My special spring pedicure to prepare for a trip to Japan!! I was the last appointment tonight at 6:30pm (they close at 7pm). I wanted a nice deluxe pedicure after a long day, with a gel French tip and a cute nail design. I am grateful they still accommodated me (though I feel bad because I can tell my nail tech was a little impatient about the time since it was well past closing by the time she finished). However, she wasn't rude or anything and I appreciate them taking the time to follow through with my design. The kind manager even helped with the flower design to ensure it was just right and made sure to really secure it with nail glue for the gems. I appreciate the business ethics here and overall the design looked BEAUTIFUL!! read more

Avoid this nail salon if you want regular polish. My nails chipped within the first day. I went back to get them fixed the next day and they were very kind to help out. But then they chipped again right away. They use very cheap polish. read more

Not sure I even want to give 3 starts. When I made the appt. I made sure it was a basic manicure & pedicure. When I arrived I was asked "gel mani & pedicure right?" I said nope. Should've been clue #1. They sat me at a a chair and gave me ONE book that had 4 sheets of nail color to select from. I asked "is this for gel or natural? Is this all you have to choose from?" It's all they gave me. Sadly. The brand was a brand I've never seen before. Where was Essie. Opi ? No where in sight. It wasn't until my manicure was half way over that my pedicure started. My manicurist asked me "pay now?" I was floored. Don't we pay and TIP according to how happy we are with services? There was no chance. My pedicure - just the filing was happening. And even there I was not happy with the shape. I paid and gave a mediocre tip. What does the gentleman do? Yell out the amount. To add insult to injury. This is my manicure a week later. Days in it started to chip. I wear gloves when I wash dishes and clean. I'm careful! I've never had a manicure look this bad so quick. The polish is all over my desk. It's crumbling off. first time here and i'm impressed with the professionalism, cleanliness and kindness I experienced here. at a previous nail salon, they carelessly cut my finger and I was bleeding a lot, so there was some hesitancy on my part to return to any salon, but this place was fantastic. I asked her not to cut my proximal nail fold and she didn't try to pressure me into it, and that's a pretty big deal. I wanted to love this place because it's super close to my house but .. I did a gel-x manicure and a regular pedicure. My pedicure chipped within a day and my big toe edge is fully ratty looking after 5 days. My manicure looks nice but it looks like there's space between my natural nail and the fake one. I'm worried about it getting gross in there and I expect them to start popping off before I hit a week. read more

I'm updating this to drop it down to one star. My hands and nail beds are actually in pain now after this mornings dip manicure. I am trying to figure out a way to remove it now. I have had a ton of manicures dip gel acrylic etc but never had pain/ pressure on my nail beds later in day after one. Kind of worried they were over buffed or something. Never had a reaction like this before. :( Want to start by saying everyone was very very nice and I was excited to try a new spot. The manicure was going well. They did look great during process. I did a dip powder. When she finished I said ok they look good. They were shiny and had oil on the nails. I paid and walked to my car and did the full close up look and noticed TONS of white specks on each and every nail. I went back in just to ask about it. I hate being that person and I did not want to complain but it was seriously noticeable. My manicurist, who was very nice, tried to convince me it was the oil so she took alcohol and wiped them down. Specks still there. Then she insisted that's just how the powder looks. Idk. They're fine from far away but I can see a ton of the white dots. I def think it was either old powder that had other colors in it or it was the application. I am disappointed. I probably won't return. Maybe dip powder just isn't their thing. read more

This is a beautiful place and I will definitely be back!!! (4.5 stars) Cyndy did my pedi (great job with attention & callous removal) & Mae my gel mani with a chrome finish (absolutely love). I usually dont like getting both done at the same time because the amount of focus or attention to the service isn't the same (maybe just me). And nail chips from filing everywhere on my clothes. But there definitely was a lot of talking between the two techs to one another & inside jokes that just so happened to be made (a little too often for me) that gave some unease. When asked about one of the jokes she admitted it was about the size of my toe but trued to smooth it over (nice of her but a little too late) But once one on one the treatment was different and an actual conversation was had between myself and Mae. All the other workers seemed very nice & welcoming. Music is soothing and amount of light coming makes the space feel more open and bright. read more

Still appreciate the gelx job. But two months ago I got my gel x removed from here. The older lady was in such a hurry she aggressively took it off and my nails are now completely ruined. Most nails melted. They're still constantly chipping and breaking and my nail vein areas are dead so he pink area is now white and discolored. She kept mentioning how difficult it was to remove my gel-x so I gave her a big tip. Two months later my nails look ugly than it's ever been and I hate her for it. read more

Aiden and his team deliver the best customer service and are very skilled at providing nail care and design. Everyone here is attentive, detail-oriented, and friendly.
