I called before coming in because I had never been here and specifically asked if they do Russian Gel-X and Russian pedicures, including cleaning and cutting the cuticles. I was told "yes we do Russian gel x and pedicure and that there is no extra charge" Unfortunately, once I got there, my cuticles were not properly cleaned, and when I asked for it before the Gel-X was applied, I was told it would be an extra $10. That was frustrating because it was the exact thing I had confirmed over the phone. It felt like he had told me that just so I come. No disrespect at all to the practitioners -- they were all very kind. I just wish I had been told upfront that they don't specialize in a true Russian manicure/pedicure, because I would have spent my money somewhere else that does it the way I'm used to. read more

I've been coming to Jenny's Nails for a long time, and unfortunately, after being a loyal customer, I've decided I won't be returning. Initially, I had good experiences here, but over the past five months I've noticed a significant decline in both the quality of the nails and the overall service. During one of my regular manicure and pedicure appointments, I was asked to wait and have each service done separately, which was not the experience I had typically received here. My most recent experience was what ultimately made me decide to find another salon. I was placed with a newer nail technician, and afterward, I was coming back seemingly every other day to have a broken or damaged nail repaired. It became almost unbelievable. By the time my normal two-week fill appointment came around, I barely needed a fill because most of my acrylic nails had already been individually repaired. Unfortunately, this also wasn't the first time I've experienced issues with the quality of my nails here. I continued coming back because I had been a longtime customer and hoped things would improve, but they haven't. I'm disappointed to say Jenny's Nails has lost a loyal customer. I gave them several opportunities, but this last experience was the final one for me. read more

Got a man/ped here for a special event we're in town for. Shop is located on Riverside, and I was able to park right in front of the shop, along the street. Pricing was reasonable, and they did a good job on my man/ped, plus I added the extra massage, which is always a good treat! read more

(1 out of 5 stars) I really dislike leaving one-star reviews, but this place absolutely earned it. Jenny is, without exaggeration, one of the rudest business owners I've ever encountered. I walked in hoping to get multiple services (a gel mani-pedi) and was surprised to find her on a personal phone call while working on another client. I patiently waited for her to finish, and only then did she finally acknowledge me -- with zero warmth or professionalism. Despite the large sign outside proudly declaring "WALK-INS WELCOME," she told me she had no availability and suggested I come back later or the next day. If you don't accept walk-ins, just say so -- or take the sign down. She seemed completely uninterested in helping a new customer or offering any alternative. With so many nail salons in the Valley, I was shocked at how entitled and dismissive her attitude was -- as if she's the only option around. As someone who makes an effort to support local small businesses, I was really disappointed. This place makes it clear they don't value new clients, and frankly, act like they don't need your business at all. Save yourself the time and frustration -- there are much better, friendlier salons out there that will actually welcome you. read more

I've been going to Jenny's Nails on/off for at least a 3-4 years now. And I say on/off b/c I travel for work and I was out of town for most of 2024 & the first half of 2025. After returning consistently since last year, I could not be happier I'm able to come more frequently now! Firstly, they're very accommodating with scheduling, which is super important for me and my schedule. I use Tami for my toes and she's genius! I was experiencing some issues with my big toe nails and she completely corrected it! I've had no issue since! Jenny does my nails and she's AMAZING. Not only does she know what she's doing (and can do it all!), but she also works very efficiently without sacrificing quality! Honest to God the best nail and I'm never disappointed! read more
