She has never failed me. Every single appointment, she executes my nails beautifully, no matter the design, color, or style I ask for. Her attention to detail, precision, and consistency are unmatched. I can always trust that I'll leave loving my nails, and I receive compliments on them everywhere I go. What I do know is that the interactions I had were with women that barely cracked a smile, and could have cared less about quality service. And now, 2 days after getting a GEL manicure two of my nails are chipped. The manicure was garbage. The tech didn't clean under my nails. The filing is uneven. Polish is thick. And now its chipping. I paid $60 for garbage. 1 star for a decent pedicure. Not great. But decent.

Girl doing my pedicure looked 18, and basically painted my whole toe then went back and removed polish from around the nail? Which is completely obvious on my nails. Had her hair down and had strings of hair getting in polish while she's painting , and on my feet. Lilit and the staff never fail me. I tend to come in with a few broken nails, they always fix it & make them pretty again! I've tried Gel x to grow my nails out, that was awesome too! Hard gel is my go to, since I always break my nails we're back on the journey to grow them back again. Love the music, everyone's energy & vibes. Julie did my mani today, and she gave me the best hand, arm, and shoulder massage I've ever had. I had the luxury pedicure for the first time, and it was worth every penny of $85. Callus remover... After being ignored for 30 minutes, I walked out, and was amazed that they cancelled my appointment on the app within a minute of me walking out the door. Not sure if they were trying to encourage me to leave and then prevent me from leaving a review but it was an extremely uncomfortable experience. If you don't want to service subscription appointments then get off the platform.
