What sets them apart from other places is that they really care about your nail health (won't overdrill/overbuff, very careful with removals, etc). For my birthday, my friend and I decided to get our nails done together, and I thought Organic Nail House was the best place to go. Julie was my tech that day, and she was absolutely lovely. I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. While I eventually switched to gel and didn't mind it, part of the reason I continued coming was because I live nearby and the location is convenient. What has been most disappointing is that I appear to have been blocked from calling the salon. When I try to call from my phone, the calls do not go through, but they do when I use a different phone. I have no idea why this would be the case, as I have always been polite and respectful. At my last appointment, the owner ended up fixing my nail because the salon seemed extremely short-staffed. When I first came in to have the nail repaired, I waited about 30 minutes before being told to return another day. I did not get upset or cause a scene, I simply came back as requested. Throughout my visits, I have been patient but my nails kept chipping. As a business owner myself, I understand that staffing shortages and operational challenges happen. I appreciated that they eventually fixed the nail, especially since I had experienced repeated chipping that appeared to be related to newer products being used. It's also sad to see so many of the original team members no longer there. Overall, I'm left feeling confused and disappointed by the level of service and communication, especially given my loyalty as a longtime customer.

During my pedicure, the technician insisted that I needed an acrylic toenail because one of my toenails was short. I politely asked if they could simply file it instead. Instead of taking the time to explain why an acrylic nail was necessary, the technician laughed, which made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was that they handed me the nail file and expected me to file my own toenail. If I'm paying for a professional service, I shouldn't be asked to do part of the work myself. The overall attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable rather than relaxed. Good customer service is about listening to clients, explaining recommendations respectfully, and making them feel valued--not pressured or laughed at. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I hope management addresses how customers are treated.
