd reconsider. Or at least make sure you'll be in town for when your nails get messed up.
Great nail salon! Called and booked an appointment for pedicure plus kids pedicure and they got us in the same day. Salon itself is super clean with the nice massage chairs. Staff is very friendly and helpful with great service. Highly recommend!
I went to M Nails Studio for my wedding manicure and they did an amazing job. My nail tech was Jackson and he took such care to make sure my nails were perfect for my special day. I highly recommend M Nails if you're looking to get a manicure for your wedding! They were the best!
I needed a little me time and being disappointed from the place that I got my nails done I decided to try this place out. I was a walk-in for a mani and pedi and waited maybe five minutes as they were busy. They sat me down and offered me water and gave me a catalog to choose my color. Once the girl sat down to work on me, I have to add that I came in with really bad nails, some were short with left over nail polish from previous and she looked at my nails and said she would make them round and she got to work. She did mentioned some nails were a bit too short but she made it work. Once done she worked on my pedicure and made my feet look pretty. Jade did a wonderful job on both my hands and feet and I believe I will be back. Thank you.
I called at noon for a builder gel manicure and regular pedicure, they were friendly and organized and said to arrive at 1. I arrived and the shop was cute and quite so relaxing. They thought I asked for a regular manicure so it seemed like a little rush to get the hard gel. I brought my own polish for my pedicure and was charged extra. I chose cat eye for my nails and am not entirely happy with the way they turned out... a little 80s figure skating instead of cute playing with the light. I am writing this negative review overall because of the lack of attention to detail and sub par service. For the pedicure- everything was perfect except the fact that I asked for a base coat in a specific color and for the color I brought to be used as a top coat- forgotten or disregarded, who knows. As for my manicure, I normally get a hard gel/builder gel set and I am deeply disappointed in this one. My nails feel like corn chips because the builder gel went on so thick- and I have tiny nails. The worst part of this experience is that I still have so many mini cuts along my cuticle line from where I was cut and bleeding. I wanted this place to work as it is so close to me, but $145 to have cuts on my cuticles, leftover nail polish on my skin, and my requests to be ignored is crazy.
Martin was incredible! My nails were a real mess and he made them look brand new. He's meticulous and very detail oriented. The best!
I was very pleased with the service from start to finish. The salon was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. Kim made sure I was happy every step of the way, and my nails turned out beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Kim!
On goes my search for a nail place! M Nails has gelx nails, their own parking lot, and a call day of or walk in. I came in for a gel pedi and mani, where they were timely and more affordable than other places in the area. The staff seem like peers and younger crowd which helps, & they thanked me coming in with a cute little cuticle nail oil, which is appreciated and will be useful for me :) The vibe was relaxed and much more a place I can lay back in, where I hope to go do again soon.
I had the best experience at M Nails today! I spend all week on my feet and I rarely get to feel pampered. I researched a lot of salons in the area to find the best quality pedicure (at a good price) and I'm so glad I went with this place. I chose the Signature Pedicure and added on paraffin wax so I could really treat myself. I included a picture-- look how decadent that service cart is! Heidi was my nail tech and she did such a thorough, fabulous job. She wasn't just going through the motions, but carefully worked on my toes to make them as pretty and perfect as possible. She was so gentle, I could barely feel her working on me as I relaxed in the massage chair. The package even includes the gel polish-- something I didn't see listed on other salon's websites. I left feeling like a new person. I smell so incredibly good now, too! I'm almost kinda sad gel lasts so long, I can't wait to go back and see Heidi again!

And the staff always find me well providing the greatest unsettling most pleasant service I have received and o got my nails done in so many places around the world and the USA. I've been going to the same nail salon for as long as I can remember, but I recently decided to try M Nails, a newly opened salon not too far from where I live--and I'm so glad I did! From the moment I sat in Martin's chair, he was incredibly kind, attentive, and detail-oriented. You can truly see the care he puts into his work, and the quality speaks for itself. He takes his time and makes sure everything looks perfect. Hands down, I have officially found my new nail place! The entire staff at M Nails is welcoming and kind, and the quality of their work is amazing. 10/10 recommend! Thank you, Martin, for always taking such great care of me. I got lucky discovering M Nails Studio and finding Martin. My first visit was toward the end of last year, and I took a chance based on their already stellar reviews -- I'm really glad I did. Martin does my nails, and he's always kind, professional, and somehow manages to bring my random little nail ideas to life. One thing I really appreciate is how open he is to feedback. You never know how a nail tech will take it when you want to tweak something, but Martin always listens and makes adjustments without making it uncomfortable. That's huge for me because it makes the whole experience feel easy and respectful. The whole team is attentive too. They've offered me water every visit, and sometimes even snacks while I'm there. It's those small touches that make the place feel welcoming. The spa chairs are a hit btw, and I also love the mini hand/foot massage at the end. It's such a nice extra. Yen does my pedicures, and she's wonderful too. She's thorough, gentle, and consistently does a great job. I know gel nails with designs can get expensive fast, but M Nails Studio has been really fair with pricing, especially for the quality and detail. This was my 4th visit to this place, unfortunately it wasn't a good experience this time around. When I first got there my best friend and I were walk ins, they took us right away which is awesome and I was asked what design I wanted showed them the picture pretty simple. They asked me to pick a color I don't understand why they ask that if I'm showing u the picture with the color, I picked it was to light, asked for a darker one they did with the lighting I could really see. Now the actual service was getting my nails done with one guy,next thing u know a girl asks to sit next to him, (fellow co worker) they are chit chatting the whole time. I'm uncomfortable because it honestly i feel like there is no real attention to what they are doing. Then the girl does one pinky looks good, then she does all the other ones super fast, she wasn't even my nail tech she was the co worker that sat next to my nail tech to chit chat. You can see how the dots are spaced out weird and one pinky even has a half a dot at the end. Also the color is completely off. I was so overwhelmed by the situation I wanted to get out. Having to people talking about stuff right in front of u is so awkward. this terrible nail set was also 90$ and the chrome is already coming off its been 4 days. Will not be returning. And even if they said I can come back to get a redo why would I when they made it so uncomfortable. read more

First when I walked in, receptionist welcome me and walk me through nail station. She is also provided a bottle of water. The guys did my nail really listen to what I wants and focus on detail. I highly recommend this place read more

I got a gel manicure done here a little over a month ago, and while the nails turned out fine the service felt very rushed. The polish is now long gone but left behind are the marks from over filing by my cuticles. Probably better to go when it is less busy. I posted this to Google reviews as well, but it looks like that review has been removed so I wanted to make sure it was up somewhere. The semicirlces filed into my nails have grown out about halfway now. read more

I love this salon! Kim did my nails and did a fantastic job! She was super kind! The salon was very clean and as soon as I got there for my appointment I was seated and offered water, I really appreciated that. But the main thing is that Kim SLAYED with my nails!
