I came in as a walk-in! I asked really quick if they had time for a pedicure they said yes I picked out what color I wanted to get while I was doing that they were setting up the spa chair for the pedicure! Very relaxing environment they have instrumental music playing in the background and then interior is very calming. If I had more time I would've gotten a manicure done as well the Location is a great spot have a lot of parking and the prices are very reasonable but most likely stop by again before heading to work (:

Amazing place! 10/10 would recommend they clean your nails to the MAX. I've never had my cuticles cut because many other salons do not offer that but this place offers everything. They clean your nails and gives them a good shape. I go in and ask for a color and leave the rest to their hands because every time they do an amazing job. I'm able to just relax and I don't worry about cuts or anything like that. An amazing experience for a great price. As a college student affording getting my nails for a good service can be hard but this place is GOLD! Amazing PRICES !!!! And AMAZING service.

Thank you for taking care of me even when I walk in unexpectedly. I usally phone my appointment in to make sure I avoid wait times. This past Saturday I happen to visit as a walk-in and it was busy. Luckily the staff knows me so they were able to assist me with my much needed pedicure. They always do a great job even under pressure my pedis are always on point. read more

Paul and Lily were phenomenal. Paul was very gentle with my nails as they were very sensitive due to the shaving down the past few months. They were kind and made sure I was comfortable my whole stay. I don't live in the area but will definitely come back here when I visit my friends in the valley. read more

I have been coming to Queen Nails since returning to the valley. The owners are wonderful people: friendly, kind, and extremely hard working. The salon is always spotless, and they apply great care to this aspect. As far as their pricing goes, I believe that they undercharge for their services, and I've told them this several times. (I try to make up for the difference in a robust tip.) Please give Queen Nails a try. Supporting small, local businesses is important for the community, but the salon is a pleasure to visit, regardless. read more

This is the closest nail salon to my front door, so of course I had to give it a try! My nail tech was Phong Vuong and he was great - gave me a very pampering experience, and my toes look perfect. He also asked me what I wanted him to do with my cuticles (i.e. either cut them or push them back), which I appreciated very much because so many techs don't ask anymore. This is really a 3.5 star review. But since that's not an option, I did 4. Pro: very nice people working there; my pedicure looks great and has lasted well so far; reasonably priced Con: my gel manicure lasted a week (in the past they usually last 2-3 weeks minimum) before it started chipping and coming off; I had more cuticle tears and hang nails after my manicure than I've ever had before (not sure if they were cut to short or if the gel machine was set too high and weakened the skin) Basically, if I just want a pedicure I'd happily go again. They are very close to where I live. But definitely won't return for gels. Which means during summer I'll be going elsewhere, since I generally only do painted nails in summer and stick to clear polish or shiny buff in winter. read more

I have gone to countless nail places to find one that doesn't cost me and arm and a leg, but also doesn't cause me pain!I have never found a place that is able to give me a pedicure without hurting me! I decided to try Queen Nails as I was in the area and desperately needed a pedicure. I called about 30 minutes before and Lily said they would take me last minute for a Gel Pedicure. Once I arrived, they took me in and Lily was absolutely AMAZING! She was gentle, precise, attentive, and took time to make sure the shape of my toe nails was exactly how I wanted it! The paying process was also very smooth, they take Venmo, Zelle, Cash and there are no unreasonable charges for not paying cash! I can say I will not be going anywhere else for my pedicures!! Re-discovered Queen Nails today and found out the shop is under new management...SO glad I did! I'm very particular about who I choose to regularly do my nails and I was searching for a new place - until today! Lily and Fa (sorry, not sure of spelling!) were fantastic - they took their time to make sure my hand and feet were cleaned properly and when it came time to add color they did so with precision and care, building up the color rather than quickly throwing a couple layers on. Once I was done and about to leave they kept looking over their work to make sure my gel mani and polish pedi were as flawless as possible. All in all an enjoyable experience, I will be back! The young lady, Ana who did my pedicure was very good. On the other hand 2 older female workers were talking so loud in their language with hands up the air, don't speak the language but you know arguing in any language. Not a nice experience at all. I come here every 2 weeks to see Vivi. She's been doing my nails for about 6 years now. She does THE BEST manicures. My nails always look clean and she never cuts me. All my gfs come here for here too. The prices are affordable and there are a lot of gel polish colors to choose from. read more

So she proceeded to do them all over while in her phone it hurt so bad way different then Yhe other times but I thought i just need to suck it up. It took her like a half hour which is the time of a touch up- she kept telling me to make sure i come back for The touch up and wehen I need to return by. A day or 2 later my eyebrows were bright red, swollen and hurt- i sent her pictures- she said oh that's normal. I told her that is not normal- she again reminded me to come in for the touch up- so when the date came i called her and told her I'm not coming in while there still red and swollen and i mean it was like someone drew in red pencil around and in my eyebrow. She said oh it will be Fine in 2 weeks and she gave me a date to return which I did she said its normal and proceeded to go over them i also got microblading and shading. There was no shading this time it hurt even worse I said I Cant do it. She was so rude could've cared less about me all she cared about was that I pay again when i didn't need to. A year later And I'm still suffering i get these boils and Pimples on my eyebrows and are so painful until they pop. My eye brows are still Red oh and btw she changed the shape so she tried to color over the red but that was red as well. Its been a horrifying experience that will take years to get over..

At my most recent appointment, I was unfortunately about 20 minutes late. I did call ahead to let them know, and I completely understand that being late impacts scheduling. I take full responsibility for that and truly respect everyone's time. That said, when I arrived, I felt that my wax specialist's demeanor was noticeably rushed and cold compared to my past visits. She let me know she wouldn't be able to complete all of the services due to my lateness, which I understood. I was then passed to another specialist who ended up being great and very kind. What stood out to me was the difference in energy...during my service things felt tense and short, yet I could hear her being very giddy and talkative with her next client. It just made me feel a bit uncomfortable and unwelcome, especially since I already felt bad about being late. I've had many good experiences here over the years, so this was just an unfortunate first negative one. I believe in accountability, but I also value professionalism and kindness, even when things don't go perfectly. I hope this was just an off day.

Cheated n wasted of money..my mom paid 30 bucks to Judy but regular is 21 bucks only that she didnt said..She (Judy) let my mom to seat on the massage chair n later got charged 27 bucks for mani n pedi. vERY bad done..after 2 days nail polish gone n saw crooked nails n not equal trim. I think better go to other nail shop or salon that has good service n make ur nails really clean n trim equally and teat u right w/ honesty. Also they dont have this pad that makes ur nail shiny n smooth n more prettier when nail polish put on. Lei Lei did a fantastic job on my pedicure! This salon is such a good find! She had so much attention to detail and they were playing Friends on the TV and bumping Beyoncé so I don't know what more you can ask for! Plus, the price was very reasonable. Honestly I would've paid more. read more
